Do not use this place, I was delivered three broken Island cabinets. Also still waiting on my island draw covers for over a month. They have been sitting in there warehouse for two weeks. Still not painted or being delivered. Also when you call them up, the wont speak to homeowner who is actually paying them. The guy name is Matt.

I am pleased with new cabinets from CnC. Good quality and price. Although two of the cabinets were delayed but I was fortunate to received them within the time frame of my contract job. On time to settle down before kids school start. Thank you, CnC.

Worst customer experience ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Go somewhere else.The customer service reps and specifically the one we worked with, Martiza is totally disorganized, ignores questions, doesnt read the email properly and messes up orders. I continually have to follow up for my orders. When I ask multiple questions, only seems can answer one at a time. I also asked her multiple times to update billing and shipping to my name instead of the contractor since I had to fire him due to negligence.Messed up my order completely and was unable to tell me what happened and then had to wait an additional 3 weeks for the cabinets due to her mess up. Then I had to pay more (difference) due to her mess up. Worst customer experience I had the absolute misfortunate of experiencing.Quality control is awful. Got sent a faulty spice rack that wouldnt close and shelving holes complete uneven. Also they sent a back piece that was damaged and then tried to fix it with their marker. Thankfully we didnt need the whole piece and the new contractor made it work beautifully.The cabinets itself are OK quality. they have lots of options and the soft close does indeed work well. However, they scratch and damage easily.Save yourself trouble and Just go somewhere else.

Im satisfied with the cabinets which are ok for imports from Vietnam, however Im still waiting for a missing panel for 2 months. The wrong panel was ordered and returned over 6 eeeks ago. Your delivery driver has been to my house 2x trying to deliver the same 2 drawers meant for another customer. Its not his fault that the order is wrong.. Whoever is the responsible customer service rep for my contractor needs to figure out how to do their job. I want the end panel asap so the job can be completed once and for all. Lets get this done.

Working with CNC has been great the past few years. Even during the pandemic, everyone worked hard to make sure they didnt skip a beat. The stellar customer service provided by Itzy, Fahad, Chris, Maritza and Laser is second to none. The folks above care about their job and every single order and it shows daily. CNC is lucky to have such attentive and caring employees.

As an ex dealer for this company (they lasted two weeks in my showroom) I can assure anyone who is looking to purchase cabinets that they can get a much better quality for the same price or even less. Their communication skills are next to none and the quality of the product is not really there, if you are looking for a quick flip with ok price and decent look then they may work for you, but it is not the right product for homeowners and anything above low grade solution.Very disappointing

Save your time and money and do not purchase from this company. Our contractor was given so many B.S. excuses and lies from this company in the six months it took to do our kitchen. Our calls to the company went unanswered as well.No QC is done before the items are shipped out so we received several items from their other customers. When our contractor would call to alert them of this issue, it would take several weeks to get a replacement from China. One cabinet door took 5 weeks.Other drawer panels came damaged with no cardboard fillers in the packaging so we had to wait for the replacements.Several times our contractor was told that the doors were on the shipping container that was due to arrive the following week only to receive them several weeks later. I feel bad for my contractor because he had to deal with these headaches because of their incompetence.We are all aware of the shipment issues but there is no excuse CNC can provide for all the other issues we experienced.I have owned rental properties for almost 30 years and this is by far the worst vendor that I have dealt with. There are many other choices you have as far as kitchen cabinets so dont make this one of them.

Run!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I am a cabinet dealer and unfortunately sold CNC cabinets to a few customers. They were all a nightmare. 5 Day cabinets taking 3 months to arrive... no kidding. I have a kitchen that started 9/17/19 and today is 8/25/20.... still havent finished it yet. They cant get the right parts and NEVER call you back.

