Great service and out of over 6 places I checked prices at for my car battery, auto zone was the cheapest for the type of battery I needed. They even installed the battery for me. Now thats great service in my book! O got the Duralast Gold Battery for about $171. Nowhere else could beat that price for the quality of battery or the same specs as that battery has such as cold cranked voltage and cranking voltage. This was the best battery choice hands down

This is my favorite auto parts place. I live in between 3, but this store is always the most helpful. I bought a new battery and they installed it right then. Great team. Ill be back next time I need an auto part.

There are 5 star hotels and then there are 5 star Auto Zones. This Auto Zone is in a league of its own compared to any Auto parts store Ive ever been too! Our battery kept going out every month and I took it in to have it checked. Torey came out and verified the battery had a bad cell. It was getting close to closing and I should have gotten to the store earlier. Torey looked in the system that it was still under warranty, got me a replacement, and then brought all of his tools outside and not only took the old one out but then cleaned all the battery terminals and replaced with the brand new one. I will drive out of my way to come to this Auto store!

This store is amazing! Butch and all the associates have been mega helpful. I trust their advice and recommendations.

They got it right this time guys help me out gave me great service and werent crowding over the top of me trying to get me to buy something I dont need I know my vehicle very well and last time I checked the people that work the cash registers at AutoZone or not mechanics they may have advice but seems how I have actual seat hours towards a degree in automotive technology I would rather not be told by somebody who is not a mechanic what I need to fix my vehicle and these guys seem to Intuit that and respect it even directing one of the other customers questions to me for verification when he was unsure of what to recommend

Yeah that’s just AutoZone but they did have something I have been looking for for a while so it worked out pretty well

I only needed new brake pads, but I saw one of their employees in the parking lot helping a customer and when I needed to pull up my membership they went the extra mile to find and update my account.

Vern is an awful store manager. Worked here for a while and did not have a good experiences. He fired me for putting in my two weeks. I come back in and shop for my Subaru and golf, he makes me and my friends feel like we are stupid and don’t know what we are talking about. Will not be returning as long as he works here.

Stopped by for a simple part. I didnt ask for advise but vern felt very compelled to discourage me from buying what I needed and was very belittling in the process. I will not be returning to this location as long as hes there.

Shout out to Butch! You went above and beyond to help me out. Completely satisfied with the service I received. I did not realize that they were about to close and they kept helping me without the pressure or feeling like they were trying to kick me out. Every time I come to this store, I feel like they have what I need. Its always clean, its organized when I go there.

Tori was absolutely amazing! He helped me replace my battery in my car and went above and beyond to help me out. I came in very stressed out and upset and he put me at ease. There was a lot of corrosion built up on the battery which made the situation a lot more complicated than just replacing the battery. Tori did everything possible to help me out. I am so glad there are still good people out there that are willing to help above their pay grade. I am so so pleased with my experience at this AutoZone and I will continue to be a customer because of this amazing staff member. I cant say enough good things about him. I am just so grateful for everything he helped me with. He deserves a raise!!!

Vern thinks he is a great Store Manager, but all he thinks of is himself and criticises all employees all the time. He will stab you in the back at all times to make him look good.He should not be a Store Manager, he cant do his job, and he relys on other store managers to help him do his job. And keep personal affairs ou of the store and away from other employees.

Will never shop there again. We bought a bulb at the suggestion of an old gentleman that worked there and assured us it was it and so we tried to install it and it was not correct. We literally just turned around since we tried to install in the parking lot and he would not return. He said we chose to take it while he was the one who told us that was the right one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I’ve had to go to this Autozone on several occasions and they are always professional and truly want to help you. They are honest and the people I’ve dealt with really know their stuff. Even when busy they make sure to acknowledge every person who walks in the door. They’ve saved me time and money with batteries, windshield wipers, lights and other car parts.

Always have what I need, for a good price. The workers are helpful, and their rewards program is pretty ridiculously good. You get $20 back for spending $100 (its not quite that cut and dry. You earn a point every time you spend at least $20. 5 points gives you $20 on your rewards card) most of my purchases are around $20, so it is way worth it to me.

