I had to return some pants and to be honest it was fast with great customer service also!!

Many things are missing from the shelves including the price tags which are all over the floor. The employees walk past them no one puts them backup. It makes the place look messy. The floors have stains on them. I do understand that products are short due to the pandemic and everythings probably out in the ocean but the rest of this has nothing to do with it.

Lines was so long.. very bad leadership.. staff look like they had no direction..there was no cash being accepted in the scan and go.. lottery machines were almost empty .. all that comes down too is NO ONE TO HANDLED THE MONEY.... I waited 40 min before I was able to check out..alot of young kids working with no experience. Smh

I ordered an item for pick up. I went when I git the message it was ready. I checked in and it took 20 minutes before anyone checked with me. Then I received a call saying they cant find my item and that Im welcome to come in and get it, check out with them since I already paid. I suggested they go and find another since I opted for pick up not to come in the store. I was told they dont do that, only the shoppers get items. I explained my health problems and coming in an doing that kind of walking is not recommended for me. He told me I could cancel the order get the refunded and resubmit the order but it would not be until tomorrow. I began to ask where I would go to check out with them and the person hung up in me. I just dont understand how you can offer pick up when after a certain time there is no one to go get items.

This store gets a lot of business. The best time to shop is when the doors first open, Youll be able to get in a check out line and get out. If you desire to shop after 10am on a weekday its fine . Its basically the weekend that the lines are extremely long.

Today it was very well organized much different but better than the last time I went here. I havent been to this location since May... even though its so close I normally drive out. But today was cool

This Wal-Mart frequently has out of stock items. Although it is closest to me, I am starting to visit other Wal-Mart stores that seem to have better control on their stock.

Lines are typically long but my main complaint is that things arent properly priced on shelves and there is NO price checker whatsoever. Also, if you need anything behind the glass, good luck finding an employee among the few Walmart bothers to hire. This is the only Walmart Ive been to where its a headache to shop every time namely for these reasons

I went to Walmart to pick up a prescription. The service was, as usual, pleasant at the Pharmacy. However trying to buy just a few items and leave the store 5is impossible. Maybe 5-6 Cashiers are open. Each Cashier looks at long lines of overflowing shopping 🛒. At the very same time there plenty of empty lanes with no Cashiers. My impression is, Our time is valuable. Walmarts maximizing their profit, at the expense of the customers time, and saving profit is repulsive to me. Just sayin.

Cashier stands always congested and not enough open cash stands for speedier check-outs, thus causing longer lines and wait-times. You always have to look for a sales associate to assist you no matter which department.

CURBSIDE REVIEW 🚗: Fact of the matter is...there is NO curbside unless its groceries apparently. Ordered for curbside pickup. Received my email stating to check-in on the app and park in curbside area. When I arrived there was a sign on the pole with a number to call. I called the number to let them know what space I was in. The associate answered and told me they dont bring my type of orders out and that I would need to come in for my order.Excuse me? You have got to be kidding me! Curbside is a convenience offered especially for those who are handicap, autoimmune disorders, moms with small babies/ multiple children etc. I specifically placed an order on the app that specified curbside was the choice as the pick-up option. The confirmation email told me where to park and that an associate would bring my CURBSIDE order to MY CAR.We all know Target is right around the corner, literally and they know how to do curbside very well (aka Target Drive Up). Do yourself a favor and stick with Target 2 mins down the street for curbside for those who need it. If you order for curbside, thats what you will get at Target guaranteed. Walmart, good luck with that.#TiaTriedIt

Where do I begin I come here every 2weeks just to cash my check and it never fails the female I guess shes a manager she needs to manage her attitude better no Gm, hello just a unhappy woman young to SMDH see you in 2more weeks surprise me LOL,

Went to return a shirt within the 60 day period with receipt and tags attached. Associates verified the receipt was valid, matched the item with it but were unable to process the return because they couldn’t get the receipt to enter correctly in the system. They suggested I drive an hour and a half away to the original store I purchased from. Completely unacceptable as I had my receipt and the item and the issue was not on my end at all but apparently on the end the original Walmart. I will not be returning this location and Vic am much less likely to shop Walmart at all.

It was ok, I was going to Walmart to get interviewing clothes and all I got were a blue pair of cargo pants and a grey flannel color shirt, and a regular school type color shirt and a regular Dickie shirt that came up to 59$ no pants in my size (30-32) but seeing as to what little Walmart had at that time I could tell that they would have what I needed if they were stocked but not at the end of October...

