Great location, fair price, clean, and accessible. First time navigating this need while making an inter-state move and they made it easy. Will look at them again as the need arises in the future!

I showed up last minute worried I would be asked to come back when they opened again. Instead I was treated as if it was the middle of the day. I was shown a tour of the units to help pick the size I needed and even got all set up with a unit and keys in just a few minutes. The facility is very clean and new and the staff maintain that feel in how they treated me.

We use SOJO for all of our business storage and it has been a great experience. Their facility is close to our office and we love the 24hr access and secure storage space!

Super clean & nice complex. Got a great deal with the online special so check that before you rent.They provide the lock which is nice to not deal with purchasing.Had issues with phone initially. They are battling with Verizon on voicemail access. If you can’t reach them over the phone send an email which they reply to super quick.Thanks for being awesome and not crazy priced!

I transitioned all of my storage from Extra Space in Lehi to SoJo in S. Jordan and received the second month free! I was able to get into a bigger space, with easier access to my unit, for less money than extra space! I would highly recommend SoJo! Also, the manager in the office was kind enough to cut me a check immediately for my free month when the system accidentally withdrew it from my account. They have been very responsive and I’m very impressed! Also, the location is much closer to my office and my home for easy access!

Had a Uhaul reservation here. Called beforehand to confirm and received no answer or response. Went to pick up the Uhaul the day of and nobody was in the office. Waited 30 minutes before we gave up. Threw off our whole schedule for the day. I wouldn’t even call this bad customer service - no customer service at all.Update: there was a family emergency and Braden responded to me after a few hours. He was completely polite and we are working something out. Braden is great!

I love my storage unit! I believe I have the largest they offer. The price here at Sojo is hard to beat. I wouldnt go anywhere else. The units and the surrounding areas are very clean. Rented a Uhaul from SoJo and the employee made a mistake which charged me an extra $65. Called SoJo and they told me to call Uhaul. I’m still trying to get my $65 back. SoJo storage should have taken care of this because it was THEIR mistake. Would not rent from them again

I have to say that SOJO is 5-star in each category. The facility is new, the property is well cared for, my monthly rate is the best I could find, and I can handle all my transactions from my mobile phone whether Im paying my rent or opening the front gate. The place is awesome. Furthermore, the staff is phenomenal. Justin knows his stuff: he is informative, friendly, and he really wants to help. I couldnt ask for a better experience.Im a real person and a real renter at SOJO. I dont know the owners and I only know Justin through my interactions with him at the property. I was able to get a unit last minute when my house flooded! They also rent uhuals which was awesome because I didn’t have a truck at the last minute. Good staff and the unit was clean. Definitely a good call to make if you’re in need.
