I called earlier in the day. I didnt tell the young lady I was coming to get the part. When I got there she remembered I had called 6 hrs earlier and the part I needed. She was nice and courteous..

Didnt know they are an alternate drop off location for UPS my package was there a few days and I didnt know it until I checked my tracking info again and seen that it was left there. But now that I know this is an option I might utilize it more to keep thieves from stealing.

They know what they are doing and are pleased to help.

This location has a great team of professionals. If they dont have the part you need theyll go out of their way to find it for you. Open 7 days a week and they deliver, talk about convenience. How great is that !?!? Special thanks to Andy whos helped me my company out a lot.

7339 Airways store in Southaven has the worst customer service out of all the advance stores Ive been to. One employee on Sunday afternoon, 2 customers on the floor and one customer behind the counter changing a pulley on an alternator. Just as Im ready to check out the single employee decides hes cold and walks out to get a jacket from his car. Now Im standing in front of the counter with a single can of paint, he comes back in and walks behind the counter. Just about that time the phone rings, he seems to not have noticed me at all. He proceeds to answer the questions of the caller and then even moves to another phone and computer station directly in front of me never even acknowledging my existence. I sat the can down on a display and walked out. Ive had similar experiences at this same store in the past. I live halfway between this one and the one at 6830 Goodman Rd in Olive Branch and that store is the complete opposite always providing an excellent customer experience. Ive been to the Airways store for the last time.

It was great the other gentleman (I did not get his name) came out side to help me even though it was hot and he was alone. My battery was messed up really bad and he helped me.
