Ive been shopping here since they opened the store almost 5 years ago. I was working on websites for my friends restaurant next door. Ive purchased many different items, including a couple of vests, a leather fanny pack, belts, a wallet, a great sheath knife, and a custom wood and silver money clip. Over the years the owner has been friendly and they offer decent customer service. I think the staff is multi lingual if english is not you first language.

My fiance and I were in the store about 20 mins ago. Good selection of boots, but when it came time to try on a pair the lady behind the counter was on her cell phone, told me shed be right with me, went back to her phone, then never helped me after. She then left the store without helping me or passing me to someone else. Ended up walking out very upset and not buying anything.

Shopped there this morning and employee did not greet anyone and even made my daughter wait to cash out while she finished doing her make-up. Customer service is not a priority here.

I found the cutest scarf at this place but couldnt find the price on it anywhere. The guy that rang me up then told me it was $19.99 after I wore it I found the tag hidden on a little tag that shows the scarf to be $12.99

Great store and customer service and good prices. I will definitely stop by on my next trip to Tahoe.
