I went to their store 2 days in a row and there were no other customers in the store either time. I am actively in the market to purchase a couch and was hoping to get a good sense of their product. Both times, the sales person (different sales person each day) didnt even look up from the computer and didnt acknowledge my existence. I was so put off by the customer service experience that I left and dont plan on returning. The couch itself may be a decent product but their sales associates are the least engaging people Ive ever met.

Sales people were very nice and helpful. Had samples of furniture.

We researched the exact couch l/arrangement and pieces we wanted online before coming into the store to order. The representative, Olivia, made sure our set up we built would fit our needs before going through the quick process of purchasing. She also did a very good job at making sure we knew what was covered and how to get warranty issues solved if they ever arise. Additionally, not store related, we were told it would take 0 to 3 weeks for it to ship, after only three days our item has shipped and will arrive within six days of our initial order! Talk about quick turnaround!

It was very helpful to have a showroom to visit and try out the pieces. The employee, Alexa, and knowledgeable and warm. She did not make us feel rushed or pressured. We hope to purchase this item and enjoy it for years to come.

We had an amazing experience at the South Portland-Maine Mall location. Very small showroom, only a few pieces of furniture on display. Would be nice to see more of a variety of the fabrics on display. The two representatives were very nice and helpful though. Overall, good purchase experience. Subsequent communication post purchase needs work.

We purchased a full couch setup from Anna at the South Portland, Maine store on 3/7/20 (sorry for the late review, had to install a new floor before we could setup the couch). Anna was wonderful in the store, no pressure at all, answered all of our questions and very helpful in finding the items that would fit our needed. Im glad we went into the store for purchase vs. buying online (absolutely nothing wrong with online ordering, I generally do most of my shopping online) so we could talk out what we needed, try different options, look at accessories and see how the whole product works.The shipping was very fast, much quicker than we expected or were advised, so that was a nice plus. The boxes all arrived via Fedex (21 in all I think). Once we started to open the boxes and set everything up it took a bit to figure out how to complete the setup we wanted. The unboxing and putting the covers took the longest. We also purchased 2 cup holders (1 deep and 1 flat) those are great, just they were in the store. We opted for 2 storage seats; they are wonderful, plenty of room to store extra blanket and pillows (highly recommend storage seats if anyone is considering).Overall the company and experience was perfect. We will be back to purchase more pieces as well as additional color covers. Thanks Anna and Lovesac for a great product; our living room is much more comfortable now!

I recently made a Love Sac purchase 7seats & 11 sides. I have gone through several couches and Ive never been so happy with this couch purchase. I first worked with Anna & Kayla. They were so kind and patient with me as I had tons of questions. They did not pressure me at all. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. After making the purchase with Kayla she was very reassuring that when I got my order they would help in any way possible to help me to get it set up. I was a little nervous with all the pieces. But I watched a video and it ended up being super easy. After setting up my sactionals I noticed I was missing something. Pillows!!!! So Back in I go! They only had 2 of the 4 pillows I needed so Kayla went above and beyond by calling all the other stores to find me 2 more pillows. She was very kind and great to work with. I also had no intentions of buying a couch but once I saw the versatility of this thing I couldn’t resist. I am a hundred percent sure this will be the last couch I ever own. You can recreate your living room as many times as you want. It’s winter move the couch away from the baseboard heaters. You moved to a smaller place no problem. Change the couches. I finally bought my Lovesac Sactional! The staff is beyond professional and personable. The couches are versatile--they come apart so moving is easier; the layout of the couch can be changed to make entertaining more cozy; if you purchase enough pieces the couch can serve as a guest bed. Lovesac offers interest free financing, which makes the couches very affordable for everyone. This is the last couch I will ever have to buy--that said I do foresee adding to my couch as I move on to bigger places.Im hardly ever this impressed with a product, but I am thrilled with Lovesac.

Before entering this store, I had never heard of the company. The staff was super friendly and happy to explain the Lovesac story and answer all my questions. Though, I wasnt in the position to buy a Lovesac then, I would have never know about them if it wasnt for this store. Now, I have my own Lovesac and couldnt be happier! Also, my family, friends, and cat love it too!

