We had an amazing experience renting a powerboat for a few hours here. Reservation system was easy. And they were able to promptly get us on the water when we arrived. The dock hands were very kind and hardworking and did a great job giving us the run down of the vehicle and taking us out and bringing us back into the marina. We would definitely repeat the experience! Thank you!

This was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life - I loved it so much!!!! The staff were super helpful (but not condescending because we were first times). Helped us a lot with suggestions in what to do etc. I would highly recommend doing this in Tahoe. The emerald bay looks stunning from in the water. Prices here are really reasonable too.

Im not big on writing reviews, but after the great job these people did I felt I had to write. The staff was super friendly and very organized. They got us out in time and explained all the boat features in detail. Boats are equipped with CB radios so if anything would come up, you have instant access to the staff. The return of the boat was equally straight forward. The deck hands are super at getting you to the dock and getting the boat gassed up. If your thinking of renting, you cant go wrong with Tahoe Keys.

Staff is amazing! Really helpful at showing you the ropes if this is your first time renting a boat. We got a pontoon boat. Had an awesome time. The only trouble we had was that part of the canopy wasnt functioning very well, so we had a bit more sun than we wanted during a 2+ hour run around the lake.

Comfortable, clean boats, friendly staff. But super long long for checkin in the morning which ate into our rental time, and that was a real bummer. Also, they didnt mention you would have to pay for gas afterwards (another $60).

We rented a wave runner from here and everyone from the start was super helpful and answered all of our questions. jorge i believe his name was, helped us out and was friendly. this was the perfect ending to our week trip in northern cali. lake tahoe is beautiful and we were lucky to be helped by this place!

Wonderful experience! This was my first time on a boat in along time and I had the best time! Water was a little choppy, but the staff warned us ahead of time. We got a great understanding of the boat I was comfortable with operating it. I suggest you Google map where you are going so you can get back, but it was fairly easy to find. Emerald bay is beautiful and I also suggest you get to Emerald Bay faster and drive back leisurely. Worth the money and youll see some fantastic views!

We had a phenomenal time with a group of 26 of us. We rented two Gold Class Pontoons (13 people on each).Drove out to Emerald Bay and tied up our two pontoons to each other and floated for a solid 2.5 hours, then headed back.One of the best parts was bringing a DJ table and speaker, and setting those up for maximum vibes.Tahoe Sports was SO helpful and nice in getting us ready. The price was awesome and we ended up only paying something like $35 in gas per boat after getting back.We WILL be back for more next time we head up to Tahoe.

We arrived for our 4 hour rental at 3pm. They told us to wait for them to repair a seat on the boat we were supposed to use. After 45 minutes they determined the seat was going to take too long to repair and offered us a different boat. After about an hour of fun on the boat, it broke down in the middle of the lake. Took over an hour for help to come, and when it did, it was 2 younger guys that smelt like they had just smoked marijuana. We had to immediately return to the marina because it was getting close to 7pm, which is when they close for the day. So out of out 4 hour rental, we got to enjoy a little over an hour of our time. They offered us a 25% refund and said we would have to speak with the general manager if we wanted more than 25%. We have called 6 or 7 times and each time we were told that he would be calling us back shortly. Over 2 weeks later, and we still have not heard anything back from them. Avoid this place at all costs!

We had an amazing experience that we won’t ever forget! Finding this place was not hard at all and was very close to our resort. Everyone was so nice! The front office man got us all checked in and showed us a video. We then waited for our boat. The boys who showed us the boat were so nice and so helpful! We had so much fun out on the water and got so many pictures! You can play music on the boat from your phone and can bring water and snacks. I can’t wait for our next trip out here! I know what we’re doing!

This place is professional and friendly. Very informative staff who was able to answer all my questions and tell us some history of the lake and unique places to visit. Boat was clean and ran smoothly, crew gave a good recommendation of a boat for me and my family.

