Great auction with lots of good items! I’m very happy with my purchases. The owner is friendly and provided excellent customer service. The only area for improvement was the ladies who collected items for customers at pick-up. They had an overall negative vibe - especially the one who was picking my items. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Her responses were short and curt, she seemed like it was a pain to walk from place to place to get things, and, she didn’t return any smiles. She was like this to everyone that I saw her interact with. Maybe she was just having a bad day? Regardless, I would definitely buy from this auction again.

Besides almost paying for a new product after bid + fees, taxes and mileage, I haven’t gotten one item that was working properly from this place. Yes. I understand the terms of bidding. But they’re selling other people’s trash in a box and sometimes not you don’t even get a box. Items have been returned because they don’t work. This company rarely tests any items to avoid responsibility and puts them back on a shelf for resale. Crooks.

First time online bidding. Check everything you buy there before you leave, plug it in, check for parts and pieces if you don’t you will regret it . I feel like I got ripped off. They say they will refund your money, but who has time to drive across town . They shouldn’t be selling junk . But they are, sorry but they should check it before they try to get a buck for it .

This is the worst auction Ive been so far, I noticed there is 2 or 3 bidders that are there just to bring up the prices, I know this is an auction but ppl come on dont fall for this game, its a fixed auction!!!! You are almost paying full retail price after all the auction fees, on top of that most items are used maybe you get lucky and get something new but dont forget all merchandise is coming from store returns that ppl didnt like. I saw someone paying $920+15% fee+ taxes for a generator with no box or tools that is $1200 retail price, you cant be taking that risk This is crazy!! Ppl this is an acution pay attention to bidders is kinda sketchy seeing how there is always 2 bidders placing bids and never wins anything cause theyre just there to bring up prices. Im letting all my ppl know how the auction works and ill be posting this in other websites.
