My 14yo daughter and I went parasailing today. We did the 800ft but could easily have done 1000ft. It just feels like you floating in the air, and views are stunning. The guys that took us out were great!! Pete and Malakai really made the whole experience fun and still made sure we all did the necessary safety things. Would definitely do it again. Reserving was easy and the check in was quick too. We’ve rented boats, jet skis and paddle boards from them and always have had a great experience. Highly recommend them for any water activities you want to do.

Plan 30 to 45 minutes for paperwork before getting on the boat and the office is next to the restaurant, not by the dock. Overall service is good and I paid additional $120 for fuel charge. It was a good experience.

I had an amazing time. It was a quick and easy process renting, then switching the rental after changing our minds on jet skis. They fully accommodated us, everyone was nice and very chill. I have referred friends and will definitely return every summer.*Read another review and remembered, there was a girl who didnt even inspect the initial Jet ski rental that tried to say that previous damage was done by us. unbeknownst to her, we only had it five minutes tops. (Since we changed our minds) I told the girl who asked to please ask the person who ACTUALLY inspected the the jet ski for us and everything was fine. I’d say watch out for that. And I’d suggest going to emerald bay.

Rented a nice boat from them a couple months back. Boat was in good condition, but very very expensive compared to others in the area and in Tahoe City. They are very popular and busy and they know it. Unfortunately, customer service was really not great, reps felt really annoyed and arrogant. That on top of the fact that we waited almost 2 hours in line to then pay almost $1,500 for a 4 hour boat rental was not great. Despite the price, extremely long wait and not so great customer service, the trip on the water was fun and luckily it was nice weather. Highly recommend renting a boat in Tahoe, but this place would not be my first choice next time.

Our family of 5 adults took the Emerald Bay Jet Ski tour. It was fabulous! We had so much fun! The guide was informative and the scenery was majestic! It was an incredible way to see beauty of Emerald Bay up close. We returned another day to ski again it was so much fun!

My wife and I had a great time. The guys that took us and the other 3 couples out were fun and really put us all at ease as almost all of were doing this for the first time. We were able to check this off our bucket list, and definitely want to do this again.

Love coming here each time we are in South Lake Tahoe looking for a jet ski rental. They are always friendly and we leave with a smile on our faces. So unfortunate that we had smoke on this last visit hitting hard in Tahoe, but they still let us go out on their jet skis.Definitely go with this rental service when you visit South Lake Tahoe! 👍

The whole staff was super nice and helpful! The rental process was hassle free. We booked and paid online, checked in at the marina and then we headed to the beach to get our life jackets and a crew guy took us to our boat for a quick walkthrough/tutorial. The boat was in great condition and we had a blast on the lake all day! We will use this company again in the future for sure!

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The girls inside were sweet and friendly, the young men that took us in and out were cheerful and professional. We rented the brand new four winns 240 which was a little more but well worth it. When we come back we wont hesitate to rent from Tahoe sports again!

Very disappointed with this place. Went there to rent a boat, completed the paperwork and then had to wait over 45 minutes while they went to get a boat. It was then 4PM and they close at 6PM and the boat hadn’t even turned up, let alone going through the instructions and taking us out to the starting point. Realising we would have hardly any time out on the lake by the time they were ready, we asked to cancel but they insisted on charging us a $50 cancellation fee despite it being their fault that it took so long. We were told they were under staffed and it was “to be expected”. If it was it to be expected, they should have set expectations when we walked in and told us it would take over an hour to get a boat ready - we would have rented another time earlier in the day in that case.On top of that, the attitude of the lady at the desk was extremely poor and she should not work in the customer service industry. I heard her being rude to other customers while I was initially completing the paperwork, so her attitude with me was not an isolated incident. Charging me $50 for all this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Great experience! Rented a small boat for our family. Free tube came with it since we had a boat license. It was so much fun👌 staff was courteous and helpful. We reserved ahead of time online and check in was easy day of.

Love this place! Never let us down or we are extremely lucky. Seem to always have something for us to rent. Affordable and fuel rate is reasonable. Service is friendly which keeps us coming back year after year.