Great place. We were 2 adult couples with pets, stayed 5 days and enjoyed Lake Tahoe.Everything was as advertised except the Barbecue was in need of work lava rocks and no way to fence off the dock for children and pets.

You deal with a terrible service at this place - you would wait for 1 hour for a promised boat to find out that it was given to someone else. And they dont have these boats anymore.Be warned and better use a different rental.

BEWARE rented speed boat. At the time of return you need to pay for gas. We were told that the system is down and they will put the gas once it’s back online. I offered to pay in cash as we were in a hurry but employee said they will just charge credit card on file. The guy said they cannot accept cash as they won’t know the amount unless they gas up the boat. I asked a couple of employees and they all said gas will probably be 15-20 dollars. We only rented the boat for 1 hour and cruised steadily even idled turned off engine a couple of times. Gas was at 3/4 when boat was returned. The next day I was charged 47 dollars for gas. No receipt whatsoever. shady business practice.

We pull in after taking the boat out and these guys rush us and accuse us of denting the prop. The manager comes out with some sob story about how he trusted us and he will charge us his “personal repair charge” of $150 on the card on file. A prop worth $400-$500 and he’s okay charging us $150?! He then has the audacity to gas light us and tell us we should have taken pictures and he’s doing us a favor. After we held our ground the scammer said “he’d eat the charges” and stomped away. The place is a scam, don’t go there. Should have taken the hint with how friendly they were and they consistently asking us where we were from.

Got the class c for 5 people with wakeboarding, could have gotten away with the class b probably, it had plenty of power. Overall great experience.

Fun time on the lake, over priced and the boats are hella old and beat up! Also, expect to be charged 499 per gallon about 2 bucks more than anywhere else. Go to Rum Run to get the gas or expect to pay 200 more in gas for the day use. They need to get better boats for the 1k day rental

Good morning all. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! spoke to a woman to schedule a double jetski. Was a smooth transaction (or so I thought) asked a few questions about pricing and confirmation and deposit and blah blah blah. Was told 400 out the door, gave card information and we were done. I am not rich and do not have unlimited funds so coming on this trip we have been budgeting to make our time well worth the trip. We drove 6 hours to come have a good time and this place completely ruined our plans. I checked my account and low and behold I was charged 600. My wife gave them a buzz to get it sorted out and the lady would not fix it although it was on them. She would not let my wife talk kept talking over her and then began to cuss at her when my wife became frustrated because she could not get a word in. So all in all she tied 600 dollars in my account which wont be refunded for 5 to 7 business days and my kids are not going to be able to go put on the lake now. It was the only reason we came to Lake Tahoe in the first place! Being a small business owner, they have alot to learn on customer satisfaction. This place needs to learn professionalism and how to conduct good business.

U regret not reading the reviews prior to using this company. We were rip-off with a propeller damage. They were rude to us telling us we damage it by going to the beach or hitting rocks. We never went to the beach or any shore. As we were leaving other people told us they were charged with the same thing, propeller damage.

A great experience renting a boat from Tahoe Sports Boat Rental. We arrived 45 minutes before our scheduled time and we were on our boat in about an hour, even though it was very crowded the day we were there. We filled out all the paperwork online and booked everything about a month ahead of time. They did a great job checking us in promptly and with great service. All the employees were cordial and treated us great. They explained all the details of the vessel thoroughly and returning the boat was just as easy as getting out onto the water. We will definitely rent again from Tahoe Sports—it was a truly a great experience.

Super great service. I had a few questions in the days before the rental and they actually answered the phone and were patient with my questions. The team there is super efficient and friendly...I was surprised at how busy they were with all the equipment going out. Very organized process. The boat was great and surprisingly our 4 hour rental felt too short with the tube and knee board keeping the kids and parents in the water having fun! Truly an awesome day

Our family had a great time on the pontoon boat. Our boat was new which was awesome. The boat was clean and had plenty of speed. We had 10 adults and 3 dogs with us and we had plenty of room to move around. The staff were friendly and helpful during check in, and checkout. The staff does a very thorough review of how to operate the pontoon boat and made sure all our questions were answered. Thank you!

