Steve spent the better part of the day trying to get my phone service on it was screwed up and I didnt think I would even be able to keep my number based on the how corrupt my account was but Steve was diligent and very friendly and help me longer than I think any cell phone company you would help me ever and Im extremely grateful... he got in touch with his personal MetroPCS representative who is already off the clock have you taken care of took hours but I love the customer service definitely recommend this door for anyone that needs a phone

Dont use this store. The proprietor pressured me into a phone that i didnt really want and sold it to me under false pretense. I tried to exchange it for the phone i wanted and he refused to exchange it. Ive purchased 5 phones from thos location. I strongly urge you to buy elsewhere. This owner clearly doesnt care about keeping long term customers. Beware.