Good quick service!! The red shirt crew guys & Lucas are awesome took us outta the tight marina as they do.. and speed boat was perfect understand they are used obviously but maintained well! Must head out to Emerald bay and then just drive out into the open lake. Watch out for lighter waters if you can see the bottom slow down and cost

DO NOT RENT ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE!! THEY DO NOT RESPECT CUSTOMERS!We rented a boat, the boat was broken and the staff just disappeared and left us waiting for more than half an hour!! We wanted to cancel and they made us pay $50 dollars fee and the lady at front desk was extremely rude saying they were short staffed and we should expect all this! She was rude and aggressive towards us the customers and had zero respect for the fact that we couldn’t continue waiting because we have a one year old baby! Extremely disappointing!! NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT RESPECT CUSTOMERS!

We decided on a quick trip to Tahoe last minute for 1 night. Walked from the parking lot to the beach now read this, we walked up to the booth it was “6:01pm” online and on their website it says they close at 8pm but the last time you can rent a jet ski is at 6pm. A bunch of girls were standing there just chit chatting not even acknowledging us. So I ask if we could rent jet skis it’s now “6:02” well guess what since they are just employees working there that don’t care. They said “ NOPE we are closed” I asked is there anyway we could just rent 1 jet ski for 1 hour or 30 mins it’s “6:02” the answer was a very rude NO. Then we walk over the boat rentals which is right across from them on the beach and when you call the # the last time they rent boats out is 6:30pm and we walked over around 6:03pm they refused to rent out boats because they close 6pm as well.

Boat rentals are 2 hour min. This place has the best service hands down from any rental spot on tahoe. Michelle was awesome and broke down all the info I needed to make an informed decision on the right type of boat. She answered all my other mundane questions professionally. Would wholeheartedly recommend this place. Once again, ask for Michelle. She got you!

Easy and fast! We rented a powerboat and spent half a day at the lake. Connor was very helpful and explained everything. The boat was great and we added a single tube for kids fun. Went to Emerald bay and had an amazing experience enjoying this beauty.

The boat and service was excellent. We had booked class A Reiner. Just beware of the extra charges. For example for 2 hrs they charged us $100+ for fuel and some $30 for marina usage fee.

$$$ but great boat and fun for 2. Coast guard wont allow pull behind toys with fewer than 3 people on boat. Listen when they tell you to pin marina! On the way back its easy to confuse for other nearby dock.

I read some negative reviews about this place that made me hesitate about using them. I’m glad that we rented with them. From the time we arrived, to renting the boat, to being driven out and back in from the lake we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The ladies behind the counter were professional and were able to split our fees with no issues at all. The dudes that took us from the marina to the last buoy and back in when we were done for the day were so down to earth and friendly. The lake was gorgeous that day and the views were spectacular! This will be a yearly tradition from now on. Great job Ski Run, you will have a returning customer next summer, if not sooner.

Hidden charges and unhelpful/uninterested staff. To be fair, they have great infrastructure and services available but be prepared for some surprises along the way. The overall services we received were great, but the unprofessional behaviour was a downer.

The check-in experience was HORRIBLE. We were a group of 6 and had questions about their pricing. When enquired about weekend vs weekday vs long weekend pricing, their staff member(Michelle) response was this is such an a$$hole question. Didnt expect such an unprofessional behavior and rude customer service.

Their location which is at the end of Ski Run Rd, is scenic, lovely, well managed. All staff members at the beach Dock are very helpful, pleasant and fun loving. However, I find the rental rates to be quite high. I would be able to come and enjoy more often each year if it wasnt so expensive or at least, if they would offer lower rates during the weekdays, that would help many families. Regardless, they are the best part of our Lake Tahoe Memories!!!

Process of renting a boat was very easy and fast. Prices are reasonable and their customer service is awesome!! They kindly answered all my questions. Wallie was our boat expert who took our boat out of the port. He was super cool and made my family laugh. He gave us tips on what to do and what not to do. And also the cool spots in the lake. Thank you Ski Run for making our familys first experience and visit to Lake Tahoe a memorable one!!

Bad experience at Jet Ski reservations at Ski Run Marina on May 30.Lady by the name of Nikki was very rude. We wanted to reserve JetSkis for 15 of us and I have no idea what ticked her off but she was brute, loud almost to the point of being abusive. Her co-workers seemed to know of her demeanor (I could see the smirky smile on their face). We ended up with reserving 3 jetskis for 2 hours each but the interfacing with Nikki left a bitter experience and we felt sad and humiliated. Please take appropriate actions. Thanks.Potential Customers:Please see below response from the owner:Your attitude was definitely the issue - So much so for customer service. Unfortunate. I can assure you that we as visitors with family were just looking to have fun. The lady was unwilling and rude to answer our questions and at a point even doubted our financial ability to book the jetskis and take financial responsibility for damages etc. Sigh!

