This store is great and has all your baking needs. I tend to spend more time here than I plan to because of how many great things they have and I want to buy them all. They are pretty well organized, and if you cant find something there is usually a staff close at hand to help direct you. Prices arent always obviously posted, which can be a bit frustrating, but again there is usually staff close by to help look it up.

Such a fun store if you are a baker or love to bake treats!! A Utah gem if you have a hobby in the kitchen. There is a variety of EVERYTHING! They have every cookie cutter you can imagine and every color of food dye possible. My favorite is their selection of sprinkles. They Orse & Gygi brand is $3.99 for a bag. Not bad at all! They also have a lot of seasonal decor and tons of kitchen gadgets. Plenty of parking and it’s such a big store there are a few entrances, I used the far South entrance.

This is such a fun store. If you need anything cooking wise, this is the place to go.

Love going to Gygis! They have great home goods, pies, and hidden gems like amazing balsamic and red wine vinegars. They have all the cool machines too like cotton candy, popcorn, abs snow cone!

Orson Gygi is great for all your kitchen and cooking needs. They have a wide selection of High quality items. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I found a Cotton Candy machine that I was interested in and the price from this company was $1,095. The MSRP for the machine was only $970 and the manufacturer had it on sale for $877.50. When I called Orson Gygi to ask if there was any movement on the price, I was informed, quite rudely, that the MSRP had no bearing on what they sell products for and that their price was firm. Needless to say I found it on a different website for only $770 plus $58 shipping. I found both the pricing and attitude at this store unreasonable and saved $280 going somewhere else.

Love the store but I may never buy here again. This is the reason for my one star review. I’ve spent thousands of dollars here first off. Last major purchase was the week of Thanksgiving. I bought a block set of Shun knives and a Shun serrated 12” brisket knife and some expensive sheers $650 for these items left the store spending almost $1,000 in total. Well, here we are about 2 months later and two of my knives have failed. One has a chunk out of the blade, the other one has a slight bend in the blade. I am aware that these knives have to be hand washed which I’ve always done. Here’s my issue, I called this store see if I could come in and exchange them. They would not except an exchange which is extremely frustrating especially after investing so much money on a product that lasted about two months.Instead they referred me to the manufacturer. I called Shun and they can’t guarantee a replacement, or can’t guarantee a repair, or can’t guarantee a timeframe of “evaluation” so I have to send my knives in to Shun and in 8 to 10 weeks they will be able to evaluate the knives and determine if it’s a manufactures defect. So all in all I’m looking at about 2 to maybe 4 months before I get my knifes back with no guarantee if they are going to be repaired or replaced. FRUSTRATING!!I’m very disappointed that Orson Gygi would make a customer jump through hoops to get a replacement and even more disappointing will not stand behind a product they sell. I was not asking for a refund I was asking for an exchange.

This place has everything. All things for the creative cook, enthusiastic host, and food and catering business. I could drop so much money here.

This place is really cool! Tons of kitchen supplies, cake supplies (rounds, sprinkles, cake tins, etc.), and lots of other items! The staff is extremely helpful and kind! Plus they sell a whisk that is 3.5 feet long!! :)

Lots of home makers here getting holiday chocolate supplies. We get jello shooter cups and dry spices in large containers.

Incredible customer service, it feels like a mom and pop shop.Prices are very fair if not better than what Ive found elsewhere.The shipping has always been on time.I have zero complaints with this company so far and am very happy to have found them and to continue buying from them every couple of months to restock.

Good place to get kitchen supplies and cooking ingredients. If youre into making gravy from scratch then this is a good place to get base ingredients. They have a large selection of Wusthof cutlery. Also sale snow cone machines and flavorings.

This is a great place for businesses to get stuff they need. They tend to focus more on baking and candy confections. That being said they have lots of odds and ends for all food related services. They can be some what pricey. There holiday hours though.... they were closed for several days after Christmas which was not helpful for me at the time.

One of the ladies recognizes me from my yearly pilgrimages! They are good to search for out of stock items and get them ordered for me. Love the store, love the products, and my experience with the sales help was great. I appreciate that the store opens at 9 am so that I can get my shopping done early. Every employee I encountered at my most recent visit asked how he/she could help. I even had my 3 children, ages 6 and under, with me and the staff was so helpful.

This is a great kitchen and cooking store for both personal and business use. They have all types of cooking equipment and implements. They have spices, extracts cotton candy and popcorn supplies. They offer cooking classes also. Only bad thing is they close at 6 which is a little early as it can be difficult to get there before they close on a weekday.

My family have shopped at Gygi for many years but we’ll no longer shop there at all. Today I did not see a single employee wearing a mask. There were no COVID protections at all. They clearly don’t care at all about their customers’ health and safety. I’ll never give them another penny.

This store is great! There arent a lot of great restaurant stores past Point-of-the-mountain, so I always make a point to stop at Gygis for supplies. This place is a must for any home chef. I love all of the bulk items available as well as specialty items. I love that they carry bulk chocolate, food flavorings, food colorings, and cooking implements. I have been to a few of their classes and they have been fun and helpful. The demo kitchen is beautiful and I hope to take more classes in the future.

I love coming here. Not only did I find the fondant I was looking for but I found an adorable coaster for a friend who is difficult to shop for. The staff is very helpful and checking out was quick and painless.

I love this place. Super helpful staff. If its for candy making, baking, specially items, theyve had what I needed. I love all the gift boxes and bags to place your homemade items in to give as gifts.
