Horrible business! Rude and unprofessional especially on the wholesale side. I’ve placed over 30k$ in orders back in may we are now in august and they have no answers every time we call it seems like we are bothering them right from the second they answer the phone

I have been in business for 24 years now and by far American Fence is the best supply company in the tri-state area..All materials are top quality especially there Landmark Vinyl products and also Vanguard Aluminum products. Materials always come neatly wrapped and the staff and owners are all a pleasure to work with. If you are in the fence trade you need to give them a tryStaten Island Fence

Hit or miss with the counter help. Some are helpful, others meh.. not so much. I recall there being a Dave there that was super helpful. And a Gary that was awful. When I had a section of vinyl fence bow (the top rail began to sag) he told me it was an installation issue. Yeah ok.

Based on my time there many years ago, I can honestly say that ownership are some of the worst, most dishonest people Ive ever encountered. Unless you are a favorite, staff is grossly underpaid while completely overworked. Many people working outside the office in manufacturing are taken advantage of, and many, if not most were not offered sick or vacation pay. Its an extremely toxic environment for an employee.
