Perhaps the most incompetently-run pharmacy Ive ever experienced, and thats saying something given the usual run of pharmacies. Not just slow, but disorganized.

24 hours service thats the only one star this Walgreen deservesAs a customer when ever you hop in everytime Asians employees they not paying any attention to customers and keep chit chatting in their languageIsnt this is united state of America not every citizens who multilingualAt photo department four employees have dome kind of conversation and they were cracking up and keep ignoring meAt the pharmacy this tech doesnt know difference between guest or customer(1) my I help next guest in line .....I was surprised am I in the hotel ?(2) I pick my meds in the month of August and this tech told me Im not in her system until today I have no meds(3) this tech her name starts with VPlease Walgreen asking to give good training to you employees language, laughing, and body languageGive Respact and get RespactMy bad experiences force me to write this review

The only benefit to this store is that it is open 24hrs. I not sure who is doing the hiring but most of the in store employees work at a very slow pace. Lines are always long and slow even if there is only 4 customers in the store, they never ask to help you all the time I entered they store never was greeted with a be well after purchase like in other walgreens I seen people steal and employees would wait till they leave. To make a call. There normal a warning page I seen in other walgreens this one is just terrible even stock items are sometimes expired over months in the freezer.

I rarely write reviews. When I do, they are generally good. I am making an exception here. I came to this Walgreens to get a passport photo. I was told by someone that they didnt have the proper paper. First, I am skeptical that this is the case given how basic a function this is for Walgreens. My intuition tells me that the lack of effort had much more to do with my appearance (tall and black). Even if this was the case, a Walgreens not being stocked to fulfill this basic service is unacceptable.

Waited, standing for three hours for my first vaccine shot even though myself and everyone else in line had appointments for specific times. Clearly no organization to their system at this location and lack of staff available. Tried calling their pharmacy and was on hold for 15 min, no answer. Definitely don’t recommend this location.

Ive gone to this location twice, and both times the worse experience Ive had at a Walgreens. Supplies are low or out of stock. Its very frustrating. Checking out is a whole mess in itself, its the slowest process ever. I will not be returning to this Walgreens ever again.

Worse walgreen in ssf you will wait forever to pick up your meds. Because pharmacy is always short staff.😠😠😠

On two occasions during my most recent visit a customer (two different ones) asked me to move aside to make room for them to get by or to reach an item I was blocking because they were in a hurry and didnt want to wait. While I couldnt blame them I felt uncomfortable about being bothered. They werent being rude. I was feeling sensitive. The wearing of a mask may have contributed. Im usually away from people and shopping less. Im not currently working.

Awful pharmacy. Took 40 mins for me to wait in line only to tell me they were going on a lunch break and I’d have to come back an hour later. Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. Can’t speak for the rest of the store but I will never send my prescriptions here again.

My Covid-Test results came in 5 days later. I had to cancel my flight.

Worse experience for online order. They cancelled my order, now I cant use coupon for order at another store. Avoid this store.

Extremely inefficient pharmacy and slow-moving. Employees are not helpful - avoid and go to another pharmacy if possible.

Rude service from the store manager. Very unprofessional. I was here to pick up my online same day photo order in the store. He couldn’t find the order and raised his voice at me when I showed him my online order number on my phone.

Waited 45 minutes just to pick up a photo. nobody helped me even though they clearly saw you. finally someone serves after there were more people waiting. i guess they were waiting until more customers show up? no apology at all. i have been shopping here for long time. they never smiles. looks like everyone hates their job. after this, i will never shop here again. someone homeless always asking for money at the door. dirty environment. always overflow trash bin. will try some other store or cvs. do not waste life here. good luck getting your service here.

I appreciate all the cashiers, they tolerate alot from the public, especially the bums outside. But they are always friendly and do the Best they can whenever I go there. They really need security, especially at night.Thanks

This is my go to Walgreens. Anything that you want/need can most likely be found in/at this store. The service is really good, though sometimes it does get pretty jam packed and the lines are a little longer, but all in all this is a Great Store. From Avocado facial masks to Zoo animal cookies, these guys most likely have it.

The absolute worst Walgreens!! Avoid it if at all possible NEVER can get anyone to help you or pick up the phone the drive thru is a JOKE.

Store is massively understaffed (think 20 minute wait in checkout lines) with a photo printer that “breaks” constantly. Avoid this location.

Sooooo slow to checkout, but the cashiers were really nice and cheerful. The lines were really long as well even when I went there at 10:00 pm. Not their fault the lines were long considering that there were alot of people there, but still took a long time to checkout.

Pretty terrible customer service at their FedEx pick-up. Had to come here twice for pick up, no one is at the pick up counter, so you have to go to the front cashiers to ask for help or find another employee who is roaming the stores. The one employee I asked told me to ask the cashier even though she was literally stocking items in the aisle by the FedEx pick up counter. The cashier overhead paged someone to help me. Then the same lady in the aisle yells to the front cashier to help me because she said she was busy stocking items to finish. So the same cashier I had gone up to initially comes to help. Such a roundabout method.

The worker in the store is the most biggest liars ever I ask theme about medical facemask they tell me doesn’t have it I found somebody he work inside he holds three boxes in his hand I think they sell it more for what should be or to give it for people they know

The lines usually move and they have good sales. I love their photo center the best!

Its Walgreens. If youre sneezing like crazy from the pollen in the air and need some pseudoephedrine, be prepared to wait standing for 45 minutes in the pharmacy line.

Worst pharmacy. Come to get multiple prescriptions each month. There is always a problem. Not enough staff and they do not communicate with each other.

I got what I needed

The pharmacy routinely makes me wait 1.5-2 hours after the scheduled pick-up time. This is after giving them at least 5 hours to fill a single script of 30 pills. They dont announce when it is ready and you have to get in line and check every 30 minutes or so. Dont shop here!

I baught a sliced mango for $5.6but it was not fresh and I couldnt eat a piece.
