Ordered online... Guy refused to make my drink without ice, says they dont do that. I have ordered the same drink from dozens of locations for years without an issue. I cant drink super cold drinks because of digestive issues... Now Im sitting here waiting for my drink to get warm instead of enjoying it. So screw you guy. Still love Dunkin, but wont be revisiting this location.

The clerks accent was so strong. I could barely comprehend what she was saying. 3 scoops 2 cones 2 people $14.00... Is this normal? The lady in line before us, left after hearing how much for 1 scoop..

I went to drive thru to order some coffee and he said 10mins now its been over 20mins he came to the window with his phone at me and the only thing that Im asking for is some coffee he seem like he was drunk stumbling and slurring his words hes telling customers at the drive thru NO No when all theyre trying to do is place and order dude is like 70 or 80 years old like its time to hang it up already 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Ordered a croissant toasted with butter on it I get my food only the croissant is toasted go inside and they try to charge me for the butter which no other Dunkin I go to does

Ok, I swear I dont usually write negative comments. However, my experience was horrible. First, I never am rude with people handling my food or taking care of me. I politely informed them they made my drink wrong and the manager? came over wiped the top off and put more whip cream on it and gave it back to me. On top of that, this location charges more than the other 3 in the surrounding area. I didnt know that until I saw the receipt because they dont tell you the price until you get to the window. I will never go back. I will travel farther to get better service and better quality. I am just blown away by the lack of regard and customer service.

I called before I came, because I wanted Gold Medal Ribbon ice-cream. I specifically asked if they had the hand packed, because I despise the pre packed. I called to see if they had it before I came, the guy that answered the phone said, yes we have it, but dont call just come in a very nasty tone and then he hung up. I still decided to patronize this business, because its not too many that still sell the hand packed Gold Medal. When we got there, the guy told me they didnt have any. I told him I just called and you told me you did. They guy started screaming and was acting really belligerent. Needless to say I didnt receive my ice-cream. I will never, never spend any money at this location. Customer Service is essential, and he treated me like trash.

One star is not low enough for the disrespect that i received today. Ive had other times at this location when I got my order wrong but I looked at it as an opportunity to try something new. The employee working there was just plain ruin and just yelled thru the drive thru and us when we could not understand what he was saying. With this experience today I dont consider ever coming back.

This has got to be the worst dunkin donuts ever. They never get everything right. So simple I ordered an extra large double double what I get a completely black coffee and no sugar. I called to let them know my order is wrong very polite because I understand it was busy but she told me that is what I asked for and she was rude about it. I told her the sticker said double double. 5 months later I decided to try again and I ordered a coffee roll for my son they gave me an apple fritter. Need better training.

This location need to get a few friendly people. The service is fast. All locations need to wrap up the donuts instead of dumping them in a paper bag without napkins.

Yummy flavors and a bunch of variety in donuts and other sweets! They sell hot beverages like hot cocoa during the winter and coffee year round. They also offer small meals so you can always pick up some breakfast here before work to wake you up. Their food could be a bit better in my opinion but the actual desserts are delicious! Try the vanilla long johns :)

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. Before this new ownership the store was clean, fully stocked with everything and the workers were respectful. This store is a waste of space. They need new management. I now have to go out of my way to get ice cream that I like and its just vanilla. Everyone has vanilla. Shut them down and bring in better people that will treat the customers with respect. This is the United States and we are free. I dont need to explain why I want my sandwich cut in have. Hope someone is listening, I would like to shop in my neighborhood.

We stopped in for a coffee and a bathroom break. The coffee was great, however the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There wasnt a single square of toilet paper and NOTHING had been cleaned in there in some time. I hope they are cleaning other things like their food and beverage areas. And hands.

The restroom is very disgusting there was a lot of tissue and poop hanging off the toilet. I asked if they had someone to clean the bathroom while I ordered a drink. I was told they don’t have time for that there aren’t enough people here to deal with it. I decided not to place my order and instead when to Starbucks across the street.

This location has an open dinning area but their bathrooms are closed. This location was also very dirty at the time I went in.

The worst Dunkin in history. I didnt get charged for everything I asked for. The muffin they gave me was hard as a rock. The manager was in the back and there was a young girl up front handling the customers alone. This place is horrible. DO NOT GO IN THERE.

Hey I visit this dounkin baskin-robbins, and I really love it. I visit this dounkin every day in morning and in evening. The crew members are really good. They make my coffee and sandwich perfect. I really wann to appreciate this dounkin manegment.

This facility is in a contract with E and R towing who stalks customers into getting their car towed if they park there. This Dunkin’ Donuts patronizes the driver who purposely sits and waits to tow people in the south holland community. If we choose to park, spend money in your establishment, we should be able to visit other businesses without being stalked and harassed. I will never support your business again and would encourage others to do the same.