Ive been in the store multiple times and just couldnt pull the trigger to purchase a sectional. This week I learned about Lovesac offering 40% off for essential workers so my wife and I discussed this purchase again and decided now is the time!!! I worked with Kayla for a couple hours today and she was AWESOME and super helpful with all my questions and concerns of multiple models. I had to get back to work so I had to stop chatting with Kayla but later in the evening I started speaking with Maggie who was just as helpful! I had more questions and concerns about what was best for our growing family and she went to no end to find exactly what we needed. We had a certain price range of what we needed to be at and she not only met those expectations, she exceeded them by giving us an option that we didnt even think was possible!! All I have to say is they were both extremly helpful and highly recommend working with both of them if you are in need of a Lovesac!!!!

We’ve been wanting to purchase a Lovesac Sac for two years but waited for our home purchase.On April 13, 2020...we finally closed. By Wednesday, we’d placed our order for two pillow sacs. On Thursday (17th), when we receive a “shipping confirmation,” we were so ecstatic, we decided not to wait and ordered a 4 seat/4 side sanctional for our living room, with the hopes for a follow on order for a larger 8 seater for our study/den.Throughout the entire weekend, the shipping for the two pillows remained the same — Tuesday, April 21 by close of business.Then Tuesday morning finally arrived and the status changed — ON TRUCK, Out for Delivery!All day Tuesday, we waited for the FedEx truck. Nothing. Then somewhere between 3-3:30 pm (I kept checking status), the status changed from ON TRUCK/OUT FOR DELIVERY to no status.Then it changed to “pick up FedEx facility” on MONDAY APRIL 27th — another WEEK, no explanation, no attempt at delivery, no NOTHING — AND with me, an autoimmune compromised person, suddenly required to drive 90 minutes+ to a COVID hotspot to PICK UP an order I paid to have delivered TO MY HOME.When I called Lovesac and explained to the customer service representative what happened...her response was “well I don’t work for FedEx.”You are so correct Lovesac...you DON’T work for FedEx, but you’ve chose to keep them as your delivery service even when YOUR OWN REPRESENTATIVE bad-mouthed them about their delays.So, you’ve lost our business...the $5000+ we just paid (and are still waiting confirmation of a CANCELLED ORDER) and the additional Lovesac and Sanctional we wanted to purchase.Such a disappointment for such a long awaited hope for the supposed “comfort and family of Lovesac.”If that’s the way they treat “family,” then I’m lucky to escape the relationship early.

We tried to want a couch that wasnt a lovesac, and we couldnt. The appeal of being able to reconfigure it to our liking and machine wash every inch of fabric was a huge selling point. So we caved and worked with Maggie and Ben (Maine Mall) and they helped us immensely with our purchase. Incredibly down to earth and friendly employees. The black padded velvet fabric is amazing and easy to keep clean. Crumbs and such show up on it but thats the nature of a black couch, if youre uptight a about everything looking perfect and clean you might spend forever vacuuming it up. But any smudge that weve gotten on it has come right off the velvet with damp paper towel. The standard fill is so comfortable and we love the movable back pillows so we can really get cozy. We were able to purchase pieces that someone else had returned which helped us on the cost, as the cost is probably the only and biggest downside of this product. I highly recommend doing that if youre for sure know you will love this couch (makes it much more affordable, but you cant return it. Warranty is still good though!) Thank you Love sac! Will definitely be back!

