Great experience all the way through! I worked with Ken who was super nice and helped me find the exact type of HON chair I was looking for. The chair was delivered ahead of time and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.I was a little surprised to see that Desks Inc only has a 3.6 rating on Google, especially when I compared my experience there to other office furniture companies in SLC that I visited, a few of which have 5 star ratings on Google but delivered a sleazy 1 star experience. So watch out for those companies and their fake reviews!If you are looking for a new HON chair or any office furniture for that matter, I highly recommend Desks Inc of Utah!

They listen to me and ask anyone who knows me that is difficult to do. I want things done right and the service was at Desks was great. I did house cleaning today to make room for several pieces of office furniture. I dont know if I have ever been treated better. Thank you much.

Probably the worst buying experience I have ever had. And I have probably bought well over $100,000 worth of office furniture in the past decade.I ordered the product from this company in September 2016. They finally arrived today, end of January 2017 to install the product (third time for one desk). And they will have to come back once more as the desk still is not right - the desk was supposed to have two holes drilled in it...No holes. Twice they came with the wrong color desk, which was of course, everyone elses fault but theirs.I emailed the owner to engage in a discussion of my dissatisfaction. I heard nothing back. Their actions convey that the customer does not matter.In the past, whenever I have ordered furniture I was required to acknowledge the design and sign it. I never saw the design (though it was emailed, and the design was on a page that was after a page that said page 2 of 2) just the order, which I did sign, assuming that the salesperson fully understood our needs.In the end, the wrong parts were ordered, the wrong colors were ordered and we did not get what it was we requested. And a few parts I paid for I did not receive, nor did I receive a discount.I just ordered a dozen workstations for my office and there is no way I would have even considered buying from these guys. They were supposed to call and come to drill the holes for the grommets. And they didnt call, nor did the come. So I did it myself. But, when we moved the desk away from the wall, we found out that it was not assembled, it literally fell apart. It was not even screwed together. These guys are junk merchants, dont care about their customers and dont even know their own product. Highly my next communicaton with them will be from my attorney.

These guys always go above-and-beyond for me. I only buy from them because their installation guys alway help move things around that they dont need to just because they are good people.
