Delicias bread unic for me I boy everyone day

Love this place. The bread/pastries are delicious. The milk tea is bomb. Both the bottled and the one served in the cup.

Cakes are delicious topping with 🍒 or 🍓 chocolate 🍫 cake goooood

Absolutely love this place. Some of the greatest tasting breads ever! Their cookies are beyond superb.You cannot go wrong with any choice. Each piece is delicious.Also, I recommend the taro slushie. Taste like cake but extra yummy

First time buying bread at this franchise. Affordable prices and delicious bread.

I am so happy they finally opened one in the area... Unfortunately is super small compare to the other 85°, not as much variety and service is not greatest, but at least we have one, the taro pastries are delicious as well as the mango and coconut. Taro latte is also good and of course the prices are very affordable. Cant compare to other bakeries, since this one is Taiwanese, in other words very different from Spanish pastries and breads, if you want good Cuban pastries and desserts must go to Tropicana where you will find the authentic winner.

Wow, this place was PURE Heaven! I had never heard of 85c bakery until my girlfriend brought me here on our trip to LA. I dont think Ive ever eaten so many carbs in a day but it was worth it to try so many different ones from what their selection is. Drink choices were super abundant as well and everything looks very clean. My only recommendation for improving is that the majority of all tables in the restaurant were un balanced including the outside ones. minor fix for a even more pleasant experience. Thank you for making my pastry dreams come true 🤣

A Bakery unlike no other. Weve been 85C customers of there DTLA store for some years now and were so happy to find this one in South Gate. They have something for everyoneThey chocolate chip bread bowl super delicious! The bacon and cheese is my sons favorite, and I love the freshness of all their selections. There hot chocolate was one of the best Ive ever had!!

This is a place is a very nice and relaxed. Its clean, appealing and the people are friendly and welcoming. They have a nice variety of pastries as well as hot teas, coffee and iced drinks to select from. I ordered a hot rose milk tea and a blueberry cheesecake both delicious. I am definitely going back and I do recommend it!

The place is so clean and all the employees are very nice they offer a good customer service. I recommend the tiramisu which is my favorite dessert from this place.

Great pastries and drinks. The milk tea is delicious. However the customer service is not that great... the employees dont seem friendly and one of them want wearing gloves when he prepared somebodys drink...I hope it gets better soon because their products are great.

Been waiting to try out this bakery I finally went in the 1st thing you’ll notice is that this place is extremely clean and well lit, the baked goods are decent size and appealing. One of the items I recommend is their ice coffee this coffee is rich and has an intense flavors

Finally a 85C Bakery Cafe in South Gate this is a small 85C 85C Bakery cafe. They have my favorite pastry.

½ sugar milk boba was yummy & my cheese bread (a must try if u like cheese danish or cream cheese)

I love 85 degrees bakery however this location is so bad the employees are not nice they definitely act like they hate their job & they never have items in stock. Ive gone in multiple times looking for the bottled coffee and they simply say we didnt do them today ... weird. Also I have gone early right after opening and they do not have certain pastries made. Dont come here if you can go to a different one.

I went into the 85 bakery Cafe a good place for treats and etc. But today I went inside and a homeless person walk in as well dirty and grab some of these snacks and walkout and I told the workers who worked there about it all they said was ohh its been going on this week what kind of response is that I know with covid no one knows what that homeless person has and to let it happen very unprofessional if you ask me

Here are a few suggestions 85 degrees. Please stop it with the coin shortage/exact change really? That how you run a business. During this uncertain times do you think is a good idea as a business to put this restriction a lot of businesses are going bankrupt don’t fall in the rabbit hole. In regards to your inventory restock or minimize your shelves. I know for a fact this is the only 85 degrees that doesn’t keep up with demand.

Awesome bakery. The cake and pastries have the right amount of sugar, that complements the delicious coffee they offer.

Baked goods are always a good idea. 85° is better. Friendly & helpful staff is even better.

