This location has super friendly and fast service. They always greet you with a smile. It is my favorite ice cream parlor in town!

Coldstone is NOT a glorified Baskin Robbins. Coldstone is a frozen marvel. They take homemade ice cream and fold into it, a number of different accessories and you can get it in a cup, sugar cone or the almighty waffle bowl! You are allowed to eat this treat alone by law, but what a deliciously wonderful thing to share with someone special.After youve determined your favorites, you may call in advance to assure your favorite flavors are available. I failed to do this and drove to 3 different locations until I had my Strawberry Blonde in the waffle bowl.

This is seriously the best ice cream place ever. The workers are so welcoming and nice and the manager is absolutely my favorite!! :) I definitely would recommend it to anyone.

They have the sweetest staff. Setu was the sweetest and a very hard worker and the manager is very understanding. The ice cream is great and very customizable. I loved coming here the service is amazing. If you go I recommend getting a waffle bowl they’re the best

Cant emphasize enough how much I loved coming here. The service was wonderful and our icecream technician, Christian, was so helpful and patient as we decided which ice cream we wanted. The icecream itself is topnotch and the waffle bowls were amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cold treat!

This Coldstone location is top tier. Christian answered all of our questions, gave us samples and even suggested the waffle bowl which made the already delicious ice cream even better. Definitely will be coming back!

The workers are so very nice, and treated me so well this is my favorite location way better than Baskin Robbins, there ice cream is always AMAZING, whoever the manager Is hired a great!! staff!! Always leave a tip for Estella she works so hard she even knows my usual!

Came here a few nights ago, two people were working but only one was helping customers so we had to wait forever to be helped! Then they were out of the caramel apple we wanted, and charged a fricken dollar just for sprinkles. Waste of time and money.

Not as good as people have told me. Go to sub zero instead if u can. Its better ice cream and a lot bigger variety. Also a lot more fun to watch. I wont go back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The ice cream is amazing and their customer service skills are horrendous. When I walked in tonight I smiled and the guy working rolled his eyes at me. They act like you are inconveniencing them by being there. We are repeat customers, once a week. I am very close to never going again. They also turn their coolers to where the ice cream is melted before they even scoop it. They only fill the ice cream cups 75%. If you dare to ask them to please fill it up they get very irritated, and maybe add a nickel size scoop. I ordered and paid for cupcakes online, it said they would be ready at 5:00. I went to get them and they said they didnt have any. They wouldnt refund my money. Worst coldstone I have ever gone too. Everyone but the younger girl needs to be fired and they need to hire people who have customer service skills.

Prices are quite high compared to other Cold Stones with no explanation as to why. Something I usually get for $7.50 at other stores is $10.50 here.

Cold stone is hands down the best ice cream ever. It is so rich, creamy and delish. I try different flavors but always wind up back at Cake Batter ice cream with carmel mixed in. My wife loves the waffle bowls. Of you are gonna give in to your sweet tooth, this is the ultimate indulgence.

There were 4 of us there along with 5 in another group, 4 in another and two sets of 2 people ahead of us plus 3 behind us. The girl behind the counter was magnificent! She was totally by herself which as a parent I dont like for safety-sake and she kept her cool and was pleasant to everyone who came in. However Coldstone what is wrong with you only having one person working on a Sat afternoon that was nice weather...duh lots of people! Dont be so cheap Hire more people!

Cold Stone is my favorite place to get ice cream. Everything is custom and made to order. The business plan is solid and the servers always are happy and ready to help. Not to mention they are fast at what they do. I personally enjoy their oatmeal cookie ice cream with a twix mixed in. Best place for ice cream in Utah.

Wow! I dont know if there was a change in management or what, but all the employees are new faces and they are all amazing people! Free samples of apples brought out multiple times and very good service all the way around! Very positive and happy employess!

I drove out of my way to enjoy. I arrived and they had JUST locked the door! They closed an hour before stated. I noticed 2 other couples also going up and attempting to enter and finding the doors locked.

Great ice cream! The floors were a little dirty and sticky. I dont like having to step over napkins while my shoes stick to the floor.

I love Coldstone and have had good experiences at this location but not today. They wouldnt punch my Coldstone card because they said it was from Jordan Commons? I use the same card for everywhere. Their sign shows that they have sugar free chocolate and even has a price. When I asked which was sugar free they told me they dont have any anymore. Disappointed.

In the last year this Cold Stone has gone down the drain. They randomly close before they are supposed to(3 times in the last two months), and are always rude when we go in. The ice cream is good, just do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Only in this location.. same chocolate devotion tastes like a perufume taste.. only coldstone location charges more than rest.. If u order chocolate devotion - you need to ask them add brownie, add one free mix in.. But unfortunately - they charge 75 cents for each mixin - even 1 st one is free..

Variety of ice cream is average, mix insurance are average ...compared to Cold Rock in Australia which has more flavours including Baileys etc....better and more mix insurance in Australia.
