Was hit by another car on interstate, my bumper was hanging 😣 Benjamin @ Auto Zone found everything I needed, installed what he could AND tied my bumper up so I would be safe until I got to body shop. This is my favorite Autozone. The staff is great. Very helpful. They will search other stores if they dont have the part. You can have it delivered to this store, usually by the next day.

Ordered a part late Thursday and they had it in store first thing Friday morning, and customer service was great..

I was able to walk right in, find what I needed and was back out the door in less than five minutes! This was a very clean and orderly store.

I have a medical condition that restricts me wearing a mask. I was refused service because of it amd told its company policy. I called autozone corp and was informed it was NOT company policy but they do provide curbside service. I was not offered curbside service from employees and the female kept bad mouthing me because i didnt have a mask. I will buy from o reiley from now on.

I called to the store to have a part placed on hold. The employee was super helpful and knowledgeable. When i got to the store to pick up my part it was ready for me to purchase. The staff was super kind and helpful. I love store 2093! This is my favorite AutoZone!

Great service. I purchase some wiper blades and was going to put them on myself but the gentleman walked out and did it for me without me even asking.

Absolutely amazed by the customer service and friendliness. I’ve noticed that they never just say no or I don’t know they will always get second opinions if they don’t know and that is great service. If they don’t have my parts they get them. I’ve been to several others and the service by far does not even compare to this store. I usually deal with either James or Lisa. They deserve a raise.

Dipstix sent me here after an oil change because they thought I needed a new battery and to save me some money, AutoZone was the place to get it checked out for sure. The guy helping me wouldn’t even test it due to the battery placement under the hood. He wouldn’t bother messing with it. A waste of time, and I won’t be back.

Good location, clean, well-stocked, and the employees have been eager to help.The only reason I can not give 5 stars would only be because of my experience and common knowledge that Autozone does not offer dependably electrical system parts i.e. alternators, distributors, or for the most part anything else electronic that has been rebuilt.Now this does not include new products not refurbished.

The workers in there are all very helpful.

I had a weird experience the 2nd time I went (1st was a normal experience and the woman helped me find the a/c recharge). The kid working there was instructed by his manager to help me recharge the a/c then she got angry about it and glared at me for a long time. I figured it out on my own in the end!

Poor customer service. Seems like everything i go there theres 2 gals that have trouble remembering a part number or they just know how to take there time

Auto zone in Southaven. They are a greatest team at ANY AutoZone. Very knowledgeable about everything. James is a great manager, Dennis and Jaquet (?) are wonderful workers. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk thru the door. I drive out of my way just to get my parts and any help I need.
