Pablo, and a very nice woman. Forgive I don’t recall her name helped me find an engine cap for my truck. I had zero knowledge and was in a bind of so much in general and their customer service was excellent! They treated me with kindness, patience and understanding. What was awesome was they spoke Spanish! I can speak some but it made me glad to know. I sure appreciate you two. Above and beyond. Thank you!

I came to the store with a complete battery they say it on the charger and it wouldnt hold no charge. I was praying I would be able to make it home with my old one. The lady was so helpful and nice she was able to get me a used one for the time being. Super nice super helpful. I dont have any support so its nice to see that their are caring people tht go out of their way for you. Candise B was amazing! Thank you sooo much!! God bless!

Endless lines, it is always the same they have staff but they never serve clients. It just take forever to pay and as you can see in the picture, only one employee is dealing with more than 10 clients in the line. More people were behind me also waiting an average of 20 minutes to pay. This is ridiculous, it is a shame for AutoZone to treat clients like this meanwhile other employees are doing nothing. Oh and this is not an isolated event, as I have been several times in this store and everytime is exactly the same situation.

I don’t think there’s anyone more about the customer in this store than Candise.i’ve taken lunch to her and watched her interactions with customers. there have been a few times where her customer would acknowledge who i am to her and turn around to say something about how nice and / or helpful she has been.AutoZone is lucky to have her.

This Auto zone had the best customer service ever . I love coming here because they know how to treat their customers and they usually have most things in stock Id not they are happy to order it for you . They even come out to customers cars and look at their engines or whatever the problem may be they really cater to the customer and their prices are not higher than anywhere else. They are very knowledgeable and helpful as well

I dont know what happened to this place but they have gone very much from an amazing store to one that I will never again shop at. The last 3 purchases I made there have been completely wrong parts. I bought 4 rotors last month from them and I made sure to specify that they needed to be.7 lug and wanted them to come complete with bearings....when i opened the box and found them all to be 5 lug and no bearings I took them in to exchange the and was told that these were not the ones they sold me and would not exchange or refund them. So I am stuck with parts I can t use and dont have the right rotors I paid for.. I wish I had paid with my debit card instead of cash so I could have disputed the transaction through my bank.

I have never had a bad experience at auto zone before this time. In my opinion, i feel this location is poorly managed or does not care about their customers. I ordered brakes for my Subaru Outback to pick up in store. They guaranteed they would ship and be ready in store 3 days later. I contacted them on the day they were supposed to arrive & they let me know that something happened with the ordering process and they would have to reorder. I explained my frustration due to being without a car now for 3 days. The person I spoke with guaranteed that he would reorder and it would be there three days later. I ended up waiting 4 days prior to contacting them and unfortunately my brakes were still not there. I ended up waiting a total of 8 days for something that was supposed to take 3. When they finally received my brakes I spent 20 minutes in the store waiting for someone to find my order. FINALLY someone (I think her name is Theresa) was able to help me. I wish I would have been able to speak with her the entire time.

Im a senior citizen, female. Asked for assistance. Was told product could be found at the back of the store. Whilst I was hunting, I watched him help a gentleman half my age. He walked down the isle, chatting away and pointed out tge product. Dismayed to say tge least.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Keith O. who works at the Autozone located on 3750 S. State Street in South Salt Lake. Again thats Keith O. everyone!! He was such a great help and I was/am so incredibly thankful to have had his expertise. He was very kind and helpful! From the get go he greeted me politely, helped answer all of my questions, helped me weigh my options, and then supported all the decisions I made. He helped me test/ install both my start/stop and auxiliary batteries on my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid, ultimately saving me hundreds of dollars!!! I highly recommend Keith O. and will definitely be coming to him as well as referring him to everyone I know from now on!!!You guys have a great employee on your hands! Thanks again Keith!!! Youre a lifesaver.

Came to this store between 8AM - 830AM. Like 5 people just looked at me enter the store and then looked the other way, a lady that entered in front of me was greeted in Spanish by an employee, I waited a couple of seconds for this gentleman to be done with the other customer but they just kept talking, I walked around the store for a couple of minutes looking for another rep to assist me but no one around and no one tried to help so I just left empty-handed. Im giving 3 stars just because the store was clean.

