Took my vehicle to them 4/2019 my son was coming home from the war and I wanted to suprise him by driving the vehicle to Fort Bragg.I specified that time was of the essence.They messed up a tune up and I ended up not driving it to ft bragg because it was not road ready.Items were missing from my vehicle after they had it for 6 months and paid paid a hefty down payment on services. Even though I was overcharged much more than the initial quote and with what seemed to be a fictitious invoice, I refused to adress the issue because theyll most likely deny it. NEVER PAY MORE THAN THE DEPOSIT UP FRONT... they will doctor up the invoice on you for sure..

Both Ron and Rob are the guys to go to for you auto repairs. They were not on time for my appointment but early! The customer service was beyond excellent, they were able to get me on the road safe and sound an hour faster than agreed on.