This was expensive but well worth it. Rented a boat for 4 hours. Took it from south to north and had lunch at Gar Wood. The boat was decently maintained and except for the speedometer everything worked. The staff was great and very energetic throughout. The boats are valet in and out. The surprise at the end was learning about the fuel charge which no one mentioned at the time of the booking, check in or when we were taken to the boat and shown the boats features. Like some others have said “who reads the fine print?” The fact is the talk about the cost of cleaning, damage, parts and insurance but said nothing about fuel. I’m fine with paying for it, but it was not an upfront mention. This is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. Other than that, I recommend taking a boat out on the water and enjoying

Clean boats, convenient marina and very accommodating staff. They took us out to the entrance of the canal to confirm our basic knowledge of the boat and picked us up in the same area, to guide us back in. Very easy process to rent and return.Some advice...rent your boat the day before your excursion to confirm you’ll get a boat. We arrived the day we wanted to rent (swim suits and cooler in hand) and waited over an hour in line to be told they don’t have availability that day. They recommended reservations online for the day to explore. We did and had an amazing day on the lake.

Our group on a business retreat really enjoyed experience on Lake Tahoe from Ski Run Boat Co. staff. Everyone so nice, helpful and patient. Equipment where all very good quality, no problems with the boat or jet skies, lots of fun with the paddle board as well although challenging to balance at time but everyone had great fun. Definitely do this again with a bigger team. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

On a whim, my daughter and I decided to rent a boat to go boating on Lake Tahoe. The young men at the dock were very pleasant and directed me to the office for the rental. The young lady in the office was very rude and uninterested and helping me very much. I rented the boat and we went down to the dock and met with one of the associates named Zion. Zion was a joy. He was kind to my young granddaughters in assisting them with their life jackets and kind in helping us get the boat out beyond the buoys. When I returned, Zion again provided exceptional customer service. We were charged $29 for gas for less than 1 hour on the boat. To me that is outrageous.

The boat ride was an awesome experience. The attendants made easy to get and get off the boat after the ride. Cant wait till next visit. Thanks, From the Lone Star State

Excellent experience. Very knowledgeable staff that went over maneuvering of a boat repeatedly and in detail to make sure everything was understood well. Requires patience and knowledge to explain things as well as they did.Our boat had some tears in it which is expected for a rental boat but was still nice. Ran smooth. Spacious.

The Young Lady at the counter was very informative and professional, I wish I could remember her name but it is not legible on the contract either. The young man who took us out to the open water was very informative and explained everything very carefully. I did not really deal with anyone else but both young people that I dealt with where extremely professional and explained everything clearly. We will be back and do it again.

This place was amazing! We just spent last weekend in Tahoe for Fathers Day and decided that a day on the lake would be a great idea. We just happened upon this website and decided to give Ski Run Boat Co. a shot. They did not disappoint. The boats are nice and clean and the staff was amazing, from checking in the checking out, everyone was knowledgeable and fun to be around. They have it working like a well-oiled machine. We will definitely be back!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the equipment was in good shape. The only negative was having to pay extra for parking. If they are going to force you to park in the pay lot when the other lot was empty they should offer to validate your ticket or something. Didnt enjoy being clipped $27 on top of the boat rental fee and $5+ gas per gallon which were expected. Other than that is was a great experience.

Boat was as others described, not totally clean on the interior...peanuts, bottle caps, other random debris scattered all over the floor of the boat. Not exactly what you want to see when youre going to be barefoot most of the day moving around the boat. The guys working the dock are a little rough, cursing freely which isnt what I expect from an outfit mainly renting to families with kids, so its clear professionalism isnt their strong suit.The reason I gave them some weight towards a positive experience was that they are the only company that seemed to be open and renting boats past 10/1 which is apparently when most other outfits have ended their season. We had a blast on the Lake and the dock-hand was pretty informative with a good personality, so that was a good thing to leave a decent impression.

Our time on the boat was great once we got going. This is why I give it a 3 versus anything lower. The customer service from the individual at the desk was very poor. When we asked her if they are sanitizing there boats, she gave me a lot of attitude and basically told me I should not be doing this if I had any concerns. Incredibly rude. Once we got down to the boats, we had to try two different boats. The first was very dirty and wouldn’t start. The second was better but had used beer cans on the boat still which brings into question how well they are really cleaning the boats. We cleaned it ourselves to be sure. The kid was really nice but for the amount you pay, we shouldn’t have had to deal with any of that.