This used to be a good place to shop for household items. Now the shelves are half full or almost empty in some sections. The parking lot also felt a bit strange. Not many cars for a Saturday evening.

For the most part this Walmart is a good place to shop. Sometimes they have a bad habit of not keeping their shelves stocked properly. One thing that I am a little bit tired of is getting to the self checkout line and I am told that the 10 different cash registers are taking card transactions only!!!! Seriously, some people dont have a credit card or a debit card so they have to stand in one of the larger lines usually for people who have a lot of things that they are buying, just because they dont have a card to pay with?! To me that is a little bit biased.

I usually have an acceptable time . I use a electric cart to get around and too often I leave because theres no available carts . My last experience I was shocked by how they are determined to use self checkouts only. They had one girl working the front end and a lot of people trying to checkout . Even with the self checkouts there was not enough. Eventually someone opened another register . Dont tell me businesses are looking for people to come to work because most businesses are to increase their bottom line by using less people and get more work done.

A one stop shop but remember their customers service is not good .

I love Walmart. They had just about everything on my shopping list and at a Great price. I will be back

Walmart★ is wall-to-wall stuff. You shop here for 2 things in mind and walk out with over $100 in merchandise. It seems like they sell 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 under the sun, from electronics to groceries, it’s usually a pretty busy center, and the checkout lines are usually hammered by hundreds Of people a day. The department’s are well organized, the aisles free of trash, the bathrooms decent, the staff quick to assist.

Only two check out lines that is operated by a human being the rest is self serve check out counters,need to have many more human check out counters for my liking.

Rude staff. Asked for help with getting some baby formula behind a case, was told to ring the bell for customer service. Did that five times, same associate who told me to ring the bell looked at me and walked away. After that I came and asked her ( while on the phone with her mom) for help. Then after she let me wait for ten minutes she opened the case for me. She had the key the whole time and could have from the start but was TRYING to be adorable. Dont shop here.

Clean and aesthetically pleasing, though some items that were shown as in-stock in the app were not in-stock in the store. Well-stocked for grocery and most other items, though. Probably the best anyone could hope for in post-covid America

I used the self check out, needed some assistance with an issue and the clerk was able and willing to assist.

They were re-doing the stores plan-o-gram! I had to do a lot of walking to get where I needed to go, but I found what I was looking for. A sales associate told me he couldnt help me with lawn chairs because he was on his break. When I worked retail at Dollar General we were supposed to be off the floor on break! I had no problem self checking out at the register, it went easily.

Walmart was crowded as usual and was a great day until my family and I were going out the door and the woman ask for our receipts and searched and look through our bags until the African American woman told her ok thats enough and to just let them go ahead. My sister who is a Evangelist and My mother is Head Mother of the church and two Ministers and a Pastor, that took away the whole wonderful experience we were having about Cleveland, Ohio until this happened. Shame on you all.

Omg clean clean!!! Greatly stocked. Lines were backed u p alot, 2 self checks down. But was great..

Had to wait for someone to get small bottles of water off top shelf.The lines were moving fast which was good. Cashier was very pleasant & bagged items quickly. The food areas was pretty much stocked.😊🤞

The people were nice, but it was probably the most unkempt Walmart Ive ever seen. The parking lot was littered, the store was barely stocked, it was kind of gross and creepy. Luckily the friendly faces of workers helped the experience a bit.

Store personal are either non-existent or quite unhelpful! Lines have always been too long.

If you cant find it at Wal-Mart youll have a hard time finding it anywhere. Store is clean and vast. Not sure about staffing, but the associates I encountered were polite & helpful.

I went into walmart to get a TOOTHBRUSH and i cldnt get one - because THE $1 TOOTHBRUSH WAS LOCKED UP!!! - and no employees were around to unlock. why is that normal?!?!?!? finally i found a group of employees chilling together and they were all to lazy to come and help me unlock the TOOTHBRUSHES! and thats not all. the mess and the general environment is so uninviting. if not for the prices i wld never step foot.this store is ridiculous!!not impressed cuz it really should be a high quality store cuz Cleveland is high class!! Im just upset!! its a real teaser from out side the store cuz it looks clean from that point! but when you make your way is you can barf! not kidding at all!

