I went in and tried to get service cancellation and stop auto pay and they said they couldn’t do it even though this is what I was told to do by ph coustomer services and the young lady told me sorry we couldn’t help u - the manager told her don’t say sorry u owe him no sorry for something we can’t do - I told him he the kind of manager that is Destroying our county and so he told me I had to leave his store - I cursed none raised my voice none - this manager deserves unemploymentI will report to BBB I am a coustomer with T-Mobile since there 2nd yr launching

I went in thinking I was at metro for 2 days and Marquese helped me everyday knowing I was with metro and we talked and he finally switched me to t mobile best Decision and he didnt even force me. If u go there ask of Marquese nice guy . Amazing amazing

I ever met best of the best and Tylo, we only just met and made me feel like family as if we been known each other for years, and always ready to help to make everything as smooth as possible. Overall best experience and top of the line service!!! I would rather drive for hours if I have to just to come to this store!

This place is terrible. There were three Employees in the store while all were unable to assist me with questions in regards to my plan and the bill. T Mobile is a joke I had better service with Metro PC for years!!!! One of the employees by the name Stephanie had no knowledge of what she was doing. Sorry, but not sorry this location sucks.

I visited this location looking to upgrade my phone and was extremely satisfied with the way I was treated by the sales reps. I must say this is the 1st time that I felt so comfortable especially since the sales rep took his time, showed me how to use my phone, and answer any questions I might have. For those of you looking for service or looking to upgrade your phone, I definitely recommend this location, best T-mobile store Ive been to!

Esmeralda Sanchez and Allaiddean the manager provided EXCELLENT customer service. Esmeralda was very pleasant and helpful during my latest phone transaction at this location. The manager Allaiddean has only been at this location for less than a week but he made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase by getting my screen protector from another local store when they ran out in his location. Esmeralda was patient and thorough to make sure after our 2.5 hour process that I did not lose any of my information as my phone was quickly fading away before our very eyes. I would definitely recommend this location so that others can receive this superb services from Tmobile representatives. Thank you again for a great experience! :-)

Best customer service experience!! I went in to get a new phone because me old phone was acting up. The customer service rep helped me decide what phone to get and was able to transfer all my data into the new phone. I recommend this store and will always come here.

I would the store 0 stars if I could, I have been to this store twice to get assistance with exchange my RECALLED NOTE 7 so its already not my fault, that I have to be in there. I would think dealing with this situation the representative would be more understanding and attempt to help you . That is not the case in this store, they are rude, and all their answers consist of im not the owner and we dont do that here. Its a shame that I have to wait until I get out of my own neighborhood, and go to another t-mobile store to have the EXACT same transaction done, that I was attempting to do here. That another t-mobile store had already done for my other note 7. Your customer service at this store is lacking.

I have always had terrific help at this location, most recently when Navasha got me all set up with my Samsung Galaxy S9.

I had the most amazing experience in this store. I was upgrading four phones and purchasing a tablet at the end of a work day. The service I received was outstanding. Tbey ensured that none of my time spentbthere ws wasted. The manager Mannie and Aldolfo service was superb. Awful, didn’t acknowledge me when I walked in. Serving people with lost/broken phones inquires when all I needed to do was pay a bill. Waited 30 minutes minutes. Take your business elsewhere. I’ll never come here again.
