I spend a monthly fortune at Costco and it is really disappointing when I want to run in for a quick rotisserie chicken and all the ovens have 50 minutes to go???? Went to So Airport Saturday, 30 minute wait, Monday El Camino, 50 minute wait. Is it your hope that I will wander around for an hour and spend even more money? I think I may take advantage of more sales at Safeway and Luckys.

Food is fresh, good deal and money saving, thats all the good things about this Costco. All employees are not so nice there, especially the return section. I only return stuff probably once a year. They gave me attitude when I returned a $6 food last time.Today, I shopped there as usual. I dont know why it took like almost 3 minutes for the lady at the exit to check my receipt. First, she took 30 second to count the stuff in the cart, and then look at the receipt. When she saw the clothes in the cart, she messed them up one by one to make sure everything is on the receipt. Shes not done yet. She found a bottle of Tylenol, and searched it on the receipt for another minute and told me that its not on the receipt. She just couldnt see it. I found it and showed her. Shes so annoying. She probably took more than 3 minutes to check my stuff. People behind me were so upset about it. The reason I keep shopping there because of the price and the membership fee I paid for.

Cant go wrong with Costco. Love the gas station at this location too, as it has a sign in each lane showing which of the 4 pumps is available, making it super efficient.

Items on sale were sold out too fast (at the early days of sale).

This store is nice and big. It has variety of stuff laundry detergent,vitamins,food,clothes, bathroom rugs, and dish soap etc. Lets not forget electronics T.V.s. Great place to shop prices are reasonable.

For months I havent been asked for my Costco membership card. I always have it in my pocket just in case and sometimes I show them but they do not even pay attention to it. So, waste of my time if I am in a rush because anyways the cashier is going to ask you again for the card. Today for the first time in months, one of the employees asked me for my card. It really bothered me because he said that they always ask everybody for that. This is not true. Also, the way he talked to me was not really appropiate. You guys should control more the main entrance and ask everyone for the Costco Membership card and be nicer to your customers.

Be aware of your surroundings. One lady almost hit me with her cart and 2 different men cut me off. Do better people.

Solid Costco! Love how they redid the gas station to improve the flow of cars and reducing unnecessary congestion.I appreciate how much theyve done to protect customers - especially their strong enforcement of the mask mandate.And nothing beats a Costco hotdog for $1.50!

Oh Costco. Love you / hate you. There always seems to be some inventory change that necessitates another stop before going home.Speaking specifically this time about Cocoa powder. I understand that availability changes sometimes and new vendors must be sought out but, Costco should be good at that by now.A place that is literally a giant warehouse and sells 25lb bags of flour and sugar should think twice about deciding to stop carrying a very common baking ingredient like Cocoa power. A little goes a long way and a small by comparison 2lb container would be a good item to make a little profit on with minimal retail space sacrificed. Especially when compared to the various kinds of 50lb bags of rice that sell for so little that I wonder how the shipping costs are even covered.Outside of those kinds of highly annoying product inconsistencies, the overall retail experience is quite good. The staff is always professional and kind. The checkout lines move with an impressive speed and efficiency.The only other gripe would be the big storage piles and pallets at the isle ends that create bottlenecks for the cart traffic. At least the sample stands that create the same problem have an obvious sales and marketing purpose.The extra product piles at the isle ends however, beg the question, are they really out of space? Its a really big building after all. I suspect that theyre trying to slow shoppers down so they buy more stuff.Costco, if youre reading this, trust me, when I set foot in your store Im going to buy PLENTY of stuff. Dont give me reasons to hesitate from going there. I already have to stop at the regular grocery store every so often anyway because I cant risk the time it takes to discover something I need isnt at Costco.Having said all that, Kirkland grain free dog food is high quality and very reasonably priced. Keep that in inventory and Ill never stop my membership.

Always has been my go to place since i kind of stopped going to the San Francisco location.Having the relatively cheaper gas is the pull factor for me.But..... I wouldnt venture into partaking with the samples that they are beginning to give away within a few weeks.Costco is still Costco.

Of course they were out of Purell, and didnt have hashbrowns again, but thats how it goes at Costco. They have black garlic and self checkout, which made my husband happy. Im sticking with people.

I went to the zoo I live in Sacramento took my family to San Francisco zoo we stop at Costco to get gas and some strawberry and cherries I left the lights on in my car want to turn on my car battery died on me I want to approach an employee by the name Jordan who was pushing carts he was so helpful it direct me to the tire center which it was another gentleman Asian guy who helped me also I want to say thank you very much perfect example of an employees thank you

This is my go to location. Especially since they redesigned the gas area. I rarely have to wait in line for a pump - unlike inside the warehouse, which is always busy.

Good service! The mushroom is super good. They have different kinds of chocolate giftbox.

Great place to shop on the whim or even better if planned. Costco has everything.

Costco El Camino Real So. S F crowded as usual. I was able to purchase everything that I needed. I like the organic chicken and some of the organic fresh produce in the store. What I dont care for is produce on sale. Customers pick through it with their bare hands. This makes me purchase most of my fresh produce I need at Trader Joes.

Updated:Because of Covid, they closed the hot bar and theres a long line because people ready for Thanksgiving.Bargain gas price, best hotdog and large Pizza only 9.99. The best place to get everything with a big discount price, very good customer service. You can return items without questions ask.

I usually do shopping at Costco twice a month. There return policy is an excellent. There customer service was awesome.I like shopping at Costco very much. If I want to buy anything, my first preference is Costco.

