This location was very organized. It’s not hard to find items when they are in the right place. The sales team is very professional, courteous and friendly. I have not been to this store in ages 🤯 and like the self service check out lanes.

Purchase a phone holder for my car twice and it broke twice.. Ah well cant expect much for $5 or less. They wont get me a 3rd time..lol

Only reason I gave Five Below three stars cause #1 they didnt havev alot of stuff in there store like they use too and #2 they dont have people asking you if you need help finding something . But I did like that I got a water bottle there for $3 whitch wasnt bad.

Was well maintained. But weekends there was lil rush. However all staff and customers in side were following social distancing and were wearing masks. All in all good and a economical place where u will find good stuff.

Very good for inexpensive items, that can serve the same purposes as the over priced ones. I especially like it for its tech products, that you usually lose. For $5-$10. Take it on vacation. No worries.

I used to go to the Union/Springfield location but my friend lives close to this one. This store has more of a variety of items and theres way more sizes in clothing such as T-shirts, which are my favorite! Enormous selection of makeup and beauty care. And the staff are knowledgeable and very courteous! I go out of my way just to come here! 👍

They have a lot of great stuff for your pool floats and everything is $5 or less how can you beat that

Neat store but a little stuffed with merchandise making it a little challenging to find what youre looking for, which I did not find. There are very few Android accessories so if you have an Android product I actually recommend that you go elsewhere.

The attendees are respectful and nice, but I dont like the self checkouts. I put in a five and five ones for a simple checkout, but it didnt take the dollar so I almost had to get the manager since I didnt have any other cash on me to finish the purchase (I really needed the charger for my phone. because of health reasons of my relative.)

My daughter made a mess with herself and the floor with liquid Makeup. I asked them to give me something to clean it by myself then the lady her name is Kaylie said don’t worry about it and they Didn’t allow me to pay for what my daughter did!! She brought two T- shirts to choose one for my daughter because her cloths full of makeup and they gave it to her! They are the best team! They made our day! Thank you Kaylie you are the cutest person ever! I love this place. Best store and staff

The company itself great and I love the products. The location and staff is trash. Very bad attitude, no customer service what so ever, employees gossip about OTHER EMPLOYEES like it’s still high school. Two employees were in the way of the aisle, I said excuse me more than once and they rolled their eyes at me and barely moved.. As being a customer service representative, this is not how you treat paying customers OR other employees. Should be addressed soon

Great service! We went there yesterday and forgot one of our bags there and we went back the next day to see if we forgot it there. We asked an employee and she kindly called the manager who was very nice too. They gave us our bag that we left there the day before. Agaim, great service and lots to shop for!

In Hadley center off of stelton road, parking lot pretty normal size, mask a must, all your shopping needs, and you can get chargers for most phones at a decent price. There is no more $5 below, now for charges there 5.75 and up depending on cord size up to 10ft still somethings there for $5 dollars, and social distancing was being used last time I was there, so enter at your own risk, pretty fast in and out on transactions.

Pretty good place to get if you are looking anytging I got playdoh for my kids and they are less than other places. I recommend Five Below however, they dont cqrry night light but other place I have seen not sire if this franchise didnt carry or over all it is not there also customer service seems not upto point means not that helpful. When ask that I am paging cash she said that counter is not for cash only for credit she didnt mentione how I will be payinh before helping me that is why I took two points off, however, I will again for sire visit this place and give them another chance. Hopefully they provide better service next time.

You know I love to shop here and spend my money but hearing an employee the name of Jen yell at there own employee on sales floor very humiliating . As a manager my self she should have took him in the back to speak to him instead she gossiped to an other employee might be following up to corporate.

Their actual hours are way different then the hours on Google and their own site! It says open until 6 and really its 5. They open at 11 on Sunday, they really open at 12. Guess Ill be giving my sales else where.

You can get so many different things here for $5 or less. Think dorm room accessories, gifts for kids, holiday items, etc. We also find good buys on electronics items like phone mounts or chargers here. Ive gotten tablet covers and screen protectors too! Its not too crazy busy here unless its right before a holiday. Theres not tons of staff here but the ones that are here are typically very helpful. Good buys on tshirts, small exercise equipment like yoga mats, swim goggles, etc.

On Saturday, November 9th, I was shopping at Five Below with my family. I was in the Gym section when i was approached by the manager who was asking If everything is okay and was getting a little pushy. Thinking it was just good customer service i smiled and said Im okay and continued shopping around.I then noticed the manager walking around me, every aisle id go he would be discreetly there, again i didnt put much thought into it. Then i overheard him talking loudly on the phone pretending to talk to the police, Yes officer, you can be here soon? thats good thankyou. Again didnt know what was going on.Then i went to the checkout with my family, I purchased $30 worth of items and paid for them.As soon as i was about to leave, an associate Cody yelled out loud in front of everyone saying Hey bro i saw what you put in that marshalls bag. Shocked, i gave him the bag and told him to show me, obviously he didnt find anything and then i demanded to see the footage where it shows that i was Stealing. Both the manager and the employee were unable to bring the footage.Cody continued to be unbelievably rude and saying things like you know what you did, all in front of other customers making a big scene. The manager realized that they had messed up and began to apologize and Cody went into the back room and didnt show up after.I then contacted the Customer relations and told them the story and got a call from the District Manager of that location. She was also very apologetic and promised to make it right. I was promised compensation of some sort after this whole traumatic experience, however, its been almost a month and i have received no callback or anything of any sort.I have been a customer of that location for 4 years being my local five below, however never in my life have i been more disrespected by any person or organization, and the lack of willingness to make it better is even more unbelievable.

I love Five below you find many great things in this store from toys to make up to art and craft things and I even bought a book and a workbook with writing prompts since I wanted to get back to writing... Ive enjoyed them 😌

My rating is based on the service or LACK of service I received. I purchased a phone holder for my car and a couple of questions about the different styles. The young lady I was looking to for assistance appeared as though she did not want to assist me at all. However, the item I purchased is fine.
