Ok they make it easy to get in a car.... BUT BEWARE these people falsified a repo application and notarized it themselves, so the insurance company would issue the repair check to them.... They then left the repaired vehicle in the shop and cashed the check... Just found this out today. No repo done, car was in shop one month before insurance issued check.... I only had the vehicle one month. Be prepared for an insurance fraud investigation. AND DONT COME LIE and say repo for no insurance... Hence the check OH and the nonexistent repo. Yall picked the right one to play with.Guess we will just have to find out then... Be blessed

I don’t know anything about this car lot but a real good friend of mine bought a car from them she told me that she gave 1000 down then 400 2 weeks later the transmission went out they had a tracking device on it repo it and wouldn’t give her money back she doesn’t have drivers license………….how can you sell someone a car without driver’s license

…purchased a car from this Dealership. The very next day the air would not blow cold. I contacted them because before I purchased the car I was told they had an in-house mechanic and they would see to my car if anything mechanical transpired.They told me tht the air was now my problem and they recommended me to a mechanic name Hector. I took my car to Hector and he fixed the problem which costed me $250. SMH… some kind of customer service!!!!Now the brakes are bad and I’ve only had the car 2 weeks and I’m sure I’ll have to take care of that also…just do your research!!I’m terrified about what this term of car payments will be like!!😡

Do not I repeat do not buy ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY WILL ROB YOU AND WILL REPO YOUR VEHICLE EVEN IF YOU HAVE MADE EVERY PAYMENT. I PUT 4K DOWN ON A TRUCK NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AND YET THE LADY WAS RUDE AND STILL HAD My VEHICLE REPOED. Never heard of a car company taking your vehicle because of insurance. Also they will not tell you the full price on vehicles so be sure to read and not sign. They charged me an extra 10k in interest without me knowing

These people are fraud. They will take ur money and still take the car back and leave you stuck out with no explanation, talk to you condescendingly with their passive aggressive attitudes and tell you its out of their control. The guy Mike has the worst attitude ever and is very unprofessional and stood up in my (a females face) as if he wanted to hit me without providing me any answers or any help.

I hardly ever do reviews but I thought this one is a must... mainly because this company’s reviews are being made mostly by employees... I purchased a car in late November of 2018 & after driving approximately 22 miles home the check engine light came, no biggie right? I call immediately, even taking real time pictures to prove my claim. I was assured the problem would be fixed promptly. Needless to say months went by with no attempt on their end to fix the problem. As soon as time permitted I returned the piece of car and obtained reliable services. I would never recommend anyone doing business with the crooks at US Auto.

I stopped in to look for a car Raquel helped me with what I wanted and got me in the car I wanted. I’ve dealt with all the ladies here and everyone is so nice always willing to help in anyway and will make sure if you have any issues or concerns they will take care of it. Very bad business ethics. Went here as a friend of a friend. Beware that many of these reviews posted are from people who work there and friends. This is an honest review, I never rate places poorly. However, I purchased a car in March of 2017, that car broke down within 2 weeks. The mechanic they work with does not back his work, and will give the car a temporary fix. Within 8 months of having the vehicle (and financing) the car needed major repairs 6 times. Two weeks ago their mechanic “fixed” my car, again, only for the car’s water pump, and motor to completely fail 6 days later. When US Auto Groups assured me those things did not need repaired. They offered me to fix the car at commercial price (again), and I declined.

I came in just to look at some cars and they gave me a deal I couldnt refuse. I bought a car at a really good price. I would definitely recommend usautogroup to all my friends. Great customer service!!! Ask for Raquel

I went in to US Auto just to look around and I ended up buying a 2011 chevy camaro at a low price! Raquel was very open and honest about the car telling me all the problems the car has unlike other dealerships. She worked with me to help find the best possible payments that would work for me and was really nice the whole time. Bought a truck in march. Had no radio, no ac, no heat, the steering wheel cover was gone, back doors do not open from outside, no radio, power steering went out the very next day. Still have not received the tags for the truck. Everytime we call they say they can not find our paperwork. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Paid 3500 for truck plus had to turn around and pay another 500

Scam, repossessed my car without notice, paid my car note on time every month. went in too get my license plates 3 times in 2 months, and they stated they needed more money a month from me, thats why my plates had not came in yet. when i told them they were lying they started to make excuses, and act strangely. i called in to make a payment 2 days in a row and they stated their credit card machine was broken, and i could just go and deposit it in their wells Fargo bank account which i would not do because i had no record of showing that i paid them. when they repossessed my car their excuse was i had no insurance on the vehicle and when i told them i could have my insurance company send them proof over they then told me it was picked up because i was 3 days late on paying, and that if i wanted my vehicle back i would have to go through the bank and get financing. i then tried to get the owners information, and companys tax id #, and they laughed and told me they would not provide such thing! at this point i will just be contacting my attorney for fraud!