Dunkin Donuts is great in general, but not this one. Youre doing good not to find rat poop in your coffee. The place is always dirty, it is slower than a crippled ostrich, and one of the hiring qualifications is to have no personality. There was one very nice, very helpful, High School age girl. But, she most likely will not work there for long. She does not fit in very well.

Slow. The young man that waited on us I dont know if he was on this planet or not. He seemed like he was lost and when he had my friend back her change he didnt even count it he didnt say how much her chain was he just handed it to her and he was $2 short. Fortunately for us we both are retired from retail so we know the lick period.

Spent $10 and all the coffee was water. The coffee with the cream was all cream and the black coffee was lighter than tea. This South Holland location has always messed our coffee. We will drive farther to ensure better service.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I asked if they can please spread the cream cheese on it and they told me they can only give it to me on the side because they were busy with the drive through which was a lie because the whole parking lot was empty and it was very early and they were not busy, after that I canceled my order because Ive NEVER experienced something like that at a Dunkin Doughnuts before. It wasnt even about the bagel its the fact that they lied because theyre lazy! They just dont want to do anything. I gladly took my money elsewhere!

If you need coffee stopping here is ok. If you want anything else they will most likely be out of it. My advice and recommendation is skip this one and go to the dunkin on halstead. Everytime I have gone here I have regretted it to some extent. No donuts, ice cream, or cones. I wish the managment would help their employees out more. And not leave them stocked with next to no product to sell.

Two stars because of Cleanliness especially bathrooms but the coffee is really diluted. I had a Large Iced coffee and it was watered down big time. I asked to get it switched for a regular coffee and they did but it was watered down. I could tell because of taste and color of drink. SadAlthough they have a number to complaint or comment NO ANSWER

They are lazy, they locked the doors at 8 and tell customers machines are down and that they are out of items you may want to order. Needs better management around here. I visit around here from time to time and its always a problem. Usually signs are put up if there are problems, on the doors and in the drive thru. Today is November 25 who ever these ladys are need to be retrained or just not male it through interview processes, they are not all for serving this community.

The pavement in the parking lot, while a little rough, gives the Dunkin a charm and character you do not see at similar coffee and donut shops.When you enter this fine establishment, you are hit with the refreshing aroma of the built in Baskin Robbins that is conveniently attached to the restaurant. The ordering process is simple, yet effective. You walk up to the counter and inform the helpful attendant what kind of beverage/food/ice cream you would like, and they politely state the total cost. Of course, this entire process can be further streamlined with an easy to use drive-through system, allowing you to conduct the entire transaction from the comfort of your motor vehicle.The fun begins after you pay for your products and are waiting for the merchandise in return. This is where the true wit and charm of this particular Dunkin really shines through. The attendant will, with a radiating smirk on his face, hand you a beverage while stating that it is the exact opposite of what you ordered.Words cannot express the joy you get visiting this Dunkin. If you are touring the greater South Holland, IL area you would be foolhardy to not pay this place a visit.

Exceptionally rude young woman waited on me today, slamming the drive through window and then yelling at me through it. This is unacceptable behavior in customer service. Ive been a daily customer for over a year, and I will not be back. Talk to your employees, its affecting your revenue.

Changing my review to one star. This dunk has really gone down hill. I go there almost 3-4 days a week. Atleast 1 day a week they consistently mess my order up. Either they forget hashbrowns or they give me normal coffee when I say iced. Or they put hazelnut instead of vanilla. I dunno, its just crazy to me to be this inconsistent. I literally just went and got a large iced coffee, bagel, and hashbrowns, the little old lady barely sticks her hand out the window, overall just snippy and rude, then she forgets my hash browns. Of course I dont notice till i get back to work. Not driving all the way back for some hasbrowns. But this is seriously a common occurrence here.

I live near this Dunkin, as i am bachelor i am buying my breakfast from this Dunkin. My coffe and sandwiches are always fresh and yummy. Ambience and service is awesome. Employees are so good that they know my order all the time. They even greet me with my name all the time.One of the best dunkin i have ever visit.

Service is on the slow side. The last time I went in for a purchase it took at least 10-15 minutes. There was only one person working the counter and there were about 5 other people working the drive-in. And the person working the counter was apparently still in training and should not have been left alone especially when the line was building up. One man was getting a juice and something else and he ended up leaving the products behind and left the store because of poor service. That is a reflection on management.

Yusep the manager has a very horrible disposition..not welcoming at all..was yelling at worker Ms B in front of customers..he brought my ice coffee with his hands over the lid and I asked for another lid instead of saying no problem he started raising his voice at me.. asked for a refund it took several minutes and I was the only customer in line. Yusep is very demeaning. Its 11:20 am on a Saturday.