Store closes for 30 minutes whenever the workers decide to take break. Call ahead of time to plan around employees lunch break.

A smaller location conpared to other 85° but still carry all the right pastries. They have a good selection of bread but being small it may run out faster than usual(as ive come to learn). Mt advice, if you need a high amount of something order over the phone. The pastries should be done in 30 to 40 mins. The cakes and drinks are always available.

If u go buy a cake after 3pm they wont write the msg. On ur cake insted put a chocolate msg card on it.. major turn off its a Bakery business hello your store is making it very inconvenient for us who loves #85Degree

I bought two cakes from this place for a friends birthday party and the first disappointing thing is that they made a mistake to my cake order. I was not able to go to pick them up, another friend went to get them on my behalf and he didnt know anything from the order, so he never asked the counter why the cakes were exactly the same, he trusted the personnel (I also got mad at him for not checking the paper).In addition, I must say that this is my first time trying their cakes, but not my first time trying the pastries. Most of their pastries are delicious. I decided to give them a try, but we all had a terrible experience. I cannot say anything of other cakes, but the mango one was terrible, it was very dry, no flavor, the filling was awkward, the fruit topping was unripen and very hard, no flavor either, too much whipped cream, and the worst is that we had to eat two of the same cake... We bought this cake at cypress store, dont know if they all taste the same in other stores, but definitely not coming back for cakes. Im not saying that you cannot try, go ahead if you want to, we all have different tastes, we all like different things in life, but in my opinion this has been the most horrible cake I have ever tried.Hope you find this review helpful, I never post a review, but Im not happy for spending $65 dls on something that 12 people were not happy to eat and ended up going to garbage. Dont know if it helps or not, my party had: asian, latino and american people... all 3 cultures very unsatisfied...

I love all the pastries they have here but my favorites are the one with coconut, raisins and almonds and the brioche. They are now packaging every pastry into individual clear bags to keep everything clean due to Covid regulations. Everyone is very nice here.

Really good pastries, coffey and most important great service

Who doesnt enjoy a good and tasty snack, well dont look at me. My daughters favorite place and becoming mine too. Good drinks but they could use a little more variety in the drink area. But the pastries a delicious. The seating is comfortable but it is made so dont spend to much time hanging around. Aside from that you can always enjoy something here.

This place has some really good bread. It’s always fresh. I usually pick up the bacon 🥓 bread, it’s pretty good.They also have a holiday strawberry cake that they should put on the regular menu lol. We go here a few times a month. I recommend this place for a really good snack and don’t forget to take a loaf of the bread.

Their pastries are delicious. My only concern is that I feel like the filling could be more, especially when the cost is $5 per pastry. But other than that, they taste amazing.

Great devil cake

Its a piece of cake at 85 Degrees Bakery. I really like the cakes here and pastries. I like sweets but as Ive gotten older, I havent been able to tolerate too much sweets. The pastries here are just the right amount of sweet. They dont taste too sugary and even though they might be bland its good for those who cant eat super sweet foods. The place has its own parking lot and its clean. Theres tables and chairs to enjoy your pastry and something to drink. The staff is friendly and are quick to take your order. Theres tongs and trays available so you can select your pastries. I got a chocolate bun with cream cheese. It didnt taste burnt or hard. It was soft with a faint taste of chocolate and it wasnt too sweet. I know I will keep coming here to try the other pastries.

Really great place! Love their hazelnut latte. Why I don’t give them a 5 star is because of the amount of plastic they use!! They put each sweetbread into a little plastic bag (that will be thrown away). It is soo bad for the environment. If they had used paper instead of plastic then I would have def. Given them a 5 star.

To be honest I like croquettes and if you give em to me I will love you. If the good you buy is not by definition sweet, eat it ASAP and/or heat it up a lil when you get home! Nobody likes a cold garlic bread. Still delicious though!

Ive been coming here for a little while and never had any problems. The choices they have is great and the teas and coffee are good as well. I love getting the lemon black tea!