Absolutely love out Lovesac couch, we have had it for almost two years now. It holds up well with two boys 2 and 5 along with our 3 cats. If the boys make a mess on it we just throw it in the wash. Cant wait to order another set of fabrics for it along with some accessories like the power port they just came out with.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars on this review because we had an absolutely amazing experience! My boyfriend and I were up visiting from Massachusetts. We had some time to kill and decided to walk around the mall in Portland, ME. We were about to walk right by LoveSac, until my boyfriend pointed out that the couches in your store were the cool customizable couches that he had seen in commercials. I usually try to avoid going into retail stores like that because the sales people are usually super pushy and make me feel extremely uncomfortable, if I don’t decide to buy anything that day. My boyfriend convinced me to quickly pop in and check them out. I am happy to say that our experience was the exact opposite from what I thought that it would be and what we planned to be a quick pop in and out, turned into us spending over an hour in the store, learning about your awesome company and products. Anna was the sales representative working at the time and right off the bat was AWESOME! She was super nice and extremely welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of the millions of questions that we threw at her. Anna did an excellent job at showcasing all of the features of your amazing product and it was clear that she was truly passionate about the company! Even though we didn’t purchase one today, Anna made sure to walk us through all of our options and helped us to create a profile, in order save our information/preferences for when the time comes that we are able to afford it. Anna helped us out the most, but there was another female employee working, the second time we came in (I can’t for the life of me remember her name). She was awesome as well! Just like Anna, she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about her job and the company. I usually do not write reviews often, but after Anna mentioned it, it was a no brainer! It takes having a special experience for me to take the time to write a review (especially one this long), but this experience was definitely deserving of it! Great staff, genius product, and awesome company! The only qualm I have is that I wish that I had come up with the idea sooner! You have truly thought of everything, as it solves every problem/frustration that goes along with purchasing furniture! Thank you so much and I look forward to day when I can afford to purchase and enjoy the set in my own home!P.S. Anna DEFINITELY deserves a raise!!!! :)

Today my boyfriend and I went to lovesac in the Maine Mall just looking around for a potential new couch. Kayla one of the employees greeted us and told us all about lovesac. We fell in love with a couch but it was out of our budget. With the help of Kayla and Maggie we decided it would be benificial to just go with a love seat for now. I am absolutely pleased with how they were so willing to jump through hoops to get us something affordable and that we loved! We will definitely be lifetime customers!

I went into the store located in Portland ME mall to browse, well Maggie approaches and was amazing. She was knowledged on all the the products, super friendly, and honest . Im excited to receive my lovesac in two weeks. There should be a Maggie representing all companies. Great customer service!!!

I consider these over priced bean bags but the wife liked it and it helped her back so I got one. My main concern is the filling. In the store they overstuff the sacs so they are actually supportive. Then they send you a half filled sac that completely sinks to the floor when laying on it.If you contact them they will send you an extra box of foam to use. Great right? Imagine shredding a memory foam mattress into a million pieces, then attempting to get all of those pieces into a small opening. If they had made the sac opening larger MAYBE you could get it in easier. To top it off the inside zipper was broken so trying to zip it up after was a blast. Now I have a couple hours of getting all the foam cleaned in my living room. I got to pay $600 for a sac I basically get to assemble myself.This could be avoided if they simply shipped them filled they way the store had them, or dont allow the store to stuff extra foam in to essentiallytrick customers into thinking thats what they are getting.Update After Reply:Thank you for the reply but I posted this review because I already reached out directly. Their solution is not to actually fill the sac so their customer doesnt have to. They advise doing it outside, presumably under the assumption you just ignore the small foam pieces, or use a sheet. Doesnt solve the fact that when I buy pricey furniture I dont expect to have to deal with such a mess. You could tell by the responses they couldnt care less. If this was for me I would have immediately returned it, the wife likes it so that is not an option, (she wasnt around for the joy filling it was). I will not be buying the sactionals I was seriously considering though.

On a Business Trip from New Jersey and was staying at a nearby hotel and decided to visit the mall. Saw the Lovesac sign and decided to walk in and to simply try out the couches. I ended up purchasing a three seater which will be delivered to my home in Jersey. Ben, Jazmine and Maggie were simply awesome in basically everything. Ben is the guy to go to for arrangements and ideas, trust me he’s good. Jazmine was adorable and was extremely knowledgeable on all the sactionals (apparently that’s what they are called) fabrics and arrangements. Maggie store manager was exceptional. Professional and knowledgeable and will make sure you are buying smart. If these three are working and you are looking to buy, you are in great hands. Ask about buying their small wooden blocks!!!
