Decided to give this place a try without reading the reviews first. My MISTAKE. Took my truck to get alignment. Sat there for 45min. After 9am. Decided to leave since no one showed up. Went back at 11am . Decided to give benefit of doubt. My MISTAKE. After my truck being there 3 hrs. They call to try and convince me I needed ball. Joints and pitman arm. Keep in mind my whole suspension was just done thats why I needed an alignment. Any ways I told them forget it Im picking my truck up . Only to find out my alignment was worse then before. . Ive read all the comments and all I see is the owner apologizes and has an excuse for everything. Red flag when you can just accept your wrongs. and why do u close early because its slow... THE SIGN SAYS 9TO5!!!! Keep your apologizes Mr owner they fix nothing...

Ripped off, I dont think the tech over there knows what he is doing. He didnt solve my car problem, he told me I need to send my car to the auction, because it is too much work in my back tires. I saw him with another person before me he told him the same thing he told me. That I need to change screw in my front tire. The front tire started making noise all the way while driving back.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went to get my alignment done at this shop. The mechanic stated that the two rear control arms were in need of replacing with new adjustable ones ( keep in mind that I have a new 2020 Honda Civic with 16k miles) it’s a brand new car. So the alignment was finished and I proceeded to take it to the dealership because it was making noise right out the shop. The dealership stated that whoever did my alignment was not only wrong about purchasing new control arms ( 300 each ) but they misaligned my vehicle and made it worse. I ended up getting refund but I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. The mechanic wanted to make money out of me but nah. I know when someone wants to play someone. Worse shop ever DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY

This place is extremely positive, and you can get everything done perfectly at a satisfying price and pace. The owner passed away in November of 2015, So the wife is left to own it. She does a very great job at taking care of the place. Although they can get your alignments done perfectly paced, they still have a TV in the waiting room. (Netflix) I would most definitely prefer this over all other alignment shops in South Houston.

This place is not worth going toI took it to get a new radiator put on my vehicle it was a new one but it only lasted 1 dayIt was a new radiator but in the end the mechanic didnt put a hose on correctlyNot worth it at allll

Slow, lazy employees! My friend went there this week for an alignment and they completely ignored her. A customer came in after her and already had his car in the bay before she finally asked ‘how much longer til you get to my car?’ He replied, “about an hour”, but the customer AFTER her was in the bay within ten minutes?!?!? I guess it just depends on which technician/mechanic that you get when you pull up. High prices too!

Business hours clearly say 8am-5pm. Drove by and open sign was still on around 4pm. But seemed strange everything was closed, so I called, and was told they close at 4pm and not 5pm like is listed.

Crook ppl at this place. The owners daughter was stupid enough too put that my Husbands Harley Davidson truck had a gas cap witch is doesn’t and failed our inspection. Charged us for it then Robert tells my husband it’s our fault. Not to mention they had to get the alignment redone. They need real MEN to take over that business!

Rafael Velas review is completely right.these guys just take a guess at whats wrong with your car, charge you ridiculous prices, and the problem will still be there!I took my car in and paid $400+ and they said everything was fixed, there should be no more problems.I take it in the next day because the problem was still there.They said it need another part so wanted another $90. I assured them that part was not going to fix the problem. So they take another look at it. Then Frank the main mechanic says it would be another $450 to solve the problem.I drove home with an empty wallet and my car in the same exact condition it was before I took it in there.I will find another shop and pay the $450 if I have to, but I refuse to give Alignments 2000 another penny for fixing my car for a problem that they caused for neglecting the issue 3 months ago.

Very expensive place, i took my f150 for alaigment it cost 130, more expensive than a dealer ship with especial tools ...the reason i took it there it bc it was on a saturday dealer closed early ...another reason its bc its more expensive a thought they knew what they were doing for that price well they told me u need a camber kit ..i said ok do it ...those things cost from 20 to 40 dollars at autozone .i paid almost 90 with them, total job plus parts 230 dollars ...after 4 hours waiting on parts to arrive ...well i changed the oil 1month after been there ..i notice the airshield underneath the engine bay wasnt there the guy didnt put back on ...so i went this morning i told the guy look man u did alaigment on my truck but u forgot to put the airshield back ...he said is it this one ?he had another airshiel on his hand wich wasnt my ..so sad he forgets to put parts back up ..then he says u shield is not here may be u lost it some where else. like really ?this is sick u mechanic places if you want charge so much, hire well trained personel not young kids like that ..

Man these guys are crooks...I dont know what happened here but they have an excuse for everything.. Their main mechanic just likes to add crap on top of what you went there to get.. Sad thing if you dont get what ever they suggested then they they wont honor their warranty... Ive had the same work done on my vehicle at other places n this process has never been suggested.. Thats why Im writing this poor review... Prices are ridiculous..Will not return n will NOT recommend...You have been warned....