Great selection and friendly staff

Restroom was dirty and the common area floors were as if they had a rush. We went in about 10am and there was only one couple in there. Maybe short staffed... They have good drinks.** Try the thai tea **. The pastries are fresh and they have many varieties. I was worried I wouldnt be close to them since moving from Seattle, but Im lucky to frequent here at least twice a month. The tattooed guy who rang us up was very nice. Let him showcase his tats because individuality doesnt take a way from his customer service or the flavor of the food.

The one in Pasadena is better. This has a smaller selection and often the staff have no clue what the drinks are (I guess Pasadena and this location dont have the same menu?) Like the Monday 85 cent sea salt coffees in Pasadena? Well tough luck. They so t honor that here.

August place has some cakes they specialize in pastries very light not heavy. Plenty of fresh fruit on the cakes. Prep for a treat or a family birthday.

Walked in and felt like a kid getting yelled at by his mom. I was told not asked to wait outside while others roamed around inside. A young lady walked out so I figured I would walk in...Nope! Told again to wait outside... i said to myself this place isnt that good to wait in line to get inside to wait in another line. Walk across the way and spend money at the mom and pop donut shop.

First time I went I didnt like cus I had a bad experience for their bread. Then my next few trips consisted of me falling in love with their other wonderful desserts ! Chill staff. Fair prices.

I am giving them five star since they have fresh cakes ready for purchase. In addition they offer free candles and a chocolate engrave with Happy Birthday already written. For me this was convenient, I am always out of time and need these things available, but the free sold me and yes 5 stars for the convenience and of course the taste and customer service.

This review goes for the staff that works there totally totally rude and dont even know what theyre doing their manager should train them better in order to treat customer with respect,and for the bread Nah I mean if you want real good bread go to the 85C the one that is located in Azusa and Colima period.

Delicious bakery with the softest bread. Clean and organized location, though it is much smaller than other 85s it is maintained well. There is not much seating inside and practically none outside. But they have a variety of sweet and savory bread. They also have interesting coffees and teas. You can also order cakes and tarts.

I was initially concerned about how they would serve goods during the COVID-19 outbreak, but everything is individually wrapped and you request cleaned trays and tongs at the counter. Egg tarts are always good.

85° Bakery had the best breads, pastries and coffee... So super fluffy and delicious. Give it a try if you havent. I know youll come back again and again.

Great place to take a break, and how a coffee or tea. Not cozy like a small coffee shop, but not cold like a commercial chain. Good pastries.

Nothing much to say here. Went with wife, tried the iced coffee and didnt like it. Some of the bread was ok though.

Wonderful selection of sweets, not overbearingly sweet or soggy, all of their cakes are light fluffy clouds! Their frosting is the whipped cream kind not the pasty buttercream styled. Also they have lactose free options for drinks!

Good small individual desserts but a bit pricey. One small slice can be about $3-$5 but they have a lot of options. They have teas and coffee and a lot of space for seating. I have come here before going to the movies and killing some time. Coffee drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced. I would recommend you drop by and get some dessert if you are around the area or have some extra time before the movies.

Really good stuff. Everything looked clean except for the floors. I would see a few napkins and straw wrappers on the floor. The lines are long, but they move kind of quickly. Other than that everything was good. The staff was nice and quick.

Its a small hole in the wall bakery, But what they bake is extraordinary. Ive been to Europe and this bakery is right up there with them. Give him a shot, well priced items

How is a cafe going to be out of sugar free sweetener that make no sense. Having no option of sugar for people who cant have regular sugar had to have a bitter coffee. Because I was not told until after the purchase was completed.Not a good experience !

I think they charge too much. Good quality, but $31.00 for a 14 inch chocolate cake is excessive Im my opinion. Good coffee, on par with the Buckeroo. (Starbucks).

Happy to see places like this slowly get closer to the hood. We usually grab a tray and put the breads right on it with the tongs, but they do have a white parchment like paper underneath the trays that you can put on top of your tray. It will take some time to getting use to.
