Great delicious coffee place with trendy atmosphere. The service was excellent but a bit slow. The pastries are excellent and the Frappuccinos are great.

Good place to go and relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. The coffee is very good and soothing and with lots of flavor. I had a vanilla latte with Cuban style coffee. The place was clean ans had nice decor. Staff was friendly.

Great coffee, logistics a little spottyI visit my family in Miami quite frequently and this is probably my favorite coffee spot to get a decent coffee away from home. They have a great selection of single-origin coffee, and its a nice treat to be able to make a latte with your favorite bean. The customer service is hit-or-miss as other reviewers have noticed. The side fixings could improve. Overall a nice location and a very decent coffee.

I always make it a point to stop at Pasion del Cielo whenever I find one in the area of town that Im in. I love everything about this coffee shop. The staff at this Pasion del Cielo on Sunset Place was super attentive and kind. The barista went out of his way to make my experience special by customizing my latte with two pumps of simple syrup. I really enjoy the fact that I am able to try coffees from all over the world at Pasion del Cielo, however; truth be said, I pretty much always end up ordering Sumatra... just the name makes me feel like getting in my car and running to the nearest Pasion del Cielo. I love Sumatra passionately! The actual taste of this nectar is perfectly suited for my taste buds... I find that Sumatra has the right strength and is perfectly balanced in acidity. Every single time that I walk into Pasion, I say to myself inwardly, today, you will choose a new coffee so that you can try something completely new, but outwardly I always order my latte with Sumatra... Oh well, perhaps next time I will actually order some new exotic coffee, and if I do, I will make sure to let you all know! My husband and I enjoy sitting outside and people watching on the cooler Miami days, which happen to be very few so we take advantage of the weather when the temperature is under 80 degrees. Needless to say, this coffee shop is an absolute winner for me! My husband and i will indeed continue to visit Pasion del Cielo on our weekend escapades throughout the beautiful Miami neighborhoods!Pro tip: The Sumatra is the most exquisite and balanced bean.

9pm on the dot. The door was still open. They turned away 5 customers right in front of me. I asked if I could just check the place out. Ive never been in that location and curious to see the layout. Employees repeated like robots were closed. This is surely a failing business with that type of mentality. Heres some words of advice from someone who runs a cafe in Brickell. You are open until every last customer is gone. Never, ever turn away business. My mouth waters to take over this location.

I normally order frappes and they are awesome but today I decided to order a hot coffee. Sadly after ordering I came back to the employee making he coffee and explain her the coffee wasn’t hot enough and politely asked for it to be re heated. After making a “weird face” she says I can’t.I again explain myself and she just takes the temperature while telling me it’s above 100 degrees. Then I tell asked her “so I need to buy another one?” and still with the same uncomfortable face offer to add hot milk since that’s the only option I had.Coffee was still warm. Total bad experience. I’ll rather visit Mary’s Coffee place on 27th. Great customer service and they re heat with a smile. Went there today as well.

Great job by Isabella on getting me wifi when it was down. It did not work out as we hoped but I loved the initiative. I love the Coke bottles being in Mexico!

This particular location is located inside Sunset Place which is a mall in South Miami. It doesnt seem to attract those who go to coffee shops to work a bit. Maybe because its inside a mall? 🤔 You go to this location for coffee and a snack.I like Pasion del Cielo because you get to pick the coffee bean you want the barista to brew for your order.Besides coffee, they also serve pastries and other snacks.

Service was fast, but we also went on a slow day. Iced vanilla bean coffee was good, Kona blend BTW. Wouldnt say wow because Im particularly not interested in coffee for $5, but was as good or slightly better than Starbucks in my opinion.

Very rude staff, went there Tuesday night about 30 mins before closing time to get two coffees. From the moment we walked in we were not greeted and the two employees looked annoyed at the fact that they had costumers. We sat down to enjoy our coffees and at 9:30 pm on the dot, one of the employees yelled from behind the counter we are closed and then rushed to the door to lock up. We had to finish out coffees outside on a rainy day. I have never been asked to leave a restaurant or coffee shop in the middle of dinner or while Im sitting down to enjoy my coffee. Needless to say, Ill never visit this place again.

This place sucks. Terrible service. Rude staff who are more interested in using Facebook on their phones than doing their jobs. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Starbucks across the street.

Love the coffee; and I used to love working here, because the light was good, the wifi was strong, and there were plenty of outlets. But the door is broken, and any time anyone enters or leaves, it slams. The barista said they have no plans to fix it at this point. I hope they fix it soon; Ill come back when they do!

Ive only been here once and I can only say that the cappucino was better than the other major coffee chains. The menu is comprehensive and the prices are reasonable. Will be returning very soon to try other blends!Edit: second time paid like 8 bucks for piping hot coffee and burned my tongue. Coffee was one second away from bubbling. Well. I think its overhyped.

They actually have the best baristas out of several Pasion del Cielo shops. But my favorite is Dadeland so 4*

Coffee is pretty damn good the few times Ive been here. Currently sipping on a colada, no sugar with Kenyan coffee not too shabby for a quick and dope alternative to Starbucks while at Sunset mall.

Okay iced coffee, not superb. Kind of rude service, like customers are inconvenient. It was my first time here so I asked if I could try a sip of their matcha tea or berry tea to see if I liked it before I ordering. In front of the store manager the barista simply said the store doesnt allow you to taste a sample.

We just came for coffee, first and last time at that place. Service was horrible, the guy at the register doesnt even greet you, not a welcome or a thank you. I guess we got there when they were just closing and they were just telling everyone to leave because they were closing in 5 minutes. Not even a thanks for coming at all. Will not come back!Ohh I forgot to say that they turn off the AC an hour early so paying customers dont stay too long... Hehe bad move guys!!!And they dont brew the regular coffee, just espresso machine and hot water to make it American style. Not good at all.....

Good location, decor and variety of coffee do not make up for bad baristas. Probably the worst cappuccino I have ever had, made by a kid who cannot be more than 17 y/o. Classical bad business practices, a lot of money spent on the locale and nothing on the training of staff. Wont be back.

Excellent service, very good quality of their products, I love this site, visited it up to 4 times a day, only a suggestion, the disposable cups that use the lids are never fixed because the cups are wider and I have had several accidents where I pour the coffee on top for the rest all very well 👍
