Extra Space Storage staff has been extremely helpful and professional with me at all times. Their facility is immaculately clean (the concrete is shiny on my floor) and the temperature seems steadily controlled so that you wouldnt have to worry about your items getting too hot or cold. With the service and quality, I feel that their prices are a good value. I would recommend them for your storage needs.

Extra Space was an amazing place to use. They didnt have any hidden fees or outrages damage claims. They even send you a text if your payment failed, so you can correct it right away. I will only use them next time I use a storage.

Been storing my belongings there for a little over a month and so far have had great service. Super fast and easy process when signing up to rent a space. I had my assigned unit, code, instructions all done in less than 1 hour! In less something changes as far as the service I have received I would Definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I rented my unit and I made a mistake as I rented a regular unit and I needed a climate controlled one. I called Extra Space and talked to Cindy, the store manager, Cindy was a delight to talk to. She was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. Cindy researched her inventory and was able to find an unit that was being vacant soon. Cindy was then able to switch from the outside unit to the climate control one seamlessly. I have never used Extra Space Storage, but based on the interaction I had with Cindy, I will become a loyal customer. I recommend them 100%

I have had experience with other storage facilities across the country and the Extra Space in South Jordan has been by far the best. I’ve had need to seek assistance from Cindy and other office staff a few times and they have been very helpful and accommodating. The entire facility inside and outside is extremely clean and safe. I’ve not had to worry about the security of the important family heirlooms I have stored there. In fact, after emptying my unit I inadvertently left a family treasure which was hidden out of the way. The next day Cindy was sweeping the unit again and found this piece and emailed and called to let me know. When I returned to the office she had saved the item for me. Now, not many storage companies have caring people like Cindy who go out of their way to do the right thing. Each time I’ve stopped by my unit to add or remove items Cindy or another staff member has touched base with me asking if I needed help. Like I’ve said, this location is beyond standard expectations.

With one months notice my rate just doubled! DOUBLED! I chose this place because it was well priced. I hated that I have to take an elevator and go down a hall to my unit, but it was initially worth it. Its not any more if I have to pay the same price as a place I could drive up to my unit. I guess I finally have motivation to clean out my storage unit. When I first decided to rent here the person on the phone said that I could just call them when I get rate increases and they can drop it back down. Then when I got the first rate increase I called and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Dont trust them if they try to tell you they will negotiate the rate. They wont. Not worth it anymore. If I cant fit everything in my garage Ill get a different unit somewhere else.

I rented from this location in 2018 and need a storage unit now in 2021 and didnt even attempt to look up anywhere else, even if there were cheaper places because of what a great experience I had here. I submitted a request at 2am on Saturday and received a call by 9:00am Monday morning from Marc at Extra Space. Still super impressed with their customer communication turn around times, not to mention how friendly and professional they still are three years later. Marc went through all the fine details with me over the phone and offered to walk me through the lease agreement that was sent to my email as well. I work in customer service so I have a high standard as is and Extra Space has never failed in that aspect. Thank you Marc for all of your help and making the process so simple and smooth!

We rented a third story unit for 20 months while we were building our house. The facility is one of the cleanest and best in the state. The temp controlled helped all of our items to survive storage with no issues. The carts supplied to move in and out were very helpful. Jonathan and Mark were always easy to talk to and helpful. If we ever have to use storage again, we will use Extra Space.

This is a great facility. Always clean and well maintained. It has friendly staff that are very helpful. Good hours and they always have enough carts! You have to love that. They have great communication and make it very easy and smooth with all your move in and payments. Top notch!

I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always so pleasant and the place thoroughly clean! They have plenty of roller carts to help with your move in or move out, too, so thats a big plus. After having rented her in the climate controlled units, Ill never rent anywhere else. If you want your lock cut, belongings stolen, thrown around and trashed then this is the perfect storage for you! We noticed the lock on our storage unit was different than the one we put on and immediately contacted customer service to find out why. They said there were no notes in our file and they would have the office contact us first thing Monday morning when they open up. When they finally called Monday afternoon and we explained what happened they suggested we just had the wrong keys. It was a completely different lock than what we put on our unit. We asked them to review camera footage several times, but they kept making excuses and said that they can’t until we do a lock cut. They said if after they cut the lock and it looks like something happened then they would. We went down there to have them cut the lock and immediately noticed several items missing and thrown all around. They then stated the cameras aren’t working. It has been over a week and still nothing has been done. Waiting for promised phone calls that never happen. Do yourself a favor and rent a storage anywhere but here!

Definitely recommend this place for your storage needs. Super competitive rates, great customer service and communication, and I know my stuff is always safe. The facility is easy to access for a customer, but locked down for a foreigner. I moved all my stuff out, and THEY contacted me to ask if I had moved out. They have very thorough checks on everyones belongings. Would store here again in the future.