In store is awesome. If this was for online it would get a one star. The employees here go above and beyond to help me out. They remember me when I come in and even know what I drive now. I did an online order June 4th with a june 5th delivery. Autozone lied and said the package was returned to them, FedEx said it was lost. Package arrived at my house on June 17th. FedEx said if they found the package it woukd be returned to the shipper. Autozone claimed it was already returned. June 4th scanned onto a truck for delivery, june 17th scanned onto truck for delivery. I guess the guy was on vacation or something. I love the store so Im keeping it five stars for now, but online is a joke and I will not be using online services ever again. This is the thrid issue this year with deliveries being lost or showing up a week late.

I came here to get a part for my old 86 Ford Econoline and not only did they not carry the part, they couldnt even get it for me on special order!!! Just astonishing to believe that this establishment is supposed to be a leader in the auto parts business. I mean seriously how are you going to call yourself a leader when you cannot even provide your customers with the most basic electrical connector? Luckily for me a competitor chose to place their business within view of this location. They were able to get the part for me, though still on special order and at the exorbitant rate of $22.99.

Came in to get new windshield wipers after being unable to find them elsewhere. I knew the size I needed, but picked it out the wrong model for my car which they quickly corrected for me. I attempted to install them in the parking lot, but had difficulty getting the old ones off. Teresa from the store came out and had to use a box knife but got the old ones off and installed the new onesfor me. Really impressed with their help. Will definitely return.

First off I looked online and found out that the Bosch coils I needed were twice as much as your local competitors. I called and asked if price matching was available, and was told over the phone that would be possible. I get to the store, and they tell me that I cant price match because its a special order item at the competitor and was told they called the store and its a different price in the store so i called the competitors myself and well its not a special order item, and its not a different price in store. I was blatantly lied to by the autozone staff, needless to say I wont be buying the coils from you guys, I will go to the local competitors. You guys are charging 74.99 and the competitor is charging 34.99

Dan angel did a really good job! He helped me make a key for my new truck and came outside to help without me asking making sure the key would work and I told him it was really the lock on the outside of the truck that was jammed so he sprayed a bit of wd40 in there and it worked like a charm! I’m seriously stunned by the high quality service autozone continues to provide its customers such a rare thing these days I can just tell it’s a high priority for them and this location definitely sets the bar high for quality service! Dan made the experience a great one he is a pro!

I was having battery trouble with my car today and stopped just to ask if they could shed some light on the issue. One of the workers there went out of his way to help me and actually fixed the battery without any problem! Atrocious customer service, manager was completely unfair and employees are untrained on policies, as I was told it was okay for someone to come get the part besides me, a 45 minute drive later, they told him it couldn’t be done because of how the system works and that they know better. had to become forceful and literally send them my ID for anything to be happened when i was never informed of anything. Fix your autozone.

First review: 2 stars_ First off I noticed that a guy who looked like a manager of sorts listening to rap while stocking the shelves, now Im not against that but he comes in later. Took about 15 minutes to get my radiator hose, Then a lady named shelby dropped the f-bomb when rap god almost hit her with a cart, as a form of flirting it seemed.2 other people hit on her before I left through the front door to be bombarded by 4 people, some employees, most smoking, -right next to the door-Better than oreilleys still lol so 2 starsMy new review, had an issue with spark plug wires on a car I was able to return them without the box, and they upgraded me to the gold wires to compensate for my efforts and time. Changed to 5 stars, thanks Michael G, and Bailey C.

Auto Zone in North Salt Lake is very helpful. Not only do they have the parts I have needed from time to time, the staff there is very helpful and informative. I frequent them regularly. They also have a code reader that lets you know what needs to be done when you get an alarm. Great place.

This Autozone store stays fairly busy but they always handle it well and get to everyone pretty quickly. They keep the store well organized, clean and stocked. I commend these guys for the most part. I’m sure it’s a high-stress job and dealing with many of the customers, I’ve seen, has got to test many of these guys’ patients. This is my go to AutoZone for all of these reasons, even when its out of my way.

Prices were marked wrong from the sale last month. They wouldn’t honor the price it showed on the shelf But said they could only do a 10% discount. Sale said that sale ended on the 1st, it’s now the 19th and the tag on the shelf hadn’t been updated. Didn’t really care That much as it was like $4 we are talking about, I said well legally it should be the discounted price but I’m in to big of a hurry to care that much. It was her additude ( the assistant manager) not the checker that motivated me to leave a 1 star review. Cashier was great.