Store has changed, it use to be my favorite store to shop at. Dont like those long lines waiting to check out. No cashiers, what is going on. Everything is locked up. It is like a prison store. You have to get someone to open up the cases just to get some shaving cream, and underwear. This is rediculous. I only go there as a last resort. I just have to pay extra. My time is valuable. It use to be enjoyable shopping there, but now I cant stand it. Get more cashiers to help us to check out. You guys really screwed up a good thing.

Went there for Tena products. They are supposed to be the main supplier. Had to go to two stores to find what I needed. The one in Cleveland Heights was short on inventory, but the one in Mayfield had just what I needed. I just wish since they are going to be the main supplier for Tena, that they carry the larger packages of the Ultimate 6 pads. Dont need the night time pads.

This was my first experience to a Walmart. I was amazed by the space this store occupied. Its huge! You can find anything if you have the time to look for it. Everything is neatly arranged and easily accessible. I didnt see their staff around in many sections which could be a problem if you are looking for something and you cant find it. Otherwise, this is a great place to find anything you would need.

I just stopped in for a quick shopping trip. The store looked bare bones but I think they were reorganizing or something. There were a lot of workers stocking empty shelves. The workers were friendly and helpful.

I legitimately don’t know what is up with this Walmart but gosh everytime we come up here there is barely ANYTHING. I remember coming up here for storage containers. Turns out there weren’t any on the shelves. 😩

Severely understaffed. Expect an average 20-40min wait to check out. Staff are generally apathetic and occasionally rude (probably because theyre overworked). Constant renovations since I moved here a year ago, meaning items are constantly being moved around and you have to relocate something every time you come. About half of the toiletry/cosmetics items are under lock and key, so you have to find someone to retrieve them for you, but half the time theres no one to be found or youre waiting with several others. Overall annoying experience every time. If you must shop here, highly recommend coming before 10AM.

Seems more like a warehouse of forgotten goods. Rarely has what is needed. Its obvious these people do not want employees. However, I refuse to work for this company. I am saving jobs no matter how slow the line goes or the attitude of the person in charge of self service where my purchase must be rung up by staff.

This particular store is awful. We couldnt find anything we were looking for. They didnt carry it. Everything is scattered all over a huge store. We had to search from one corner of the building to the other to find stuff. There is barely any help. You have to search all over to find an associate. The underwear and socks are under lock and key. You have to find someone with a key to buy underwear! We wound up leaving with only half the stuff we came in there for. It was crowded. Very disappointing shopping experience.

Rude staff. I was waiting to have someone unlock a glass door so i can pick up socks.. i said excuse me to one of the ladies working there as she passed by and she flailed her arms in the air saying i don’t work here.. and when someone else came to help me she came back and started asking them about something. So not only is she not doing her job and not helping anyone, she doesn’t even know how to do her job and needs help. Overall, rude customer service.

Most first place to shop in store and online. Always stock. Most time I use self check out and the waited isnt long. Staff are helpful.

These plastic bags are TRASH no matter if its a Walmart here in ohio or in Narnia. Walmart also saves more money for their buisness associates and LESS for the consumer—shrinkflation is real FOH, I spend my money elsewhere.

No riding carts to shop with. Hell, no push carts either. The cart manager that they use to retrieve carts from the parking lot was not being used and shoppers.like me has to walk back outside to the parking lot to grab a cart to shop with. Several people left because the shopping conditions werent up to normal walmart standards. Sad day here at Wallyworld! 🙄

Don’t try and get a curbside order from here, I ordered 5 items for same day pick up at 11:30am, one item wasn’t available so they emailed me to cancel that one item, which was fine. By 8pm I still had not received an email that my order was ready so I just figured I’d pick it up the next day. By 5pm the next day still nothing so I called customer service who said they sent the store a request to complete my order and it would be ready in 2 hours. After 2 hours they were still “prepping my order”. So I called again and explained to which their solution was wait until tomorrow (2 full days after I ordered same day pick up) or just cancel it. I ultimately ended up cancelling the order and taking my business elsewhere. In addition after talking with friends about this, the same thing had happened to them!

I will start off by saying....I do not frequent this location due to poor customer service, the area its in, and now the incident mentioned below. I only went this time because their the only WalMart that had what I needed in stock and for cheap.Issues: *The app has too many glitches. Wouldnt allow me to check in, kept saying something went wrong try again later.*There are no clear curbside marked spaces. I parked in the fire lane. Fortunately I have location on on my cellphone so WalMart knew I had arrived but it still did no good since I had to have my husband go in and pickup what was supposed to be brought to my vehicle. I will NEVER go to this location again. Ill stick to the location I normally go to.