We had a great experience on the lake by renting a boat from TSTKBR. The boat was well equipped and my wife and I felt safe in it. We rented it for four hours (the lake is huge) and we stayed out the full four hours. I feel that renting for 1 or 2 hours is just not enough time to truly appreciate the lake and views. I highly recommend getting a boat with a canopy, especially if you plan to anchor in a cove or just rest on the lake. Checking in and out was a breeze. I would definitely rent from TSTKBR again.

Really easy check in experience. Customer service was helpful and accommodating with wet suits and life vests for kids. The water equipment was in great shape. Both boats we rented over two days; class C and a class E+, were fantastic. The boats were in GREAT shape. Everything worked, including the personal radio and speakers. All staff were really polite and friendly. Only downside is gas is not included, and you need to pay to refill when you return from the lake. I highly recommend this company.

I have gone through many rental companies before and the experience with Tahoe keys has easily been the worst one I have ever had. To start off, when my girlfriend and I got to the location at around 12, we asked for one double jet ski, and we were told that there would be one available in the next thirty minutes to an hour by an office worker. After we waited for about thirty minutes, one of the jet ski workers (not one of the office workers) asked us if we were waiting for a jet ski. We told him yes and then he said, “that’s strange they told you that, because we are booked for the entire afternoon”. So after wasting our time for about 40 minutes we go inside to speak with the office and they tell us they were full which completely contradicted what they had told us in the first place. Since my girlfriend and I were ambitious to jet ski, we asked how much the price would be for 2 single jet skis for the hour. After Giving outrageous prices for 2 jet skis and wasting our time for 40 minutes, you think a business that values its customers would give a discount or even an apology, but that was not given. After we were set up with our jet skis at 1:00 we were recommended to explore emerald bay. The jet ski trainer told us that if we were back at 2:10 that would be the hour. The adventure itself was fun and circling emerald bay was beautiful. We were very manageable with our time and as we were heading back, I remember we were told that the harbor of the rental place was surrounded by brown apartments. Once I saw these brown apartments, I thought I had entered the right one. But we went in to one harbor too soon due to the mislead directions of the office worker. I had to actually bring out my phone on the jet ski to navigate my girlfriend and I back to the rental place, which got splashed with water. We pulled into the harbor of the rental place at 2:25, 15 minutes after because we got lost due to their false directions. We went back into the office and they said they were going to charge my card for an extra 30 minutes which was originally 160$, but in reality we were only 15 minutes late. To be completely honest we shouldn’t of paid for the 15 minutes extra because they made us pay for 2 jet skis after lying to us and mislead us with their directions. I had to argue with the office workers and they were finally convinced to give us a 15 minute late penalty, which was still 80$. Once I wrapped this dispute up, the jet ski trainer came in and asked us to follow him to the gas station so that we could pay for the gas that we used on the jet ski. I was so infuriated! They NEVER told us that we would have to pay for gas and everyone in the gas line was talking about their frustration because they weren’t told either. I had to pay about 47$ for gas of the jet skis. Not to mention the fact that we waited 20 minutes until the gas was ready to be charged. So in general we spent more time waiting and paying for things then we spent time jet skiing. In total we spent 300$ for the jet skis, 47$ for gas, and 80$ for the late penalty (which would of been 160 if I hadn’t disputed). In total that adds up to 427$ for using jet skis for an hour. The biggest rip off in my entire life. I strongly recommend that no one ever rents through this place again unless you want to be scammed. Very disappointing.

Staff was hella cool and helpful, never rented a boat before. Went out with the family and had a great time. You can bring your own food and drinks BYOB, Id definitely advise that before you arrive. They have life jackets for all sizes. Plenty of boats to choose from and the minimum is a 2hr rental.

