The young man behind the Cash register was very pleasant! Needs just a little more organization but I know everyone is hiring and is short of HELP, HAVE A BLESSED WONDERFUL REST OF THE DAY IN THE LORD!

The employees were nice, but during my visit they barley had anything I needed and it was cramped and boxes everywhere as they were getting a delivery. Not their fault though, so 3 stars. I would recommend if you are there when they are not getting a delivery.

Low inventory and ridiculous mask mandate back. I will not return to your stores until you remove the mandate. Dont buy into these insane government scare tactics

Very discriminatory establishment. My girlfriend and I walked in with her registered service dog, which was properly harnessed and tethered because she is working while we are out in public and we were immediately accosted by an employee named, Pat who made it clear that that we were not welcome there due to the fact we had a service dog with us. I wish I could give this establishment zero stars for the discrimination and embarrassment we were subjected to at this Family Dollar location, but Google wont let me leave a review unless I give at least one star.

I go there all the time and I always enjoy the interaction with the staff.

The visit was good, courteous and quick service.

Extremely inexpensive stuff but still just an occasional stop ... usually because the wife wants to go. Very personable staff.

Clean friendly well stock lots of dollar Isles I like the store and the people that work in there and this was my first time visiting this Family Dollar

It was quicker then normal. Staff was nice and kind to me and my daughter with a nice Hello when we came in and a kind Goodbye. Thank you

Usually pretty good but service is kind of slow, there is always a long line and many times, only one cashier helping people. Most employees are nice but some have a rude attitude for seemingly no reason

When I lived in South Euclid this was my favorite Family Dollar. great management with great employees. Store was always very organized.

I shop at this location every week. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have a large selection to choose from.

Oddly, they don’t sell real orange juice, but they sell at least six different brands, flavors, and sizes of orange-flavored sugar water. When people talk about urban food deserts, this is why.

Previously rated this store a 3. Confused it with the store near Euclid & Chardon. This Family Dollar is always well stocked, neat, lots clothing, and fast courteous staff.

The food is fresh and doesnt taste like the things it shouldnt. Etc. cleaning supplies. Also, their is a wide variety of things in the store.

Love this place I shop here for my uniforms, household goods, active wear and some foods.

They pick you up and take you home . They accept debit cars . No other car rental place does these things. Also their rates are very reasonable and the people that work there will bend over backwards for you and always with a smile.

Learned today Family Dollar do not accept returns????Thats a bunch of BCrap!

Service is usually slow. They dont allow cash back (ever), but they are relatively friendly anf a functional facility 80% of the time.

Not to long of a line.

It has the friendliest and most helpful staff!

The employees werent welcoming, it seems that the customers are a bother to them by coming into the store, the clerk was on her cell phone the entire time I was transacting business... the male employees are rude and uncooperative.... Ive shopped there 2 times. I dont plan on going back to that particular location!