Lines were across the store. No express registers. Self checkout was worse than the attended registers!! People with less than 10 items had to wait behind foljs with overflowing carts!! A disgrace!!!!

They have to find a way to speed up these lines. Its pretty much expected to take longer everytime I go there which stops me from going most of the time.

Great fresh produce selection with wide selection, but the aisles arent always stocked. Also couldnt find a humidifier after asking 2 employees... was pointed to fans and air purifiers. Self checkout was also frustrating because employees took a long time to come by to scan their badges if the machine produced any kind of error

The first time I went to this place trying to buy a snow shovel in winter, I asked 3 staffs, none of them know if its in stock or where it would be.The most recent visit I paid was for a curbside pickup. When I arrive, I called the number on the sign and was told I need to go inside the store for pickup. Going inside,register on the machine, and waited for more than 10 minutes no one showed up. Called 2 different numbers and finally get my items. Guess CURBSIDE pickup for Walmart just doesnt exist.

Had a really great time with my Love. He enjoyed the french onion soup and the calamari, I ordered the Baby Greens Salad and added grilled chicken it was very good. He ordered some crispy chicken arugula disha and the chicken was done perfectly but not seasoned the at all. Ultimately, the atmosphere and attentiveness of the staff made it worth it.

Worst Walmart ever. Feel like you get stabbed in the parking lot. Inside the store everything is out of stock and you feel like your in a prison commissary everything locked up behind shelves. Might as well not even have a store just put everything on paper tags.....

No star rating it was HORRIBLE, only two cashiers registers open about sixty people waiting to ring out.WAITED 45 (forty five) minutes to be waited on, the self scan registers were just as bad. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. One of the employees in yellow vest I asked to open another register she there was no one else, but she stood around doing NOTHING, she should have pitched in. Thumps down!!!!

There were NO cashiers!!! You had to self-check out, regardless to how loaded down your cart was!!! I ABOSOLUTELY HATE THIS STORE, but there is not another superstore on the southeast side of Cleveland, Ohio!!! The only saving grace for this store is the generally have everything you need!!

Tried to use Samsung pay to buy 3 packages of cheese. WRONG DECISION. Got absolutely GREIFED at the checkout. took over 20 minutes to solve my probably when ended up with me being forced to RETURN the cheese! Absolutely Egregious.

Shelves are barely stocked needed items are missing for weeks and this was prior to the pandemic. Employees are not knowledgeable and arent around even if you do need help. When they are they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Try Giant Eagle on Mayfield or Daves in Severance.

Not of fan of Walmart in general, but it can be clutch at times. Low rating because the products are frequently not priced correctly in the isle and very disorganized.

I went in to make a purchase in the electronics department and I waited 10 mins while 6 associates (of course all young kids) were to busy talking and jawing among each other no one came to check me out even though they were diliberty looking right at me it took a associate who was talking to a supervisor that had just came out the back to ring me out after 10 mins of waiting.

No matter where or when, walmart employees are suffering from the low pay and that refelct on the performance

Absolutely EVERYTHING in this store is kept in locked cases, from purses to baby formula to vitamins. Absolutely shameful. And lord knows since it is a walmart if you wanted to buy something out of a case youd never find a worker to unlock it for you

Walmart in South Euclid is really bad. Dont go there, the idems are out of stock, bad customer service and the shelfs are always empty. Now we to the Wal-Mart at Mayfield and SOM CENTER. The customer service is better, they have a good stock of most idems, their wasnt long lines when we checked out. Wal-Mart at Mayfield and SOM CENTER is a good place to shop

Electronic merchandise was purchased on my credit card. Actually two purchased were charged making the crime a felony. I filed a police report with two police departments. The items were ordered on Walmart.com and charged to my card and picked up. Please dont order on Walmart.com your card information can be taken and merchandise charged. I personally will never go to any Walmarts or shop on Walmart.com. This was not only a crime but a violation of my privacy. Never will I have any dealings with Walmart period under no circumstances.

All Walmarts suck. This one really sucks. Most of the associates do the bare minimum to help you or just straight up avoid you when you have a question. They have so many common items locked up due to theft. They even have batteries behind the counter at one of the registers thats guarded by a cashier.
