Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly team. We were traveling through the area on vacation when we started having a/c problems. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and clearly explain what needed to be done. Even though we didn’t have an appointment and it was later in the day when we came in, they were able to finish the repair that day.

I had new axels put on and my car began to not pull and not wanted to get into any shift, i was driving and was so scared i was going yo wreck and i realized that i had no problems what so ever with that issue until i had those axels put on. I went back to them and told the machanic thst put them on which wad the white guy that my car is not right with the pulling issues and he drove it and said nothing was wrong which i knew it was a lie so he hookef it up to the machine and nothing but later i found out that the wrong axels was ordered. WOW, i could of had a serious accident. I will not take my car issues back after that issue

I called Midas in Southaven in advance wanting a simple brake bleed job and was quoted $34 over the phone. Upon arrival the price jumped to $96 and was told it increased only because I cant do my guys in the back like that and they need to make more money and the only reason I gave you the wrong numbers was because I have alot on my mind. That was the second red flag. I decided to proceed with service and was told it would take about an hour. Before service my brake petals were slightly spongy. Be it my vehicle was in the air for about 80min to be told I need a new brake caliper and bracket also the brake line needed to be replaced because they were burst and repair would be $590. I immediately said no way and show me. Little did the tech know I work on cars and had those parts professionally replaced less than 24 hours beforehand. So we walked in the work bay and brake fluid was all over my rim and tire, it even formed a HUGE puddle directly beneath. I asked the tech what did you do. He claims he only did a visual inspection and he didnt touch the vehicle. They tried to sell me their fiance option so I wouldnt have to come out of pocket I declined. They then tried to use the well this vehicle is technically unsafe to drive and we shouldnt let you take your vehicle. I objected and asked to have my vehicle let down and be handed my keys. When I got back in my vehicle my brakes didnt work nearly at all. You literally had to smash the petaI to the ground just to slow down. The sales staff was very disingenuous and conniving. I took my vehicle back to service at the Nissan dealership and they told me exactly what they did. The tech at Midas completely drained that particular line of fluid, untightned all the screws in the caliper assembly and opened the bleeder valve so the brakes no longer worked. These are type of business practices that need to be investigated and shutdown! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO NOR DO BUSINESS WITH MIDAS!

Dropped off my car for a oil change and rotate and balance. They said it would take about 2 hours. I had things to do so that was fine. 5 hours later I havent gotten a phone call yet. I was done with my errands so I stopped by to check on my car. It was ready. I paid. Got in my car and grease was on everything. Get home and notice they didnt rotate my tires. Should have went to Gateway

This place is a rip off.Went in for rear brake pad replacement. The guy at the front counter said I needed shocks, brake caliper, rotors and pads. He then quoted me 3 different prices. I told him I just wanted the rear brake pads replaced. He wanted to charge me $150 to replace the pads. I told him to put the tires back on and then he charged me for a courtesy brake check.

These service men are the greatest. They took the time to explain everything to me. They didnt try to charge me for things I didnt need or use high pressure tactic to purchase something that could wait. I really enjoy the service and the wait time. Kudos to them. Awesome Team. Also, let me add know what they are doing and very professional.

Let me say that I am glad I took my car over to this new location for Midas. Wes and his team took care of my auto service needs as promised. Late into the night, they got my car fixed and running. I appreciate Wes being a man of his word and his mechanic being thorough and getting the job done right. Great Customer service is alive and kicking here.

I recently used a Groupon to purchase a full synthetic oil change at this particular Midas location, and I will never go back there again. First, I thought there was a red flag when I made an appointment same day that they could not commit to, however, I figured that if the Groupon deal was good enough it could wait another day.The next day I dropped my car off half an hour before the scheduled time, waited 3 hours for the full synthetic oil change checking back every 30 minutes or so.A month later, I noticed my engine knocking a little and found the oil extremely low. I refilled it with the full synthetic oil that I now had to buy myself, and kept refilling it for a week until I was able to put it up on stands and look at it myself.When I did look at it myself the drain plug was movable by hand. So whoever was the last person to touch my drain plug, a Midas technician, did not tighten it all the way and caused me to leak oil for about a thousand miles.Had I not noticed it in time, some very real damage could have been caused to my vehicle. Do not shop here. Even if the Groupon is really good. Just DIY or go to your local trustworthy mechanic. Saving the time and money isnt worth losing a vehicle over.

Fast and efficinet when it comes to oil change. They accept groupon there, you still have to pay $5.5 but they are way better than Wright Auto Tire which is very close to them (they lack professionalism and have the worst customer service Ive ever encountered)