Tahoe Sports Ski Run Boat Company has a great operation in South Lake Tahoe. It was very easy to rent a boat, frat people giving orientation, taking us to the lake and responding to us when we were ready. The prices are just right. We had a fantastic time!!! We will go back again.. We absolutely love Lake Tahoe.

While being on vacation at Lake Tahoe, my group (4 people) wanted to rent Jet Skis on two occasions. First, we went there on a nice Friday afternoon to learn that they closed early (at 3pm, instead of 4pm). They told us to come back tomorrow, which we did. They only had one Jet Ski left and could not tell us how long it would take to get the other one, but at the same time reserved the one Jet Ski and told us that theyd call us. After waiting for 1.5 hours, we finally got a call. The phone was ringing for maybe 10 seconds and when my husband picked up, they already hung up. We cold backed immediately and got in line (which was long), and just 1 minute later, the jet skis were gone! BTW, on Saturday, the minimum time is 3 hours, which is ridiculous to start with. We even asked if we could share the Jet Ski and two could go on for one hour and the other two for the other hour. They told us that they would not allow it.Going forward, as we waited so long, we wanted to rent paddle boards. All gone; then a kayak; all gone. BUT, then another lady came and we asked again about the kayaks, because we saw kayaks standing there and she told us: yeah, we have kayaks.Go and rent from another company. In my opinion, this company is run extremely poorly. They dont care about customer service, because they anyway get so many customers because of their location. AVOID!

The employees we encountered were all very friendly. Wally, who checked us out on our boat, was delightful. He gave us some great suggestions on areas to visit for sight seeing, dining and swimming. Everyone in our party of 6 had a wonderful day!

Our boat experience was great! The person who explained us how to use the boat was very friendly and knowledgable. Gas was pricey. I think they should mention in the beginning the price of their gas because it was a surprise for us. We only used about a quarter of a tank, not even a half, and were charged $80 for it.

Fantastic time on boat #17 We rented for a bachelorette party and had the time of our lives !!!

The boat was great, only problem was when we went in and put it on our card we ask if we could change the card at the end of our time when gas and incidentals and was told yes. We went in again before the bill was produced to reiterate our request, they said fine. Received the bill 1/2 hour later and it was not done, phoned in and was told nothing they could do. I bit of of drag.

Overall really great experience. Staff was great and very helpful. The boat itself was a bit run down. My main concern was a large screw was ripping through the seat on boat 18. I did not see it and when I kneeled on the seat, it stabbed me deeply and began gushing blood. The first aid kit was also old and under supplied with no band aides. Very painful and unfortunate. Everything else about the experience but I would not recommend for families with small kids who wouldn’t see things like this.

I have rented from here twice and they have an easy procedure. Its a highly trafficed rental place so I do not expect the best customer service but the kids are nice. My daughter forgot her feet when we were putting suntan lotion on and the girls at check out let me borrow from them. Plus, they warned me three different times on how the winds had picked up and the water was choppy to make sure I wanted to rent that day. The ski is used but what do you expect when they have that much traffic. I love the fact that they do not have a 2 mile radius and you are allowed to go all over the lake which is should be. I also like that they are easy to find when you are out on the lake.

Great experience from the beginning to the end! I have rented here before and we always get great service from the guys on the lake. Super nice!! The boat was awesome and we also rented a kneeboard and big tube for two that is pulled behind the boat. Blue tooth speakers were awesome. We had a great time on the lake. Thanks guys!!

Not transparent about fuel charge.We had an amazing time renting the class Y jet ski. However, I was surprised to get charged for fuel, after the fact, which was a total surprise (because who reads the fine print 🧐)They should have been far more transparent and included how much fuel was used when they invoiced me for it.Turns out it cost more in fuel to run a jet ski for 4 hours than it does to drive a minivan 475 miles (what we drove to get to Lake Tahoe)Update after their reply:Transparency would be including it in the price upfront OR making it verbally clear when I showed up at the office for the rental. I was not “told” about the fee by anyone, it was buried in the paperwork. I admit I just signed the paperwork without really reading it, but that should have been VERY obvious even for people that don’t read the fine print.

We had a great day and experience with our boat rental. The only reason we cant give them 5 stars is because of how many people were there at the same time to rent boats. It took 1.5 hours to get on the lake. But the staff was great. Lucas did our walkthrough and we give him 5 stars!

