Employee was immediately rude when I walked in wearing a mask and prepared to sanitize my hands. She yelled, “Ah ah ah, sanitize your hands!” There was no other greeting other than that, and when I replied with, “you know what, we are actually leaving,” she said, “great, bye!” I recommend shopping elsewhere.

We love this store! The quality of the merchandise is excellent and we always seem to find something that’s just right for us. It’s become a “must do” item on our trips to Tahoe!

Slightly indifferent staff, but very nice inventory. It’s really to bad that the staff members generally look at customers an judge you whether they think you have money or not. If they think you don’t, they are almost outright rude. You see this kind of behavior all over So. Lake, and let me tell you it’s nothing new. If you are going to work in this industry be kind and friendly to ALL customers 😃. Who knows it might increase your sales!

To have a staff member shout across the store You break it, you bought it to my 21 year-old daughter was appalling.
