Quick FYI they need to update google store schedule it says here they open at 11am when they open really till 12pm,that can be a real inconvenience for people, don’t get me wrong I love Baskin Robins. However this was super inconvenient to me personally and I’m sure more people before myself had this same experience. The little plaza where it’s located hardly has any foot traffic as it is so it sucks that its losing business because of a minor miscommunication like this. I highly encourage whoever is in charge of the online scheduling to update this ASAP as it may improve customer experience overall. I give this a 1 star review due to someone being inside the store and sign says open but door was close for business. I drove 5 miles when website said open for business and door close.

This ice cream parlor is always very clean. The servers/cashiers are very friendly. Im only giving four stars because if you place an order online to pick up in store, you cannot use coupon codes, like you can if you picked up an order at any other Baking Robbins locations. When I called corporate I was told that the owner of that franchise didnt want the coupons accepted for online orders. The only way that you can place am order online is if you pay for it online. However, if you go in person, they will honor your coupons.

My girls and I enjoy going to Baskin Robins not only for the delicious ice-cream but for the great customer service. I believe is Laura who always has a smile and she is always friendly whenever we go to have ice-cream. Her service is always great.

On Google they say the store opens at 11am. When I went at 11:30 today (Oct 27th), they were not open. Then last time when I went at 9:00 they were already closed. I dont understand why they open and close their store whenever the employees feel like it. It really is bad business.

Good ice cream at a reasonable price. Close to legacy high school complex, which makes it a convenient stop for hungry high school students.

Google, Yelp, & Baskin-Robbins website all said they are open until 10 p.m. Drove out of my way to go there, got there at 9:15p and they are closed. Change your listed hours or get better employees who stay open until theyre supposed to

Was not a pleasant store the prices are hyped up between $3 higher than any other Baskin-Robbins the person that waited on me was very rude she acted like I was bothering her to serve me and she overcharged me for two items I purchased but I like the coupon for the price I probably would not return to that store only if that one employee does not work there any longer other than that the other worker was very kind.
