Horrible Auto place.. I bought a Silverado 2008 and Robert guaranteed me there was nothing wrong . Three days after the purchase the motor was knocking . They took it back and I asked for an invoice on what they did to it and he gave me his word again that it’s fine . NO WORRIES FIDEL .. a month later I just spent $2,000 on what his sold call mechanic didn’t .. I ask everyone who reads this to by past them to the next .

My time and money was wasted and it could have been a lot worse!I drove from out of Austin to get the Honda Element and they pre-approved me getting it inspected. They said it had no issues and that it had just been inspected. When I called to update them on the inspection process one of the staff answered and aggressively asked why I had the car and why i was getting it inspected; his name was Les. When I spoke to Eddie about the car’s issues the first thing he said in response was to just drop it off and he didn’t even try and negotiate anything with me! I asked him and he said he wouldn’t go down on the price when this car needed many repairs. I had to scramble to catch another bus back home. I already went through so much before even getting the car, I can’t imagine what the trouble would have been if I had gotten it. I saw the 3 stars and read some bad reviews but tried not to read too much into it but these guys seriously wasted my money, my time, and their own so don’t read past mine.

Horrible service. They Towed my car after only 3 days late on payment. Tried calling multiple times but always was asked to call back later because managers werent available. Couldnt even pick up items from the vehicle. The vehicle itself didnt have a steering wheel airbag and couldnt honk! Who sales an airbagless vehicle? It wasnt stated on the carfax so I had no idea. Robert will ask you a million questions before you even get a car so dont even bother. Worst place to get a used vehicle hands down. They dont even deserve one star.

Please DO NOT get a car from here if you do not know about cars, if your are not buying a cash car, and or if you have to finance your car! I got an 09 gmc acadia from this company and i put down 3500 dollars within the next 3 weeks something went wrong with the vehicle it was not drivable they wanted ME to pay 200 dollars to get it towed to them and i refused i got it fixed on my own. I told them the car had power steering issues also but it had fluid drove the car to them they still insisted that nothing was wrong i found a paper in the car from the previous owner who said she gave the car back because of the power steering issues and that she had almost got into a bad car accident with her and her children in the car! So i took the car to a gmc dealer they said to fix that power stearing problem it would cost 2000 dollars so i tried to do a trade in the car itself is only worth 3500 the down payment i paid that they said was coming off the total price which it didnt they kept it they lied! So i called the finance company they said it does not show anywhere where i paid a down payment Of 3500 and that i currently owe 12000 on the car and if i try to pay cash next year it will be 13000 because of the interest rate being so high it looks like im not paying my notes because the price is increasing instead of decreasing do not be a fool and listen to anything they say its anything to get a sale they say they report to credit its only 2 burreaus they report to that it shows up it is and WILL NOT help your credit i lost out on 3500 AND I WOULD NOT IN MY LIFE REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS I WILL PERSONALLY GIVE YOU MY NUMBER THEY HAD NICE BIG GUY THERE LIGHT SKINNED DUDE I FORGOT HIS NAME BUT THEY GOT RID OF HIM BECAUSE HE WAS HONEST ROBERT AND THE OTHER GUY TELL YOU WHATEVER YOU WANT TO HERE TO GET A SALE THE GUY WHO SOLD ME THE CAR WAS A YOUNG AFRICAN AMERICAN DUDE johnny is his name AND THE OTHER ONE IS AN OLDER HISPANIC THIN MAN Robert THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED THEY PUT MINE AND MY KIDS LIFE IN DANGER TO MAKE A SALE AND ITS SAD BECAUSE THEY HAVE CHILDREN ALSO PLEASE RUN! Please. Hear me out. I purchase a 09 Buick Enclave from this place and less then one month the transmission went out. A $5,800.00 transmission. I spoke with Robert on this and told me that he couldnt do anything, not even get me in other car with out more money. I gave them $3,500 for a down payment and TTL. I lost all that money and the car. They are the most disrespectful auto salesmen ever. Do even waste your time going. They tell you want you want to hear just to take your money.

Robert Pena only cares about making a sell. I bought a Chrysler 300 2005 Limited Edition and week later my MPH and gas Guage stop working and i told him and he didnt seem too concerned. A month later my a/c compressor went out which cost me $500.. And a month after that when i switched gears my car would kick which now i think i have a transmission problem and i only had the car for 3 months... I wouldnt recommend this place or Robert Pena.

Ok, where do I begin. well, first of all the owner, Eddie Richards and his wife are one of the nicest, amazing, wonderful, christian people I have ever met. They are very sweet, the biggest kind hearted and loving people. They work with you and understand your needs. I have bought 5 cars from them and I promise you that I am soooo happy with them all. My son and daughter have purchased from them too. They are super satisfied with their purchases. Other than the 2 cars that we wrecked they were in still in super excellent condition. You will be satisfied with them no matter what vehicle you buy. These people are not the shady, rip-off car dealers. They do excellent jobs in taking care of their customers.I also wanted to let everyone know about Robert Pena. He has worked with Eddie for about 22 years or so. He has been there to helped me find the car and the right price I am looking for. All these reviews were likely done by his family or friends. He (eddy) listed a vehicle with 90K miles and when I went to check it out it had roughly, 105K miles. His response? We do test drives. So when I continue talking to him I ask for the CARFAX and it shows he bought from the auction with 103K miles. I told him Im not doing business and walked out. Would never recommend anyone here. ALSO if you notice their FB and all other reviews were done within the past 3-6 months. Looks like they hired a PR person to clean up their mess.
