WOW! One of the best Verizon stores Ive been to. Very convenient when your out shopping. Staff are up to date in all of the products available. Very courteous and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best. Michelle was the kindest, most caring. I walked in with a smashed screen and she walked me thru the ropes of filing a claim and getting my phone overnight and getting my replacement up and running. Highly recommend Michelle in South Sioux City.

I have S9 note that is a great phone but with Straight Talk service. Had poor service with non functional services for 3days(Christmas Eve + 3 days). Spent 7hrs in store and 25hrs on room mates phone with no solution. In 15 minutes at Verizon I was good to go. Thumbs up

This person was very intelligent and knew what she was doing. No person can be perfect when she works alone and has to take care of someone dropping off merchandise, 2 customers and the phone ringing.

Horrible...waited over 2 hrs to buy a new phone and get it set up and the whole time things just seemed shady and before we left which wierdly right at closing time they told us everything was good to go then got to the car and realized not only did the new phone not work but neither did the old phone...and they locked the door behind us!! Had three people from the area warn me not to go there!!! Shoulda listened!!! And we were so patient and kind but to get burnt after using every ounce of patience we had! What a joke!!!

With the exception of Brianna, all the sales people there are rude. One girl accused me dropping my phone in water. I reported her to thier corporate office, as I never did such a thing. It is unprofessional to make accusations that you have no proof of. Poor customer service all around!!!
