With a paint number in hand, I went to SW and purchased a gallon of paint I thought was going to be perfect for the bedroom I was painting. When I started to apply the paint, it turned out to be pink and not at all the grey I intended. At no fault of the store or paint, I drove back to the store and the pleasure of working with Veronica. She was very patient and understanding of my distaste for the pink. Veronica offered to add color to the paint to give it more of the grey color I wanted. She took her time and added color to the paint, each time checking with me each time to see if it was acceptable. After six times of adjusting the color, I ended up with a beautiful grey color that was perfect for me. After corrected my paint color, she created a color sample swatch to use if I needed another gallon of paint, which I did. The second gallon matched perfectly. SW is lucky to have someone like Veronica on their team. Because of my experience with Veronica I will happily refer others to SW and to see Veronica for their specialty needs. They had exactly what I needed

Not a friendly environment, or welcoming at all. I would rather go to another location but this is the closest store. Products are fine, just understaffed and takes forever.The staff arent friendly they act like they hate there job, makes you feel like your inconveniencing them every time I have been in there! I hate feeling like that.

I found that getting paint at Sherwin-Williams was more expensive than at any old hardware store. However, the quality for what I got was worth every dime. The men there really knew their stuff and gave me great advice as well as a paint that matches my walls exactly. The first wall is painted and you cant tell any difference from the walls around it except that the scuffs and patches are all evenly covered over and beautiful.

Excellent paint. Color changes are a snap! They have all of the supplies I need at a very reasonable price. You get small store convenience and courtesy and dont have to drive so far to find a big box store.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Went in on a Sunday afternoon. Nobody in the store. Female employee was zero help. Never greeted or asked if I needed any help. I went in for some urethae trim enamel for a cabinet project. The girl said they do not make it in a deep base. So she recommended I use a different product. Emerald latex paint. So I purchased the product at her recommendation. Before I applied the paint I did some research online; professional painters said do not use Emerald paint on cabinets if you want your project to turn out right. Monday morning I went to the Draper location to avoid dealing with this location. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. The agreed I should not use Emerald paint on cabinets. Also the initial paint I went in for Urethane Trim Enamel does come in a deep base. They swapped me out for what I wanted initially.

The store personnel both worked non stop to make the orders. It was a bit busy but both employees worked very hard to get the orders mixed up, invoiced and loaded.
