They werent able to accomplish anything, there was even another customer in there who seemed like they were dissatisfied with the service. I told my daughter to just switch over to T-Mobile.

I had the most stress free experience at this location. Ace the manager really knows how to treat customers and technology. If it were not for him I would still be struggling with transferring my data to my new phone. Thanks Ace. Dr. Green

I had the pleasure of meeting with Nicholas J today for a second time in the last two months to pay my home and cellular accounts. He was not only professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, but met me curbside due to COVIC-19. Nicolas J was able to locate my home account with ease unlike another Associate (left frustrated without success). In less than 7 minutes my transaction was complete. Nicholas is awesome! This review is specifically for a young man named Josh at the ATT South Holland, IL location. Josh is the most knowledgeable, professional, and helpful representative Ive ever met at a any cellular store, and probably any retail store. He followed up with me after my purchase to make sure I was pleased with all my services, and even tried to help me out when I was having issues when the ATT man did not complete my internet install the first time he came out. Josh should really be a store manager for sure, or a regional manager. Josh should start a business teaching customer service to companies, and I guarantee that their businesses will pick up on sales. It was such a great turnaround for me, because ADRIAN who I initially purchased my Iphone 12 pro max and three Iphone 12s from at Sams s Club on Torrence would not answer my calls after telling me to call him so that he could help me with my trade ins. I was really starting to regret purchasing the phones after dealing with Adrian. Josh made it all worth while after all. I hope Josh is rewarded for all the good work hes doing as an ATT representative. He surely deserves a better position than just selling phones. When I start my business I would love to have an employee like Josh manage it once he learn the product. Thank you again Josh if you read this review!!!!

Small retail space. Not really crowded like most At&t stores. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to assist. Many of the popular phones and accessories are in stock.

Great customer service. All were fantastic, including the policeman that was stationed in the store. One disappointment, Samsung how you can charge 1300 dollars for a cellphone and dont add a earplugs or piece. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
