THIS REVIEW IS FOR CARS MINISTRY LOCATED AT 404 SPENCER HWY PASADENA TX IN THE GOODYEAR SHOP. IT HAS SHODDY EQUIPMENT AND SHADY UNTRAINED MECHANICS. RECENTLY HAD A CAR THAT OVERHEATED. THEY CHANGED THE RADIATOR AND THERMOSTAT HOUSING AND DIDNT PUT IN A NEW THERMOSTAT. NOW WHAT KIND OF MECHANIC DOES THAT? THE CAR STILL OVERHEATS. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP. GET A GOOD REFERRAL FROM ANOTHER SHOP AND GO THERE INSTEAD. I WILL NEVER TAKE A CAR TO THIS SHOP AGAIN.

No one answers the phone....EVER!!! So I decided to drive over anyway. Appearance of shop and areas is a mess, dirty, unorganized. Waited in lobby for 5 mins before the ONE person there decided to come see what I wanted. And he turned out to be unprofessional to say the least. LOL! If you like your car, dont chance it!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! EVER! They have a groupon for an oil change package and I went there expecting good service. Well when they were don they pretty much told me I shouldnt drive my car at high speeds because it would be dangerous. No lie my car isnt brand new but I had been frequently going at high speeds at least up to 70 on freeways with no problem. It didnt make sense. The next day on the freeway I was going speed limit and all my needles on my dashboard go dowm like my car just turned off. NEVER happened before. It got me so scared because my car couldve gone dead and I couldve been in a HUGE ACCIDENT. well the same thing happened later that day but it was more aggressive I had to get off the freeway. After that I was driving home and sparks started flying out from my hood. I had to pull over. My brother in law checked it and said that my battery wasnt connected right. One of the bolts on it just popped right off. It wasnt even secure to my car. There was a metal piece to keep it secured and it was just hanging there loosely and had caused the sparks and because the battery waant properly connected it caused my car to almost turn off on the freeway. I literally could have died and all because they didnt secure my battery or connect it properly. They just wanted more service from me. Obviously never going back ghere again and I really hope people see this and dont go there. They kept telling me I could go back and have everything fixed for a good price. I dont think so. Please dont go there. For your own safety.
