Place refuses to have bathrooms open for paying customers. What more do you need to say

If youre in a hurry for a restroom, coffee or quick snack. Dont bother unless you want to wait till shift change. Apparently company policy is to block off restrooms and tell you to go to the Oasis. Which had the interior businesses been open it would not have been to bad....smh

I didnt stay in the building any longer than necessary. Is there ever a *good* time to roll thru this region??

First off, the two employees that were on duty were very rude. My fiance and I were the only people in the store and they werent doing nothing but talking to each other, when I went to get an 7eleven Chiller both the vanilla and mocha were empty. My fiance went to tell them about it and their response was theyve been empty all day and wont get refilled until tomorrow- mind you this was at 5 in the afternoon and this was a 24 hour store. The one employees name was Sandra and the other employee didnt have a name tag on. I will never come back to this location again.

Was rude. Needing to go to the rest room while we got 54 dollars in gas. Three people working. Talking like they have no consideration for others. As were waiting for it to open they go in the back and talk about how some guy got rude with her over 10 min ago how long does it take to clean bathrooms. Awhile when your to bizzy living a social life at work.

They didnt let us use the bathroom since they just cleaned the floor. . I asked when they going to open it and the lady answered in rude tone to go over the street to find a restroom

Stopped in for a bathroom break and to grab a cold drink. The mens bathroom was closed so the bf had to wait while me and my son went, the person behind the counter could not have been any more rude and disrespectful. I am so annoyed with the way she treated us, I looked for a number to the manager but of course there is not one. She has no business in customer service as she is a foul mean young lady.

The restrooms smell and they are in need for a good cleaning.
