Your employee refused service t because of no face covering while medically exempt . and had the certificate to prove it, all the while your employee stands behind a protective screen with out a mask on. that is the kind of behavior that will get you a lawsuit. you might want to have a conversation with your employees . there are some people that are exempt from this unlawful mandate. i am a 30 year local business owner myself and i understand you can make whatever policy you want in your business. With the economy the way it is going you may not want to alienate paying customers that just want to get in and out as easily as possible

I used to go to this 711 all the time. I may never go back. All the other 7-Elevens in the county allow for drink refills. Maverik allows for drink refills. Chevron allows for drink refill. I dont know if this is their way of trying to make a little extra money by not allowing refills, but its ridiculous.

Mad!!!! I had $1 off for my points so I used it and I was overcharged by like $5 even with the discount. When I looked at my bank account I tried to call but of course NO ANSWER!

The older lady that works there is beyond rude and strange, will not be coming back because of how rude she is.

One of the older ladys that works their that is short with darker hair is snippy and not real patient.. she doesnt make attending a great time with her bad attitude.. The older lady with greyish hair is very nice however.. I wont go in their when the darker hair lady is however..

I love this 7-Eleven. The staff there are always friendly to me. I can always find what I want there. I went in yesterday to get some snacks for my husband and kids, the gentleman working was so nice to me. I ordered some of those Dorito snack things. I was expecting to get some from the hot case, but he went out of his way to make me some new ones. Thats service right there!

Had a very snippy cashier who was trying to rush the transaction and made the whole process take longer due to her rushing. Got short with me multiple times whilst I was trying to be patient and helpful. At least I got my stuff but I may not come back if I see her there.

If your going to sell fountain soda make sure you have lids!! You were out of all size lids.Put a sign up and dont waste my time

The sales associate is terrible she has been working there for too long. She is very annoying and rude. My brother and I feel harassed she needs to get fired

Great and fast service! The manager is amazing and I refer all my friends to this 711, especially since most have gone franchise.

I asked the gal at the counter why the wiper water fluid is always empty? I have had this discussion with her before. She stated it was that the water evaporates and added because it takes three hours to get it done. I am (was)a frequent customer due to the close proximity of my home, but at least in the the past couple of years(yes years) that I have stopped by at various pumps there has not ever been water or window cleaner in the dispensers, a major deterrent. JFYI