Stopped in with a tail light problem, they didn’t have a replacement part but were able to get mine back into working order. Went out of their way to help and didn’t charge anything, great guys and an awesome shop. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this autozone countless times. in fact, i go in so much, the people there don’t get surprised when im in there everyday lol. this location doesn’t compare to other locations at all. the employees here are outstanding at their job and treat the customers very politely and always sell the right part. they have never once sold me something wrong, or told me any bad advice about my car. i love all of the employees, but the only names i can remember are butch, tori, brandon, shane, and jay. these guys are very welcoming and always treat me great. i would strongly recommend coming to this location for any of your car troubles.

My battery went bad before it should have, luckily these guys are honest, and I got a full replacement! I love this auto zone! My 3rd time in this location, and happy every time!

I love this place. They always are so helpful with my DIY auto repair projects.

Went in to have them check my battery, which they told me was bad. I was in a time crunch and figured I would ask if they did onsite battery change. I dont change batteries often and I figured they could do it quicker than I could. When I asked the employee about doing so his response was Not for fully grown men that are capable of doing it themselves. We only do that for little old ladies. It made me feel about two inches tall. I am capable of doing it, and I did do it. However, to be made to feel less for asking a question about something that other auto stores do happily I feel is unnecessary. He could have simply said no.

They tested my battery and installed the new one quickly and cheerfully. So nice and helpful!

I was really impressed with the customer service here. When they found additional information that they thought would be helpful to us, they came and found us in the parking lot (in freezing cold weather) to let us know. It made a big difference and saved us a bunch of time and enabled us to get the problem taken care of right away.

Wouldn’t let me in 10 minutes before closing and all I needed was some brake fluid. Another time they wouldn’t take my oil to recycle it. Oreillys is a little further from my house but I’ll be going there from now on.

Wonderful staff both in the morning and afternoon! They help where they can and always try to add some tips along the way. Definitely some great people!

It was late, near closing time that I needed to retrieve a 5/8 spark plug socket with a swivel extension to change cylinder #3s plugs and both guys who were working the evening shift seemed to be well immersed in the knowledge of troubleshooting problems as well as the experience fixing them. Five stars!

Horrible customer service! Was told I needed new break pads and rotors on my front tires. I don’t really know anything about cars but I knew what I needed. While telling Reed what I needed I asked him what tools I would need to get the job done as well (so I could buy them). He was condescending, rude and just basically acted annoyed with me the entire time. It made me feel super uncomfortable and if I didn’t need these things I would’ve told him off and left. Get employees who are willing to help and answer questions.

Preston M helped us the day after Christmas and he was so nice and polite. He didnt mind going out in the cold to help us and held the doors open for me. Give that man a raise!

Staff was friendly. Hours are convenient. The first employee I worked with didnt seem to know anything. He was doing a web search for which transmission fluid I should use when someone else told him what to do. Later, the same employee told another customer hed have to get help from the guru.The other employee I worked with knew what fluid to get and asked me if wanted one or two quarts. I wasnt certain and he told me, Its your car. Not the most helpful.

He was acting like I was a shoplifters or something.

I avoid this store whenever possible. The people here just dont know cars, or about the parts for them. I had an issue on a Ford car, and needed to buy some Brake line. I told them the make, model, and even brought in the actual part. Two trips and 40 minutes of waiting for them to try and find the part, and they could never find anything that I needed. I have done several minor repairs that needed bolts and simple parts, and they just cant ever seem to find them--maybe they dont know what theyre looking for.I took the issue to NAPA, and they found the right parts for me in 5 minutes.

Sold me some defective headlights that went out after about a month. Cashier refused to give me a refund or an exchange, told me that they wouldnt do anything. Very disappointed in the low quality of the product and the service, will not be returning. If you want good service or even decent products, go somewhere else.

Great staff and they have everything that you need. They are minutes from my house and we love that. Head in for your car parts needs.

Its very helpful to have this place nearby. I will say though that the rental tools are very overpriced. I got a vacuum pump and gauge manifold which together sell for $150, but I had to pay $300 to rent them. Its not a problem since I can get a full refund on rentals, but still.

I bought a battery charger it never came out of the box was never used but my fiance had three major Strokes and spent 5 months in the hospital when I went to use it it was broken they refused to exchange it or do anything because its been past the 90 days I have been a long-time customer of AutoZone and after this I probably will never go there again

Worst customer service! I went in needing help with a locking pin for a hitch & not 1 of the 4-5 guys working offered to help. They stood behind the counter and stared at me when I asked for help. So disappointing!

Brand new store, lots of help on staff. They were to heavy on the STP oil filters. I prefer a Bosch which they had very limited selection.