Great place to buy in bulk at cheap prices and also got tires at a great price on some Michelin tires. Make sure you have to go somewhere to get an alignment. They dont do alignments only put on tires and sale car batteries.

Costco is the best . I love grocery shopping here . I can make great meals from the produce like salads or thier macaroni and cheese too is amazing . Fan for life .

God, I love costco. The things here are not necessarily the cheapest, but definitely the best worth buying.

Tire center department when you call them they put you on hold but later they will hung up the phone I did call back samething they put you on hold and hung up. They should not put a phone to call because it is useless if they just keep doing that what a very inconvenience for members, I just want to inquire if they have a tires available to my car so that if they dont have one I dont need to go there. Very big, has alot of asian cuisine options

I dont know what I would complain about. They have lotso stuff at good prices. Had a large pizza too, for only $10 plus ice cream for $2. It was actually quite good.

Waiting in-line at the gas pumps was awful. People jockeying for position. However i saved a bunch. $3.99 for regular. Where i was paying $4.49 for mid-grade at an in town gas station. This Cosco does not have Mid-grade.

The staff are doing a great job controlling the crowds (limit 350-400 shoppers in the building at a time), cleaning surfaces, and keeping things calm for shoppers. Elderly folks over 60 get exclusive shopping time on Tue and Thur from 8-9am.

This place is usually packed. If you decide to go just give yourself a couple of extra minutes. Overall pretty good store. Well stocked most of the time and pretty clean. Four stars for the location and products availability. Missing one star since a couple of employees feel the customers are there to interrupt them.

This Costco is one of the busiest and most crowded in the Bay. The parking lot is always filled, long lines for the gas and people bumping into each other inside. But despite this, they have the best selection and lots of inventory. Most of all, the staff here is great and really pay attention to the members and serve everyone well. There’s no fooling around or making constant jokes at each other like at other Costco’s but they really focus on the needs of everyone.

Good store but traffic around the area is not so smooth.

Best time to go is on weekdays morning before 10 am...

Costco one of the best place in town. Costco hack if you dont have a Costco card buy a Costco gift card that allows you to come in the store and buy food.

Not too crowded. All checkout cashier fully open, so only waited a few minutesLine for gasoline had more cars, but wait was 5 minutes.

The store itself would get 5 stars from me but the parking lot/entrance make a visit to this Costco a 4 star experience. Staff is friendly and its what you expect from Costco. I buy more of the companys stock after each visit because its very obvious their business is booming.

I was going to Westlake Joe’s I had a half tank gas. Traffic 102 south was heavy so I took San Bruno route. When I got there it was full 6 lanes. They said Costco building a 32 pump station nearby 3 hours to Westlake Joe’s nice drive for me

All the same but all different hate the entry exit and the gas layout love they have 4 pumps per lane

My only complaint is they didnt have free samples. Love Costco though

Crazy time at Costco today. There are no more sanitizing wipes as of today regionally, no more lysol, tissue paper and paper towel. A person took one whole box of alcohol for themself. Thank you for not sharing sir. On the plus side the employees are organized. The lines went smoothly. This was a quarter of the line to water, paper towel and Lysol spray.

Everything will be there. But, Bulky packed or items.

Spacious Costco with gas, pharmacy, and bakery/deli. Plenty of parking and wide selection of foods and products. Sales tax rate is higher than SF since the location is in San Mateo County.

Horribly mismanaged, aisles always crowded with full pallets or the large empty box crates on weekends... the busiest days. Confusing how things get moved around the warehouse without notices at the front door. Floor staff and cashiers are always friendly and helpful though.

Not for single family. But bound to go as no Walmart nearby.

Costco has great deals. The unthinkable happened today when I went and found they ran out of Kirklands coconut water (bulk)! Unthinkable! My heart was broken and I left with only a box of Kirklands Organic Kombucha.

The bussiest place ever, you will always facing a lot of cars and people around, but anyway i love this place because price is good and good pizzaas

I guess all Costcos are pretty similar but I always happen to enjoy interacting with the staff at this one. They are helpful and polite. The store itself is nice but it gets really crowded most of the time. I recommend avoiding peak hours.The gas station is reason enough to keep coming to this location!

Today I looked at their engagement rings section and I really liked their choices and prices! All of the rings come in platinum as a base option (which is very good!) And they have a lot of well-done Halo styles (smaller diamonds surrounding a center Stone) which makes the ring look really big even from a foot away. I liked the 3 stone ring the most, which is only 3k! Shocking since a similar ring style with moissanites would cost 2k to custom make!

Seemed like there was a bit to many people for my liking.. Not easy for 6ft s.d. but everyone did wear mask..no employee was sanitizing the grocery carts.. and them packing things in a box, was not done right! So made it hard to lift n place it in the trunk.. But prices were good.. I miss the food samples..

This Costco has become run down. Parking is always a hassle. So much traffic to get gas as well. The staff is rude. Inside and out. Always someone smoking cigarettes in front. The produce is usually already rotten on display if not goes rotten quickly at home. Bakery is always pretty good. Good for bulk shopping. Frozen section & cleaning products are always a good buy. Overall, don’t buy just anything and don’t expect too much out of this place.

This Costco has the best customer service, follows Covid protocol, and is better organized. I prefer this one over the one closer to my home.

So many people with masks but not 6 ft apart. though only so many people indoors. 1 person shopping for familys. haha I was surprised. grocery outlet has you waiting outdoors till someone comes out to keep numbers of people down and keep 6 ft apart. be safe. enjoyed Costco.

I love this Costco, the lines are never super long when Im there, plus, I love that this Costco has self check out. So helpful for when Im picking up a couple of small things.
