It was really weird I went to Walgreens right here in South Ogden to get my flu shot. The guy that waited on my Was very nice… His name tag said he had been working there since 2010 but for some reason he could not verify me on the insurance computer he had to go get somebody yo help me… Then she told me let me go get the paperworkmake a long story short there was another guy helping people he waited on 4 people during the time that I was there am I still wasn’t finished.Then the other guy came by to see if he can help me - I said I guess I have been… But then I decided to leave. It’s not Like it was the first day of Covid vaccine flu vaccine- shingles - pneumonia -everyone running around doing this doing that… They should have this down pack by now.I feel very uncomfortable because they were four people there for a Covid test… And then three of us waiting on something else. I don’t know what’s going on at 3 o’clock in the afternoon

A pharmacy worker showed clear bias against the neurologically disabled who are unable to control ticks and impulses. I dont ever recommend going to this store if you or a family member suffer from compulsive auditory behaviors, including but not limited to tourettes, autism, and/or ocd for fear that theyll publicly shame, embarrass, or even ban you for things you cannot control. But since I have to give it one star: Its a great place if you enjoy medieval style public humiliation of disabled people and watching people cry.

Had an appointment to get covid vaccine. Took off work and arrived to learn they didn’t have any vaccinations. Not one call or email informing me. This location is incompetent and lacks a staff with any sort of integrity. Seek your vaccination from a different location

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We got at the drive thru at 11:00 for our COVID19 tests and there was a car in front of us. They then would not allow us to do my youngest sons test at 10:45. We were told by the store we can arrive by 11:00 to do all 6 tests. The pharmacist said we got there at 11:07 and we told him we were here at 11 but a car was in front of us. He looked at the camera and said we were in line at 11:01 (which was a lie) and because of that 1 minute he would not let us do the COVID19 tests. What a JOKE! There were no other appointments and for anyone that wants to go to Hawaii you can only go to their approved locations. This Walgreens locations for your information is an absolute joke. Horrible customer service.

This location is trash. This is the 3rd time in just a few weeks that Ive showed up for my prescription and it wasnt ready. Twice, I showed up the day AFTER it was scheduled, mind you.They never show any sense of urgency and treat you like youre an inconvenience to them.Based on other reviews I have read, Im not alone

Super clean. Great location to get in and out if. Friendly staff. This is my go to for pharmacy and small grocery stuff.

It takes 10+ minutes to call in and order an Rx on their audio system, there is never enough people working working so I always have to wait for a long time for help, they never call for my refills and they let people sit in the drive through instead of requiring them to leave and come back. Its rare that I dont have a problem. I worked in a Walgreens pharmacy for years so I know their system works well, but their South Ogden location is horrible.

Very convenient. Great employees. Excellent location in South Ogden. Perfect for when you want to avoid the Wal-Mart crowd.

Always nice and helpful as well as personable to all the customers. Never had a problem with service, they will even call other stores to see if they have what you are looking for.

Clean, great service. However, using SavNet discount card from Liberty Healthshares, Singulair and Augmentin together were $500 here, and $30 at Fresh Market on Harrison.

I have been a Walgreens customer for many years and have never been treated like I was by the Pharmacist Timothy. I go to the Pharmacy not by choice but because I have to have medicine for my thyroid I do not have a thyroid therefore it is very important that I take my medicine on a timely manner. I was in there last Wednesday for a pick up my prescription they only had a five day supply and assured me the rest would be mailed to me the next day that would be Thursday my credit card number was taken over the phone to pay for this prescription which I have learned is not the policy with the store. On Tuesday of the next week I still have not received my medication I was out of the five day supply so I called the pharmacy and spoke with Timothy his reply was he asked FedEx to pick it up but they never showed up that was on Thursday He requested the pick up. Instead of calling to let me know the prescription just sat there until Tuesday when I called him told him I was very unhappy I needed the medicine his reply was I will bring it to your door by 9 PM when I get off work. That was not good enough for me I needed the medicine this afternoon as I have to take it regularly. Plus i do not want someone that is so awful to come to my house. so I went to the pharmacy to pick it up again the prescription was not there FedEx had came in the meantime without him calling to let me know and they took it again no medicine FedEx has it who knows where it is I already paid for it 70+ dollars later he charge me for two additional pills 11.99 again I have to take the medication in the morning 6 AM I will not have the prescription by then from FedEx so I have to go Back to the pharmacy and pick up two additional pills to get me bye and hopes that FedEx delivers it by the 1:00. This was the rudest Gentleman that I have ever talked with I will be pulling all my prescriptions from Walgreens I will be telling everybody how I was treated there this is unacceptable you need to treat every client every customer with care Timothy did the exact opposite I did report this case to the corporate office also.

Went there to get cold meds for my mother and got the wrong card told the lady I would be right back wasnt even 3 min and she put everything back. Dont waste my time.. Like that. Its rude and terrible customer service.. Will never shop there again..
