They great fokes helped me move my pictures and contacts over to my new phone

My phone ceased to work, so I went in yesterday to get a new phone. The young hispanic employee waiting on me altered my phone data, changed my plan, added extra charges to my monthly plan without my knowledge and even changed my name on my account so that I was unable to get in to fix it

0 STARS!!!! BAD PLACE TO GO SHOP NOW. I USED TO ALWAYS LIKE IT HERE. I WAS ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE UNTIL TODAY. I WENT TO GO BUY A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR MY PHONE THIS EVENING AND THIS INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF KENDY DIDNT PUT IT ON RIGHT AND DIDNT WANT TO FIX IT OR REPLACE IT, AND HAD AN ATTITUDE ON TOP OF IT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO DO SO IF THEYRE GOING TO HAVE THIS KIND OF SERVICE....

Amazing Customer Service. Went there the other day and this nice young man i believe his name was Antonio. He helped me very well with understanding the new promotions y’all offer, and convince me to transfer my service from boost mobile to yours. Very satisfied with the services i was provided with.

Came in with issues to my email not updating and was frustrated. The guy that help with nice and patient with showing me the issue with my network with yahoo. He was a very nice young man I believe his name is Luciano.