Rented a A class speed boat from them in September. Very good service. We were boating with them last year and came back this year. We didn’t have reservation but they were very accommodating. Boats are a little old but everything is functioning and they provide a good rates. Like them a lot.

We have the nicest person ever help us get ready to go out and greet us on the return. Of course, i didnt write down his name (Blair, Blain? - recently started with the company) but we had boat number 10 and he helped make it a more memorable day. Thats the kind of employee who makes companies successful.

I had a great experience with my boat rental. The staff was helpful and professional. The only issue I had was our rental time was for 2pm. Someone called and asked if we could come at 3pm instead, which was fine. But they were so busy that we didn’t get our boat til 4pm. Otherwise it was a great experience, a lot of fun!

From when we stepped foot in the office, Darcy was incredibly welcoming. She was so helpful getting us ready and being kind. We felt like we were in such good hands and it made the experience all the difference. It was our first time and we asked many questions. She was so patient and showed us the best routes. Waited for 2 hrs till my boat arrived, when it arrived someone else took it.The offered wither a refund or a boat downgrade.

The staff was great. 5 star experience. But the boat we rented didn’t wanna stay running at first in the morning. But it still got us to emerald bay. We had fun still and will rent again. Just get a bigger boat next time.

The boat looked new and performed perfectly. Austin was great in explaining all operational details and greeting us on return. He made the rental experience easy and enjoyable. A really fun outing.

Great place. The place was understandably packed because of Covid, so we docked 1 hour after we got there, but they updated the return time based on when we left, so that was great. We had the Reinall Class D 220 boat and a wakeboard for 4 hours. The boat was pretty fast and spacious for 8 people.

We enjoyed driving the boat and exploring the lake. The staff was helpful, and explained the basic boat operations clearly. The boat worked well, and was easy enough to use, once one gets a hang of it. We did not attempt complicated maneuvers, so we were perfectly safe. One minor thing: the speedometer was broken, so we had to guess out speed from the tachometer readings.

Horrible horrible experience.We rented 1 jet ski and 1 pontoon together last week. The jet ski broke down in the middle of the lake (loud beeping with a flashing engine icon on the monitor) and couldnt drive it faster than 5-10 mil/hr. The boat tried to reach the office using the radio, no one responded.The jet ski took over an hour to get back to the office - while the boat was leading the jet ski making sure the jet ski (2 ppl) doesnt end up being stranded in the middle of the lake.Back to the office, they charged full 2 hours for both jet ski and boat - saying the jet ski had no problem when we left and it was our fault that it broke down. The tech who looked at the jet ski found out there were a whole bunch of seaweeds tangled up the motor, also said there was another jet ski with the same issue.After all this - they still went ahead and charged the full 2 hours that we were out in the lake. We were all tired and exhausted after this horrible experience, so we didnt want to put up with any more fight and came back to the cabine. Well try to dispute through our credit card company, not sure how that will go.There are other companies around the area that provides the boat services, dont trouble yourself with this immoral company.

My wife and son nearly drowned due the negligence of these clowns.In August we rented a ski boat with an inner tube. The short version. They sold us hard on an upsell to a ski tube (it will be fun!), but then gave us the wrong equipment (a flimsy emergency jacket, not ski vests) and no real instruction on how to use it properly.When my wife fell off the tube (wearing the worthless jacket), the rope from our tube wrapped around the propeller, incapacitating our boat as my wife floated away. My son jumped in to help her, and he drifted too. I radioed their base for help (their response was hold on) and was about to call the Coast Guard, when thankfully, another boat came along and rescued them.To say we were traumatized is an understatement. My wife still has nightmares. Afterwards, when I contacted management about everything (the equipment, the training, the radio), i was told i was a liar who had been properly briefed and equipped. They denied it all. (all you need to do is read their response to other bad google reviews to understand how they respond to anything other than praise).I am not going to waste my time suing them. I want to move on, but I can help save your life.If you want to die, feel free to use these guys. Otherwise, find another company to rent from.

