Cannot say enough good things about Mike. Ordered an EXT Storia from them and they gave me a couple calls to get an idea of my riding style/if I wanted to change suspension on my Capra. Even though the shock arrived missing the second spring, Mike quickly sorted out the issue (that spring weight was back ordered) and expedited the second spring to me. Currently working with them to potentially change the shock over to a new bike

These guys were able to modify my fork as needed and even upgrade the dampener, I am thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend their services, they know whats up

I bought an EXT Storia from these guys, and the after sales support has been unreal. Super forthcoming with setup tips and not just general ideas, but really deep guidance based on my riding style, bike, etc. They clearly care about customer experience in the long haul, and are also clearly passionate about bikes, both suspension and actual riding. It’ll be hard to consider working with anyone else moving forward.

Worked with Cody a few times now and hes always been really friendly and thorough about things that are needed and that I may be able to hold off on. Always the sign of a good shop. After I neglected my Fox 36 for a few seasons and it was in pretty bad shape he was able to do a full rebuild and a couple of extra tricks to make it feel better than brand new. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

I highly recommend Cody/Suspension Syndicate. I showed up unannounced on a Monday after blowing out my shock over the weekend. He had it rebuilt, plus overhauled my fork, by Wednesday for under what he quoted me, then re-opened the shop so I could pick up bike on way home from work. Outstanding service experience (and infinitely better than sending shock back to FOX.) Suspension Syndicate should be your first stop for suspension service on the Wasatch Front.

Cody is a killer dude that is dedicated to continuously learning and applying the latest suspension mods and tuning techniques. I couldnt be happier with the custom revalve and upgrades that he completed on my blown Float X2—way, way better than stock! Maybe not as polished as binghams cyclery or other shops, but these guys know their stuff, are great at what they do, and get the job done. That is what really matters.They are very capable, fair prices, and good turn around time on repairs. Reliable, will use again.
