This location will always have the worst customer service. You also get what you pay for, so if your using this service just for contacting outside of the U.S. just use Verizon.

Employee said she would be with us in a moment, promptly put her coat on, grabbed her purse and left, with over 7 people in the store waiting to be helped and only one woman behind the desk who was speaking with customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.