Great time and almost everyone was super nice and helpful. HOWEVER, we got ripped off by the people at the register who did not explain the charges.For that reason alone, you get lowest rating because you do not care about your customers coming back and are happy to rip them off.We were recommended to you guys by a friend and needless to say that now neither we nor any of our friends will ever rent from you again.There are lots of good businesses to rent from, you guys are not one of them.

Was so easy to rent a boat with no experience. The entire process went smoothly. The boat was great quality. We had a spectacular day. And they loaned us some stuff we needed and didn’t bring (enough ropes for skiing, etc).

We had a great experience! I booked a ten seater speed boat and all ten of us fit comfortably. We got a double person tube as well which was a blast!Be prepared to be at the pick up location for an hour or so, there is wait time then an orientation.

The guy at the counter ripped us off without ever disclosing the extra charges for the kids wakeboard and the tube, which cost us $210 for 4 hours. You sir should be fired. If I was told about the price or that I was even being charged, I would not rent the toys.DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS, USE ANY OTHER GOOD BUSINESS WHERE THEY DONT RIP OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Fun experience but had to wait over an hour past our 2:30pm reservation for our boat to be ready, and then had to wait thirty min afterwards to pay for gas. It was a holiday weekend so they were busy but we were surprised it took so long, especially when we paid $800 for a 4 hour trip. They offered no discount which was a bummer.

The staff was great in explaining every facet of how the boat operates and the pitfalls to avoid. We had a great time as we brought our 2 dogs and grandchild along. I would definitely do it again.

It was the most fun Ive ever had except for the fact that we were dinged with an overage fee for supposedly being 30 minutes(2x 15 minutes) late in returning the boat back, Not a cheap fee either. Thing is we were given our boat LATE. Our reservation was at 9:30AM, we had actually gotten and signed off for our boat at 10:10AM, We rented for 5 hours. This means our New Return time was 3:10PM. We returned the boat at 2:53PM. It seems like they based the return time on the original reservation and not the actual time they gave us the boat at.Either the person who signed us off didnt communicate this with anyone or they chose not to, or the rental company is trying to nickel and dime people like this on purpose, I will never know.Also not a gripe but something to note, Fuel was around or near $6.70 per gallon when we went, so do bear that in mind if you do take a rental.That said, would I go back? Probably lol

We reserved a Silver Pontoon on the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend from 2-6 PM. The holiday weekend came with a 20% premium, but we understood since there is bound to be more demand. What we struggled to understand is why it took us 2 hours between checking in (30 minutes early, as they requested) and getting on our actual boat, especially when the boat we ultimately received had been sitting there almost the entire time. The staff was really friendly and appeared to be trying their hardest, but the operation was very unorganized, chaotic, and resulted in multiple groups of people crowded around each other unable to social distance. We werent on the water until about halfway into our allotted time and unfortunately by then the smoke had rolled in and blocked out the sun. They said we could still be out for the 4 hours, but whats the point when the sun was going to set?If the delays were due to the morning charters arriving past their allotted time, then those additional charges should go towards refunding the later charters who didnt get what we paid for. If the delays were due to the incompetency of the staff, then we should be getting some sort of refund since we, once again, did not get what we paid for. Im sure the holiday demand was a factor, but Tahoe Keys has to have the awareness to know their limits and not subject their premium-paying customers to a poor experience. We will be looking elsewhere when renting in Tahoe again.