Daysha is wonderful! Customer service goes a long way with me and I recommend working directly with her. I had rented before she started - the call center customer service wasn’t great at all which is why I’m leaving 4 stars versus 5. Daysha goes above and beyond and is wonderful to work with. She has always followed up when she said she would and quickly resolves any questions or concerns.

So far so good. I just signed a lease and I was not only impressed by the price, but with the facility also, The space is clean and easily accessible. Havent moved in quite yet but I foresee no issues with that. My only complaint, and its a small one, is there is a stiff clip (an L shaped piece of metal about 4 inches wide) attached to the floor about a foot from the wall that could possibly cause damage when moving. Not sure if this was intended or if its a mistake, but we will have to cover it with something so it doesnt snag on my furniture.

Jan. 2019: I used to work for Extra Space but was moving and needed space. As a renter, this facility is a perfect example of everything that they promise as a company. It is clean, well managed and friendly. The manager Jonathan is super helpful and makes a memorable impression on that highlights the company values.Jan 2020: I moved out of state and needed a place to store my belongings temporarily. I was hours away from everything I owned in life, but had the peace of mind that Jonathan the manager and his excellent team of staff would take great care of my stuff. I would randomly pop into town to visit with family and check on my unit; this facility was always spotless. The elevators were always working and there was never any problems with the staff or auto-pay. Moving is stressful, but storage shouldnt be. The on-site team is spectacular and the call center employees are always a breath of fresh air and cheery. When I was ready to move out of my storage unit, the team was extremely accommodating of my situation and they made moving out a breeze.I cant recommend Extra Space enough!

Compared to other storage facilities, extra space is always clean and polished, which I’m sure appeals to a more respectful and mindful customer base. That alone gives facilities a good reputation and encourages people to refer others to their business. Mark has been attentive and helpful. I haven’t had any bad experiences

Extremely impressed with my experience at Extra Space Storage. Johnathan was very helpful and made my first storage renting experience a breeze. Payments are month to month and they are very transparent about their pricing. Booking online does get you a slight discount and at the time I moved in, they were running a First Month Free promotion that made me choose Extra Space Storage. The facility is very clean and I felt my belongings were safe. They have multiple carts at multiple entrances for anybody to use. Having access to my stuff outside of normal business hours was also very appreciated. I moved out due to not needing the extra storage space but most certainly plan to utilize Extra Space Storage again should I need that storage down the road.

Five stars hands down cleanest, very helpful staff, Johnathan was such a help today with letting me try the plug on a shop vac that was in my unit in the front office because storage units don’t typically like to have power plugs for obvious reasons. To make sure it still worked, and was very knowledgeable even about that! Johnathan seemed very interested in his job and giving good service to customers! Something I’ve felt has been in flames ever since around 2010! I aspire to work like he does and people want to give me good reviews...... ha

First impression wasnt that great.They didnt let my wife and I inside the building together (only one person at a time they say) even though there would have been only 4 people in the building and neither of us have any symptoms. One of the front office people wasnt even helping anybody and could have left so that we could have gotten the information together.They didnt forwarn us about signing the rental agreement the same day and having to provide our own locks so they forced us to buy their lock even though we have one.Also, in the process of trying to get a discount, Ive never been asked to provide so much information for so little a discount.On a positive note, they did walk us to and show us the unit which was considerate. Camera coverage was good and personal access is convenient.Overall, disappointed in transparency and customer service. Not off to a great start.

I have been renting a unit for a little while now. They are the most dependable, honest, and good people to work with. Their customer service is second to none. I just moved into a smaller unit and they made the process so easy for me (even got the new unit right next to the old one). They arent out to make any extra money off you than whats just and fair. Over 100 5 star reviews and I know exactly how they got them.It wasnt because of the quality or services.It is because they continuously ask for a review as if that is more important than actually making sure the customer is having a good experience or not.I have never felt so pressured to do a review even before I was a customer.Went up the road to another facility closer to the highway, clean facility, and no pressure to write any reviews.

I have rented several storage units throughout the years but Extra Space Storage is by far THE BEST IVE EVER SEEN! The units and areas around the units are clean and they look brand new. The manager here is fantastic. He got me in, set up with a storage unit, and out very quickly and in a friendly manner. The facility itself is very clean, in a great location and even internal units are easy to access. There are large facility entrance doors, elevators, and push carts for getting everything to a unit easily.

This place was super clean, in a good location, and had such a good value for money! We got the first month free deal without realizing we would only need the storage unit for a few weeks and they honored that deal so we didn’t have to pay anything! We were so pleasantly surprised and definitely recommend this storage unit!