The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice. Liam was our guide, he was excellent at explaining things and very friendly. I was nervous as I had never driven a boat before but he made everything easy. They honored our time even though we were a little bit late because the line was long for check in. They also pulled our boat out and parked it for us, which I didnt expect, but was very helpful as I wasnt sure how I would do that without possibly scratching the boat, since I had never driven one before. They had an easy way of contacting them when inside the boat including a phone number and a walkie. They also offered 10 dollar cosmetic insurance, which made me feel better and was not an expensive price. I couldnt have been more pleased with the experience.

I made a reservation online. I called to ask questions and everyone was friendly and helpful. When we arrived the check in process was easy, and the staff was fun and and made the process easy. Our boat had some issues, and they traded it out and gave us additional time without us having to say a word. I highly recommend using them!

Really fun experience! Went on a Monday and took almost no time to rent a boat and get going. Havent boated in a while, so they have someone come on the boat just to get your started and to dock it after (another boat picks them up). Chris was really great!

We were in Tahoe this Fall for my moms birthday. We rented a boat from Tahoe Sports Ski Run Boat Company and it was falling apart! It was so bad that we had to circle back to get a new boat cause the canopy flew off. In addition, NONE of the staff was wearing masks. When I asked the man helping us with the boat to put his on he said sure Ill put on my mask, but we dont wipe the boats down anyway so if people are sick and touching stuff you are going to get sick. They were unbelievably RUDE and took literally ZERO Covid precautions. If I could turn this company in I would! We go to South Lake every few months and from now on will be looking elsewhere for boat rentals.

Take photos of prop before you leave the dock. We were told there was prop damage before we left the dock but he marked it down on the paper after returning we were told we had to pay for prop damage...tried getting an explanation and they couldnt give me one. Very shady

Had a great time on the lake! The Ski Run staff is helpful, fun, and friendly and we enjoyed the Class C boat. Cant wait to come back and do it again!

The boat we rented was great for tubing. Never had any issues and lots of power.Loved the valet service so we didnt have to worry about docking. Definitely arrive early for your reservation though because as with everything post-covid, it takes a little time.

Guided tour to Emerald Bay, Bliss beach and Cave Rock was one of the best jet ski experiences of my life! The machines are top notch and our guide was informative, fun and made the trip extra special. Was worth every penny!

The boat was clean and so much fun. But most importantly my toddler lost a shoe on the boat and we didn’t notice when we were cleaning out our stuff. We called an hour later asking them to look for it and they actually found it! They took the time to scour the boat’s crevices for a tiny pink shoe and called us back saying they had it waiting for us. So impressed! We will definitely rent again!

The boat ride and staff were nice but visited during Covid and not a single person at the dock was wearing a mask or kept social distance. The person at the desk did wear her mask but not her co-workers.Please keep your guests safe by following Covid safety. We had a large family, everyone had a mask on but we felt unsafe being around other employees without face coverings.

We had a great time. We rented a boat and jetski. Sure they were a little beat up, but thats to be expected with the amount of people that they rent to. They both performed flawlessly though. The staff was professional and courteous. Even with the long lines, we moved through the check in process quickly. I cant wait to come back to Tahoe and do it all again.

Pretty busy place

MostLy all of the reps at the boat company are awesome. All of the dock kids are fun and super friendly and helpful. Some of the inside reps could do better, but the girl who checked us in, was perfect.... we use the boat company a couple times a year as we have a condo/time share Next door, and normally everyone is great.

Really expensive, as expected. The first jet ski we took out had maintenance issues and we had to bring it back in after 20 minutes. However they quickly got us switched out with a new one and started our rental time over. Had a great day out on the lake!

Really friendly staff that took our order for stand up paddle boards. And the kids that gave us our paddle boards were great about answering my touristy questions about the lake. It was cheaper to rent a board here than it is on the Ozarks.

The waterfront people were awesome. We came in several times to switch out riders and they were all of them were helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. There were a couple of up-charges we were not made aware of and over all the $386 for two hours was quite pricey.

We loved that something on the Class E boat we rented broke so we were upgraded to Class C. We had an amazing time on the lake. The people that helped us out on the dock were amazing, friendly, and answered any of our questions. A+ for them but the guy in the office doing the actual paperwork was so rude and in a bad mood. He got upset anytime we asked him a question. This is our first time out in Tahoe and renting a boat so of course we had a lot of questions and he was very bothered with any question we asked him. I think he needs to take a course on customer service. It was the only negative part of our experience other wise I would of rated this a five star.