As promised, a review for the impossible. My girlfriend and I had purchased our first home together, about eight or nine months ago, and put simply, it was a train-wreck. It needed a COMPLETE overhaul. We wanted to get into our home and worry about the rest later, and because of my previously poor credit history, getting a loan that netted us a house in better condition was not going to happen.When we started calling home contractors, it seemed unlikely to me that wed find someone both willing to take on this massive overhaul, and do so at a price that we could afford.CNC proved, quite literally, to be a miracle for us. Everything they did was done extremely swiftly, and they were able to somehow extract a clear idea of what our vision was, and turn the scraps our house used to look like, into a truly modern looking home. Terrible customer service. We opened up our kitchen based on info given to us that the Richmond cabinets were arriving late 2020, then they moved the timelines several times. Now when our work has started and well need to install cabinets, they said it will take another 3 months. This is insane. They shouldnt even list the cabinets on their website if they dont have them in hand. We matched everything to the specific style and color and now are screwed.

Deliver the cabinet and sending wrong items never respond to address their error . We are having such a hard time !

Absolutely, positively the worst cabinet distributor i have ever had to deal with while being in business. There is such a huge disconnect in that place that nothing gets done correctly. The only thing on their mind, is making sure they get their money. I have had MULTIPLE orders come out with damages (4 out of 5), which makes for very unhappy customers which they still have not fixed. So, where is this Best Value that you speak of on your webiste?

BUYER BEWARE!!!After months of starting my kitchen reno it still isnt finished due to lack of QUALITY CONTROL for the Milano White Gloss cabinets. The cabinet doors/drawer fronts have flaws, scratches, dings and air bubbles. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! They have been replaced quite a few times and are NO better. The contractor advised I MUST pay for any more replacements. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! What a waste of money as I will have to pay another contractor to replace them. Stress and anxiety overload!!!

Bought my kitchen from CNCs dealer, great company(dealer), but cnc is a differently story, their dealer showed us the email chain with CNC, it shows the back order in my kitchen would be back in stock at the end of the month, but obviously it didnt. according to their email, it wont be for another 3 month!!!!!This is a CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!!I asked my dealer how long does it typically take from order to unloaded container from china, he said it depends, but during normal time approximately 2 monthsCNC probably knew they will not receive the contain at the end of the month. but they wont want to lost business, so their their dealer a made up date.DONT BE LIKE ME, find a reputable cabinet manufacture.

I visited the pick up location. It is not identified but go to the shipping receiving door. Then you will be given a dock door to visit. But you will need to go in to the dock office for assistance

Just built my first home and had CNC Cabinetry do my kitchen and bathroom. They did the job professionally and finished ahead of schedule. Price was also very accommodating. Will be coming back to them with future projects.

Back in December 2017, I bought a beautiful new home, but the appearance of the kitchen and bathroom didnt match that of the rest of the house. Once I started working with these guys, we went through an intensive planning phase where they kept me in the loop with fully transparent plans -- which, from experience, is hard to find -- so I knew what I was getting.They originally quoted me 6 weeks, and the whole project ended up finishing just inside of that. I was expecting some hiccups, but the whole process went smooth as butter, and the end result we were able to achieve was absolute magic!

Worlds worst company, order was placed in June 2020, still no resolution in October 2020. They repeatedly lie about order status and when will ship. Avoid them at all cost

This is perhaps the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I paid $30k for cabinets And half showed up. The rest came at odd times. Still missing cabinets And nobody answers Calls and even my supplier can’t get them on the phone. We are going on THREE MONTHS with a 1/2 built kitchen. Next step is legal action. I heard this happed to a lot they only want the money and they will screw you in the end. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND DO NOT BUY FROM CNC

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Cabinets are of horrible quality. Every single cabinet we received was damaged. The paint is peeling off our white cabinets before we even used them and came damaged right out of the box. I am not sure how anything made it past their “quality control” department. It is so bad that there are dings in the boxes and doors that are filled in with wood filler and touched up, cracks in the wood that were actually touched up with touch up paint as well as multiple scratches and dings all over the place.The paint is also not hard enough as a finish to withstand daily use.These cabinets are imported from China and the quality is horrendous!