This business was in violation of two South Lake Tahoe COVID -19 regulations. I felt incredibly unsafe while waiting for our boat. While employees had face masks, most of them were not actually wearing them. Most had them around their necks or only covering their mouth (leaving their nose out). They mostly did not cover their mouth and nose while interacting with customers unless we asked. Even then they would immediately remove them again once they stepped away from us. In addition, while people are waiting in line there were no markers to show people how to stand six feet apart. Most people were a foot or less away from each other and many customers were not wearing masks. This incredibly crowded and non regulated area was also where they made us wait for an hour an a half while they got our boat ready. I would never ever recommend this business to someone unless I wanted them to get coronavirus.

Their website wont let me choose a date to see a price on anything, so I called to leave a voicemail with simple details. Someone from there texted go to tahoesports.com without any intro or saying thanks for reaching out? I texted back and said I couldnt see the price and no answer. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

We rented a Silver Tritoon Boat to go out on the lake with family who were in town. We had 11 people on it, with plenty of space for backpacks, coolers, etc. The service at Tahoe Sports Tahoe Keys was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We did have to wait quite awhile before we could get on, but we werent shorted on time at all, and they have a nice outdoor patio where you can wait. Bring refreshments. The boat was amazingly smooth thru other peoples wakes, waves, etc. No-one got seasick.

Boat was prepped and we were on the way 10 minutes later. Boat was in great condition. This is the 6th time we are renting from Tahoe Keys and thats saying something. Well done.

We had the most amazing day on the lake at Emerald Bay. I recommend the party boats!! So much room for a family. It was like having a mini living room out on the water. Four hours was enough for us due to we had a 10 month old baby with us... otherwise we may have gone all day. We went straight to Emerald Bay and anchored, swam around, found some treasure on the bottom of the lake, and finished with lunch on the boat. Then we headed back and had 5 minutes to spare. The rental was organized and we had no problems.

Reservation process was 5-star. Arrival, check-in, and orientation was also a 5-star experience. Only thing, and it’s a small thing, is it’s a bit hard to find once you’re in the parking lot. But overall, a great experience.

We rented a 6-8 passenger boat for 8 hours. The check in process was not clear. I walked in the wrong door and a male employee was very rude. Not welcoming for someone spending $1500 as a first impression. Everyone else was very nice and helpful. We had a great time.

Staff was slightly delayed in helping me when I walked in the door. Most of them were busy with other tasks, but there were a few who were just standing around. Once I finally got to the desk they were very courteous, friendly, and took care of business. Paperwork was pretty quick....waiting for the boat took at least 30 minutes. I dont know if thats standard (they didnt appear too busy), but it seemed long to me. Their boat was in decent shape, employee explained the controls and we got on the water and had a great time!! Its not cheap, but all the rental companies are comparable!! Some more customer service training and they get 5 stars!!

Pretty cool spot for boat rentals. We had a blast. Boat was super nice and all the staff were awesome and helpful. The only complaint I have is that they did not tell me that they charge an arm and a leg for using water sport toys. Never during my phone conversation for the rental a month ago, during my check in, nor during the walk through of the boat usage did anyone tell me there was a charge for these items. Even on the website it just says Water toys available. Nothing about a rental cost for these items during the entire process. Woke up this morning 2 days later to find an unexpected $120 charge for these items on my credit card. Felt a little duped by this. Why wouldnt you get billed for these items on the day of the rental, or when you go to pay for gas? Why was I never told there was a rental charge for these? Dont know but just a heads up in case you get any water toys like wakeboard and tubes. Other than that, every thing was great.

Overall good and positive experience. The only problem was that our engine would not start again once we stopped the boat in the middle of the lake. We had to try several times before it finally started again.

