We paid $220 for Gazebo and 4 table decoration, they took the money in advance. All they did was put few balloons, see the pictures. Everyone who saw it said it’s awful including the restaurant owners. May be worth $50. We had the party in Patio at Akbar Restaurant. This person Ben there is a scam artist. I would not recommend this place to even my enemies.

The place is good to rent party supplies like tables and chairs, but not good for other supplies. The people working doesnt have a clue what they are selling and can surprise you just 48 hours before your party. I had a terrible experience ordering balloon from these people. My family and i spend almost 1 hour with them a week before the party to discuss balloons, decoration and everything was addressed and settled properly. But 48 hours before the party they called me and stated that they cant deliver balloons which they agreed to on day one and when the order was placed. I requested the manager multiple times to reconsider the situation as it is really very last minute notice but they didnt considered to stay on their words which they initially agreed upon to. I have never seen such a unprofessional behavior in my life. Our experience with Party rental team was disgusting as they demonstrated heights of unprofessionalism by refusing to deliver the order 48 hours before the party. Going forward I will definitely stay away from these unethical business owners. They will never deliver to their commitment and can surprise you last minute and ruin your party plans like they did ours.Reason to give them two stars is for timely delivery of table and chairs.

Everyone at Party Rentals was more than helpful with my tent and chair/table rental. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests. All items were dropped off/set up and picked up on time and in great condition. I would definitely rent from them in the future.
