DON’T come to this place. They have poor business ethics and they do not respect their client base. They will not stand by their word and they are just there to make a quick buck. One minute you think you have a deal, another minute you arrive and they tell that they will not honor their business arrangement and your piece of furniture is gone. Do yourself a favor and take your hard-earned money somewhere else.

They had posted a dresser on Instagram for $210, upon driving 30 minutes to their location and finding the same dresser but listed In the store for $310. I asked them if they would honor the online price they gave, they told me they would only lower the price to $260. I expect if you advertise something online you honor the price... Shady business practices. Dont buy from liars.Edit: I would also like to point out the the lack of customer service and didnt seem to care one bit that they were caught lying.

Drove 30 minutes one way after work to pick up a bookcase, they sold it while I was on the way.

Not sure what other customers are saying but the owner honored the sale price and delivery price. Everything was very fair and will be buying again from this company

Excellent experience, they had amazing deals, the lady who was there made sure to check in with me and let me know she as there to help even though she was busy. I got 2 awesome bookshelves for a steal and they are brand new. Delivery fee is fair and super helpful since I don’t have a truck. The delivery guys were also very nice and careful when delivering my things. Will definitely recommend and be back if I’m looking for furniture in the future!

Got a bunk bed from here for a good deal in a great condition... until I realized it was missing a bag of screws and a ladder. I called Star Sales about it and sent them some pictures from the manual. In about an hour and a half they tell me they have the pieces ready and that I could pick them up whenever! I came in, grabbed the pieces, and built my bunk bed. They were very friendly through the whole process :)Now thats some good service.

Great experience! I ended up with a really great couch (the color I wanted, hard to find!) for my office. There was an initial miscommunication about delivery with the holiday, but my indicator of a good business is their ability to problem solve and make it happen. They were able to disassemble the couch and bring it over on the windiest day weve ever had. Im very happy!!! Thanks folks.

Found a couch, was ready to pay for it and the delivery fee on the spot, but they would only deliver to my front lawn. Mom and small daughter can’t lift and move a couch, hence me paying for delivery. Weird practice.

Only giving 2 stars because of the decent price. The service itself was not worth any stars. No one asked if they could help us at any point. When we asked if a couch that had been sold from under us would be back in stock Oscar simply shrugged. Super unhelpful: then when we asked to get a bookcase he completely walked away from us. So we waited on a couch for him to come grab it, unsure if we should go get it ourselves. Turns out he was waiting for us at the counter but didn’t let us know he was ringing us up. And then once we figured out what was happening and he rang us up and then walked off again. Once again we weren’t sure if he was getting the bookcase or doing something else. So he had to get another guy to get the bookcase for us. There was 0 communication. Not keen to come here again.

If you just do something cheap and quick furniture. Very bad communication customer skills. Frustrating to get a hold of, to answer questions. Have your own truck to move furniture

Quality of furniture is very poor but the customer service is good. Always willing to help you if you have questions.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD. I BOUGHT SOME FURNITURE AND PAID FOR DELIVERY I WAS TOLD THE DELIVERY WAS GOING TO BE AT 12, WHICH THEY TEXTED ME AFTER 12 SAYING THE DELIVERY WOULD HAVE TO BE MOVED TO 4:30 ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARRIVED ONE HOUR LATER. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THE ATTITUDE THEY GIVE YOU AFTER PAYING FOR EVERYTHING IS HORRIBLE!