These guys were by far the best part of our trip!!! We’ve never been to Tahoe before and decided to try as many activities as we could including jet skis, parasailing, and zip-lining. I wish we chose this company for everything! But we didn’t:( Although the ziplining was pretty decent, we got completely ripped off with jet skis from a competitor down the lake. Thank goodness for this company Tahoe Keys!!! Their price was extremely reasonable for our boat rental (1/2 of what we paid for the jet skis after hidden costs and other bogus fees were added) and it was a way more fun experience! By far the best part of our trip and we didn’t feel sick afterwards like we did when we got the ripped off by that other company with our jet skis. My whole family felt like we really enjoyed the beauty of the lake on this boat. Driving it was a breeze and we cruised the lake in complete comfort while enjoying the incredible scenery!! Don’t waste your time with other vendors. This was the only five star excursion we did on this trip. Highly recommend!!! Also a shout out to Darcie at their front desk who was such a sweetheart when we forgot our sunblock!!

Just Bad. Some employees with no masks. Paid extra for 3 high output jet skins, one was a complete dog couldnt keep up. Called their emergency number 3 times and noone answered the phone. Better hope you dont have problems on the lake. They advertise they let you explore the lake, they dont. You have boundaries. Advertised price is also a scam, you have to pay extra for gas which they charge over 10 dollars a gallon forPaid 120 for 3 hrs of jet ski gas which only used 1 bar worth of has. Complete rip_off

This rental service was the best! We rented a pontoon for a family outings and they provided everything we needed, plus excellent safety and security features. They were friendly and informative and prepared us well for a great outing. We cant imagine a better service to choose for Tahoe boat rentals.

3 (speed) varieties of Jet Skis to rent but they book up very fast. Walk in only unless you’re renting for groups of 4+. Recommend getting there when they open.

Check in was easy, Bailey was helpful in the boat operation tutorial and when we returned to the dock he was helpful again with our dogs and bags as well as docking the boat for fueling.

Great lake. Waited over an hour to get the boat. Seems very disorganized, like many clients were told to arrive at the same time. I suggest staggering the boat pick up times like tee times at a golf course.

The place was mismanaged and wearing masks wasnt enforced. We waited for over an hr and the crew there was rude. Total waste of time. Recommend not going here at all!

The handle used for idling and accelerating was extremely hard to move and the boat attendant pointed that out as we were doing the pre trip.Because it was hard to move we mainly just parked and enjoyed the beautiful waters of Tahoe.The staff was very nice and personable but I wish they would have gave us a different boat.

Great service and a great boat. We had a wonderful Fathers Day out on the Lake and the team at Tahoe Keys Boat Rental did a fantastic job getting us in and out.

The 2 hour minimum for the wave runner was very restrictive. Nest time, I will choose another company with a lower minimum rental time. Other than this factor, the service was very professional.

It was a fun time out on the water and taking the tour. It was a very windy and choppy day on the lake, but we had a fun time!

Great experience! Staff was helpful, no issues whatsoever with the boat we rented.

We showed up for pedal boats and waited in line for 45 minutes because they kept calling people who already have reservations ahead of walk ins, and at the end they said they don’t do pedal boats in this location. They said they have kayaks but it would take another 30 min for them to give us the kayaks!! Customer service was really bad and super slow.

Absolutely Fabulous! Our pontoon boat was clean, well maintained and so comfortable. The front desk answered all our questions and gave superb lake information. The explanation of driving the boat and all its mechanics was easy to follow and gave our drive confidence and competency. For me - this was the highlight of our week at Tahoe!

So disorganized. Waited over an hour and a half for the boat before deciding to cancel. I would recommend trying any other boat rental and not wasting your time here.

Great experience, a bit crazy that you get a boat without a shred of instruction or training, and definitely not easy to anchor or park by fanette island, again with NO instruction and NO training, a lot can and a bit DID go wrong... but was a blast. wouldnt have minded a little guidance for noobs but loved it nonetheless.

This place was everything I hoped it would be. I chose them because theyre dog-friendly, but this was my first time renting a boat. They explained everything clearly and were helpful. The dogs and we all had a blast! Highly recommend.

No precautions are being taken here for covid . This place was so crowded and masks ate not mandated . 60% of the staff had masks down the face and the lady taking to me sneezed. I would highly recommend to avoid this place as it forms a cluster . Very high risk
