Thank you for encouraging me to order the parts online from a competitor. I went in for a latch handle for a 07 Colorado. The sales associate told me he could not find it and to look up the product and find the part number on my own. Then as I was looking up the product myself on the autozone website, he walked away to handle a return and said that another salesperson would help me, the other salesperson had another customer. During the wait, I found the part with on a competitor website, that offered next day delivery to my home at a cheaper price. So, I ordered from my phone and left, saving money.

I went looking for blinker bulb.. though I had to go home and replace myself but they were so awesome they changed it for me... LOVE AUTO ZONE

Good truck parts, but some people are RUDE AND LAZY, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS !!!👎👎👎

Never by any led head lights I paid $137.00and lasted me 2 1/2 month and no warranty it also happened to my buddy as well trust me also coil packs I dont understand why but it aint cheap and especially for the price its the god honest truth

Online order and was ready within 10 minutes from ordering. I got a bug deflector for my pickup and was broken when I opened it up. Went back and without hesitation, they gave me a new one. Perfect fit and looks great!

The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable and got me the right part at the best prices in town. In South Sioux City, NE there are 3 parts stores and I wonr do business with one of them due to their lack of knowledge and customer service. ButnAuto Zone is top notch

Stood around and waited for more than 30 mins once they realized I had a return. Big guy with the beard said the manager had to do the refund... 30 mins later and 4 or 5 customers later customers the same guy finally did the return... Come on.

Not helpful, bunch of Mexicans dont know English, asking them for help. Dont know whats what.. 3 people working and still no one at register to check out...

I have went there twice in the last two weeks, both employees I encountered helped me install headlights/break lights on my vehicle. (in winter weather) While in the store 4 different employees asked if I had been helped yet. One gentleman even told me to go inside and wait since it was cold. Amazing service!!!

They were to busy to handle all the customers. The employees did their best.

Pretty cool place a little under staff so you wont be in and out..but other than that its okay

Only getting one star because I had to to rate this joke of a AutoZone now to be clear I was at two of them in two days the one I am gonna talk about is the one on cornhusker drive total incompetent store I ordered parts I went picked them up payed got home my husband I should say started fixing truck first part fine second not wrong part so I went and had to return the part and get the rite one well the kid who took care of me even messed that up so I was there about an hour I asked for a bolt my hubby needed the kid said we dont have it its old 1998 so old huh the other worker seen all this confusion and the kid acting like he could care less to help me so went home what happens next you could probably guess wrong part again and my hubby talked to the kid while I was there to make sure I got the rite part what a joke hubby went back up there they were closed next morning we both went there well they gave us the rite part bit after telling them this whole nightmare they didnt even say oh Im sorry you had such a horrible experience with is Ill look into it something well nothing we walked out went to the other AutoZone and the man was the best so helpful and very nice and apologized for the other store and found me the bolts the kid at other AutoZone said that they did not have cause its old lol and he even gave it to us for no charge small gesture but it really meant a lot after the big mess at cornhusker AutoZone the AutoZone the helpful one is the Hamilton AutoZone awesome management our new AutoZone location a little further but so worth it good luck going to the cornhusker location incompetent workers and I believe the manager was there when we came in to get the rite part and didnt even act like he cared wow what a difference a nice person at the Hamilton location made thank you Hamilton location cant remember your name bit hope you remember me thanks again so to clear this up I gave one star to the cornhusker location only because I had to now the Hamilton location they would get a hundred stars if it was an option