After a pipe burst in our bathroom, we needed to renovate. CNC cabinetry has a great line of classic cabinets and bathroom vanities. We were really impressed with the build quality and affordable price.

Fixing up a rental property near these guys, and theyre really doing excellent work. its the 3rd house weve had them contract in the past year. will continue to use them.

DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!Our company recently purchased assembled cabinets from CNC cabinetry. The items were stocked in their New Jersey warehouse and shipped down to the Davenport warehouse. They then dropped the order off at the job site.Half of the cabinets were damaged or defected. We contacted the replacement department, they promised they would send us replacement parts at their own cost. Its been more than 2 weeks we are yet to receive replacement parts from this company. Not to mention; they are giving us silent treatment! They refuse to reply to any of our email enquires. This company is very disorganized, they over promise and under deliver. Quality of their products is not satisfactory. I doubt it we will give any more business to this company. We do not recommend them to any contractor nor homeowner!Here is an update since our last review: It is now Monday January 27th and we are yet to receive our replacement parts from CNC Cabinetry. We have sent multiple emails to the replacement department as well as the sales department and NO response. We even visited the Davenport Warehouse on Thursday January 16th, 2020 and spoke to the sales representative Tom Daugharty. He promised he would look into our replacement order and facilitate it to be processed and shipped out as soon as possible. Clearly he is just talks and no action! We attempted contacting him several times by phone, and he doesnt answer his phone nor responds to his text messages. We are beyond disappointed with our experience with CNC Cabinetry!! We wish we would have never purchased from them. This company is an absolute SCAM!!

This company is a scam. They charge for non-existent items. They can not print an actual invoice with specified charges. They do not return emails or phone calls. Make sure you do your homework and verify every charge before handing over payment.They will double charge you without an explanation.Their materials are sub par at best.

Drive an hour to pick up my cabinets, after confirming with them three times via email that they were ready. After receiving the cabinets we seen that two of them were missing. We asked the staff about it and they said that they don’t know when they’ll have them and that they can’t help us. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered cabinets. Came cracked... sent back; came cracked again... now I’m going to their warehouse in NJ to pickup in person. This seems to be a recurring theme with this company (search on google “CNC cabinets damages”). My project is now behind three weeks because of the back and forth. No expedited delivery to solve the issue.

I have been buying from CNC for over a decade now. Always satisfied with the service and product. If a problem ever came up, I got replacements immediately- no questions asked! Love the new selections coming up- excited to show them to my clients. As many times as reps asked me to swap this type of line with a another company- they could never beat what I get from CNC in quality, timing & sevice. Happy Selling!!

I am beyond disappointed with my cabinets I received. For the amount I paid for I should not have any problems with them. First half of them came damaged with splits in the wood, missing doors, and paint running down the sides. They replaced them with new ones but didnt receive them for three weeks. And still some came with splits in the wood. Customer service was not helpful at all and reluctant to take any blame for the quality. Quality is horrible and you can find better cabinets at lowes. When I design other houses I will not buy from this company ever again. I am to the point where I want to return all of them and order from a different company that cares about their customers and the quality of their products to the are producing. If they are okay with shipping out cabinets that are not painted correctly and have splits in the wood, this must tell you they dont care about what the customer gets.

We were looking everywhere for new bathroom vanities and fell in love with CNCs Espresso Vanguard line. Not only are they beautifully crafted, the build quality was much better than anywhere else.

I have a house I got near South Plainfield that I rent out as an Air BNB last year, and have used these guys for most of the interior work to renovate it, and theyve done an A+ job at a good rate... Like I said I dont live here, so I didnt wanna spend an arm & a leg on the work, and their pricing fit the bill

Horrible experience. Completely no regard for customers. Got wrong pieces, unfinished sides of kitchen cabinets, missing pieces, and its been a few weeks of trying to fix it. I know the store that CNC supplies to, did it correctly because everything was written on the invoice was looked over multiple times. They dont even listen to the store that gave them the business in the first place, not to mention the customer. Still no solution, so far its been atrocious.

