Ive been here many times. Ive never had a bad experience at all. Prices are a bit high for this area but way cheaper than a parts store. Id definitely come back here for my parts. The workers are always friendly and that alone makes it enjoyable.

Called to ask about a transmission on a f150 and the guy said we have 3 out there but we dont know whats on them. I told him I live a hour away and if he can have someone run out quick and verify that there is any transmissions in any of them and he said no sorry, dont know how you stay in business with that kind of service, worst place ever!!!

Called two hours before closing and they said I had an hour before yard closes and got there a half hour later said the yard is closed wish I could have done less then one star

Went to U Pull It. We had gotten a tire from them in Omaha. We had been evicted & had no time to return the core... worth $55.00 .We are homeless until our next checks arrive on the 3rd of the month. Today is the last day to return the core. We have $9.00 to live on, & we lost the receipt, living in the van. They told us to take a hike because Id lost the receipt in the van/current home.. With big smiles on their faces, we were basically told to shoo. We did... this was in Sioux City, these heartless people. Good luck if you go there...& NEVER lose your receipt... like the 4 of us did living in a van for 3 weeks.

Made me put boots or shoes on to enter yard! Never have I been told anywhere I cant enter a pull it yard without boots or shoes.Other than that very helpful.

My car was broken into and stolen and completely destroyed inside. After the police found it and returned it to me, this place still offered $150 for the still running vehicle but I asked them to please tow it due to the fact that it was unsafe to drive (shattered windows, no door panels, dash ripped apart with exposed electrical) and they came and picked it up right from my driveway without hesitation. Really enjoyed working with them.

Has never let me down whenever Ive had to sell vehicles that just were not worth the money to get fixed. Especially when I didnt want to deal with idiots on Craigslist or FB marketplace offering 50 bucks! The few times ive gone into the actual junkyard everything is well organized . You can tell one of the front desk workers what car youre looking for and theyll give you a paper with location of the same model of cars youre looking for.

Great place to get parts without paying an arm or a leg, or your first born, got a starter out, window motor, and a couple rims for a great price and ALL the staff are awesome, they gave me faith in junk yards, keep up the great work guys!

Most of the staff were extremely friendly however one lady (if you want to call her that) was obnoxious, rude and disrespectful towards me and my husband and not to mention the poor guy who works there. We bought a tire and rim yesterday and the lady who worked Sat sold us the wrong size and damaged goods. We had our receipt and wanted to get a refund after numerous companies would not mount it for us. The lady today was rude and degrading about Walmart and others because her company sold us damaged goods. She threw the aluminum rim on the ground and degraded the man working there and then wanted us to pay again to look around. I asked her for a refund she was rude and tore up our receipt and never apologized so we left and will never go back

I called in to get price on a part, after answering the phone and looking me up the part they quoted me 100 dollars for it, I said I would take it and pay with my debit card, I gave them my card information and everything was a go they told me it was paid out and be here on Tuesday, when I went to go pick it up on Tuesday they didnt let me take my part cause they said I still owe them, they said my card was declining for a 100 dollars so they did it for 50 and it went thri, I was mad how they didnt notify me about my card declining at 100,so I told them then ill pay the other 50 and the guy said I owe him 75 bucks and I said he quoted me 100 but he said he quoted me 125 if I clearly heard him and my friends on my phone say 100 bucks this place is a serious joke, the employees r slow at helping ppl there was 3 other guys there mad because of the service and I litteraly waited an hour to solve my problem
