The manager Eliseo is very unprofessional! I do not recommend this store. He has an excuse for why he did not give me all of the information I needed to purchase a phone, after I asked about all requirements before I drove over 17 miles to get here.

People are so uptight here. Just because i wanted a regular, not updated phone, they portrayed an attitude reflecting in a way to belittle me. Plus they didnt even care wether they sold to me or not. Unprofessional.

We went to see what my phone had and he told us that he was gonna check and he said it might work but he was gonna charge us 40 dollars so later he said it was gonna work if we paid him an other 90 to fix it so we left and the next day we went to another cricket and they told us we had to go to the apple store because it had a warranty so we could get a new one so we go to the apple store and they say that it is alright and they were gonna give us a new one so my question is this; why didn’t the guy tell us to go to the apple store?? was it to get money ?? most likely. Just letting y’all know that we will never shop at this cricket again.

This traffic is very knowledgeable about how to do everything you might need to do on a phone that was lost on their kind considerate and get employees. anyone would be proud to have them there were not unethical when asked to do something that was unethical and offered advice to a person who obviously was going through something.