I ordered ny cabinets from a local dealer who buys from them. Every cabinet came with dents, scratches and the corner one came cracked in two places. We returned and were promised another in 2 days. I had contractor scheduled to come in ad they assured me....2nd replacement comes cracked as well. They send it back....Third one eas supposed to arrive Wednesday morning, it doesnt as someone didnt load it on truck (thats what they told me). My ptoject is delayed 2 1/2 weeks so far. It has cost me an extra $600 so far ad I had to change how/when floors were to be done as cabinets needed to be installed first. Also, countertop measuring had to be rescheduled last minute because of this and a $250 appointment reescheduling fee was added. Buyer beware.

I am very satisfied with our new kitchen, we love the CNC cabinets they are beautifully designed and very well made, has all upscale features like custom cabinetry, the CNC dealer was very helpful and we got our cabinets in a week, very happy customer, strongly recommend this brand.

Terrible company. Awful customer service. I had a plumber and contractor lined up to install cabinets I purchased from them....The company closed for Passover and did not notify me. They let my order fall by the wayside and caused one inconvenience after the next. I had to cancel contractor and plumber and wait weeks to get my purchase. They have no consideration for anyone and horrible customer service skills. If it happens to be one of their religious holidays, they just drop everything, close down and to hell with you and your order. I have no idea how they stay in business. Never use this company. Awful.

The distributor your company has here in Florida Mr. TOM Rothering told us he would have our cabinets in two weeks when we placed our order priorto May 1, 2018. It is August 10, 2018 and my kitchen is not completed. He insist that you, CNC, have not sent him all the cabinets. 4 MONTHS is rediculous to not have a kitchen. Do you care to explain???? Good experience with these guys. A lot of the time, it takes weeks or even months to hash out exactly what Ive wanted on past projects with other contractors, but with these guys, that process was shrunk into a matter of hours. We got going on the project right away, and finished our timeline about 2 weeks ahead of our projected finish. Will use again, the next time my wife needs some work done!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not stand behind their products. Ipurchased a kitchen full of cabinets from Pugliese in Little Falls two and a half years ago. If someone were to purchase my house today they would have to replace this cabinets which can onlybe described as garbage. All of the soft closers do not work, three doors are out of line including one which fell off and is now hanging by a thread. The veneer has lifted from one of the trim plates (an 8 X 28 section. lnterior shelves have chipped for no apparent reason. Worst of all, the company does not respond in any meaningful way to my requests to have someone out to look at them. We have been calling them for at least a month. Also, last summer, they did send someone out who at that point promised they would send us new soft closers...of course this never happened. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU ARE IN A CABINET STORE MAKE SURE THE CABINETS ARE NOT FROM CNC.

I cant believe this business! As a dealer I depend on timely deliveries and these guys made it on time even during the snow storm in New Jersey.

I am very dissapointed in CNC Cabinetry. Its been close to 2months since Ive ordered my cabinets that took near three weeks to ship. When they arrived they had scratches and dents on them making them look like poor quality cabinets that I paid so much for. Two of the cabinets didnt fit so they had return them causing us to wait an additional two weeks pushing back countertops, plumbing and electrical work. They have terrible customer service and lie straight to their customers face saying theyll be back tomorrow, this week, next week. They dont even have the courtesy of calling the customer they told theyd be back the next day, to tell them theyre not coming causing you to just sit and wait all day for nothing.In conclusion, my kitchen still isnt completed and its been near 3 months. If you are looking into buying cupboards **DO NOT** purchase from CNC Cabinetry unless youre ready to deal with excuses, delays, lies, and months of unfinished work.
