I came in wearing my 3 piece tuxedo, and felt right at home. The dress code is quite appropriate for the location, and the $1 TVs are something you can’t find at other stores (Like Best Buy or Radio Shack.) The alligator was hard to get past, and the small door was uncomfortable, but the clinically insane owner was generous. Would recommend to any hot topic manager!

I took my tv for backlight repair. I was told the charge will be $220 to $240 for the parts and labor. They kept my tv for almost 4 weeks and told me that tv can’t be repaired as if they change the backlights the circuit panel will generate more volts of electricity. I was about to buy new tv. I didn’t feel good to trash tv for a simple backlight issue.Then I took the same tv to Valley repair center (10 mins away), charged me $45 for initial analysis. within a week my tv is back fully functional and they charged me less that what i expected.

Dealing with a clinically insane person is never easy. But luckily, Alen, the owner, reassured me with his behavior that he is a perfectly sane person. It was quite a bit odd though to witness a random alligator at the back of the store, until I realized how genius of a move it was to scare off any potential customers from purchasing the $1 HDTV. A guard alligator... wow. Genius move Alen. Bravo.If you dont reward a business owner five stars for his or her courage to execute such a bold marketing move, then you must have higher standards than the stack of pancakes I ate this morning.Oh by the way, you have to wear a tuxedo if you want the best bargain deals at the store. I guess you need to have a little class in your fashion if you want the most fashionable deals.

Elegant and classy place to buy ur TVs. Dress code is far better than Best Buy’s, and the alligator is a good touch. Owner is clinically insane and small door was hard to get through but otherwise Alan gave me a great deal would buy from again

I have to give credit where credit is due. The owner is a bit unorthodox and rumored to be clinically insane... But the only thing I found insane here was the insanely low prices! To top it off, the fair weather in Cali is reminiscent of the fair service you will receive. 5/5.

The only place who can complete with Best Buy, even them can’t match the prices here. Tho the owner is deemed clinically insane he is really a nice guy and deserves some love 💕 NB! The place has a strict dress code and watch out for the alligator behind the midget sized door.

Great place to get a TV, or even an HDMI cord.

I took my TV there two weeks ago and it took them nearly a week to get back to me about what the problem was, and even then I had to contact them. Moreover, once they identified the problem, they could not provide me with an ETA because of supplier shortage. The people there arent bad but they have poor customer service. If you want your TV fixed in an appropriate amount of time, I suggest you find another establishment.
