The staff is terrible, they literally harass you the day of your note due date even before they close. They only accept cash because they don’t want to leave a paper trial apparently, they are crooks. How can you harass someone when you have to drive to pay your note everytime in person. They don’t make it easy for you at all. Horrible place, horrible business. Rude!!! Rude!!!! Rude!!!!! And again rude!!! They have the worst attitude and don’t even care.

Got a car from there worst mistake i ever made they are very rude and towed my car because i was one day late and i call him for my 800 dollars in the car and he said hes keeping everything i have in my car i will be pressing charges

Wouldn’t recommend this place they were tryingto sale a car for 15,000 cash and when I said I needed a car for around 7000 he said have a great day goodbye in a rude way. So so so rude! Basically kicked me out.

They will repo your car if your one day late. (Witch was on a sunday) There no one to do business with they take your money and resell the car to another person to get there money.

They dont preform safety checks or inspections on there vehicles! They are for immigrants to only to buy. Trump has been alerted and sorry if you cant purchase a car before 9-1-2019. This place is a rip off. I honestly can say that the customer service is poor and they rip off good people who have somewhat bad credit. They are very unprofessional, rude and out to swindle people who come in with $$$ to purchase a used vehicle. They are out to hurt better than to help one get from one destination to another. Check the reviews before ever considering Texas Auto Connect. My friend had a bad mishap at this business. They do not deserve not even one star. I will say that I was emailed with a refund in the making after I shared some strong feelings. Its the principal of the matter.

Do not go. They will approve you and offer you a good deal at first, but once they have you they will mess over you. I was a couple of payments behind and they illegally reported my vehicle stolen. Had me pulled over in the middle of the freeway with my kids, police had guns drawn. Im in the process of filling a law suit on this establishment. They lied to the police about my car being stolen. They are crooks. The first time they towed my car i had to pay $900 to get it back. They will mess over you!!

Car left the car lot with me and all lights were on the dashboard... o2 sensor checking engine light even had it rigged where you couldn’t get a sensor read on the car upon selling it. Than straight harrashes you call you from mutilple numbers with threatening demands. Not to be trusted! Come on Donald Trump put a end to this bs at once.

Everyone that works for Texas Auto Connect are some crooks. It’s a family owned business! The son, dad, grandfather, mother, and the Assistant are all crooks. They will put you in a vehicle and 2 weeks later if payment is 2 to 3 business days late they will personally come pick up your vehicle. Beware of the salesman and the finance manager, they’re all scam artist and have no respect for America’s, that’s why they have their assistant their so it won’t look oblivious to anyone. Disrespectful ass crooks! But what these crooks don’t know is that there’s a God that sit high but looks very low! If you want to lose your hard earned working money, then go right ahead and give it to these people. But don’t say we didn’t warn ya! The owner is a scam artist. I bought a car feb 22 and i had to bring 300 on march 1. I told them i will be in on march 2 (1 day) because i got off work late. They came pick my car up that night of march 1 after i called them and said i wilp be there the next day. I went to the dealership to get my car he would give me my car back. I told him that i was hiring a attorney. He told me to get the F... off his lot and F...my attorney,the law,and me. This guy is very crooked. If anyone has been scammed by them. I have a lawyer thats ready to take on the case. My goal is to get this buisness shut down. I was told that they are under investigation for fraudulent sales and other stuff. My car is up for sale now. According to the law they have to wait 21 days before they can sell that car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARLOT!!!!!!!

Dont buy from these crooks please people stay away from this dealer. they place GPS tracer device in the dash of your car or other places without consent to repo your vehicle. They stold 6000 dollars from me for a pick-up. the small midget mexican dude lies and the Egyptian owner/ manager are trustworthy.. stay away cars have so many mechanical issues....

I just bought a SUV from these guys and it broke down in the middle of the road in 48 hours check engine light wont go off car is a piece of trash and they charged me 10,000 dollars for it.