There are many.And, to clear up any confusion that the staff may have, I offer the following: asking for information for next-day rentals, and using words like “please” and “thank you”, only to be interrupted and condescended multiple times is how your staff was rude. Pointing to a flyer and being told that everything was there and to take it with us is how your staff was rude. We were the only people there... you had the time to answer two quick questions. Responding to a customer review with the equivalent of “it’s all YOUR fault is rude (and an interesting way to approach your “business”).

Good check-in process. Loved our boat and the friendly staff. Will definitely come back to this company for an unforgettable experience.

Great staff, they were swamped and it was an hour wait to get our boat, but so worth it and every question I had was met with an answer and a smile. The boat was clean and in decent condition for a rental. I highly recommend this for a fun family afternoon.

The staff did an excellent job of taking care of us. The whole process from arrival to departure went smoothly and fast. Will be booking with them again in the future.

These people know their business. Got us checked in and on the water quickly in spite of how busy Tahoe currently is. The boat was great and the kids had fun on the extra tube we rented. Its not cheap, but it was so great to be out on the water and far away from all the other people currently vacationing in Tahoe. Return was as easy as rental.

Poor scheduling compounded by bad service from office staff.Our appointment was cancelled 1-day before a trip due to error from their staff -- no other appointments were available on the lake at other rental companies and this caused quite a bit of stress for our trip.Nightmare scenario: We wanted to rent a class C boat, booked a few weeks in advance and called the staff to make sure a boat was available. We were assured that there was a boat available, paid, and were excited for our trip. 1 day before the trip occurred we received a refund for our reservation and were told our reservation was no longer available.After calling the company twice about this (the gentleman who answered the phone said he would call back after checking with the management. he never called back after getting an answer), we were told that there were no longer any boats available and that they made a mistake.Really? Please get your act together morons.

The staff was very knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. The boat was clean and fueled and ready to take out on the lake. We had no problems with the boat and returning to the dock was very simple.

The boat and day were awesome! Cost was comparable to other local vendors. The 1 hour 45 minute wait in two different lines, after filling out all materials online, was ridiculous. That part of the check-in process should be evaluated and optimized.

The whole experience was great! The boat was clean and functioned as expected. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The lake was fabulous. When I noticed a problem with the bill, I went back and found out it was already taken care of! All in all, a great experience!

This is our second year in a row renting a boat with Ski Run Boat and we really enjoy the boat. We had the most memorable experiences around the lake and will cherish for the rest of our lives. LOVE IT and will do again.

The process was super easy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The boat and equipment all worked great.

We had a great time! The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is because a customer service from the main girl at that reservation desk was poor. She was very aggressive and almost rude to just about everyone. Everyone else we encountered for the rest of the time was fantastic. The only other feedback I have is the boat should have been checked for garbage before we got in because there were water bottles left behind.

**SEVERAL CHARGES & MANAGER RUDELY REFUSED TO EXPLAIN** Look into ACTION WATER SPORTS for jet skis and boat rentals instead!! They have several locations up & down the lake.Wow, spent over $1,000 today and it’s ok because well hello... that’s why we came to Tahoe (fun in the sun) but man did we leave feeling disrespected and belittled by the “manager” who refused to give us her name but she is on the younger side and had multi-colored hair. (Only describing so you know as the owner who I am speaking of). We rented jet skis and a boat. We were charge “late fee” even though we were not late but that is not what we were arguing. Our card had 10 different charges from them. When we went back to see what happened, first she didn’t want to print out our charges sayin “check your email”. Then she refused to look at my phone when I tried to show her what we meant.I work in the medical field and take pride in my ability to serve our clients especially during such tragic times. This was our trip to escape for a bit since I’ve been working around the clock. This “manager” has zero customer service skills and on top of that came off as super entitled and unhappy in her position. Her support staff were more willing and kind enough to help explain. She even said “this is a family owned business and we honestly don’t need your business”. Yikes if I was the owner I would be livid if someone treated my hard working customers like that.I can believe she just said that to us. After we spent over $1,000 and made sure to tip our two jet ski helpers and two boat helpers $10 each.It was not about the money. We simply wanted clarification and left feeling so hurt. I recommend you visit Action Sports for your jet skiing needs!!STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT LOADS OF CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND THEN FEEL DISRESPECTED!
